Programa has been an incredible tool for streamlining my interior design projects. Pros: Very easy to use, I love how organized Programa makes my projects. Having specs, and supplier information all in one place saves so much time and keeps everything consistent. It really simplifies communication with clients and trades.
Cons: The spec books could be a bit more visually polished in terms of layout and presentation. It would be great to have more flexibility with design customization and formatting to better match the overall aesthetic of client presentations.

It meets all my expectations and needs, excellent software Easy Even on the phone I have a good experience when I'm out of the office and need some quick information.
Pros: First the look & feel. The experience with the client The time I saved compared to when I worked on schedules in Excel.
Cons: It would be nice to be able to create folders in the client dashboard for the files we upload, for example: presentations, invoices, etc.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Programa. It makes my workflow smoother and helps me stay organized from concept to install. My clients love how polished everything looks — I just hope they keep expanding some of the features so it can do even more.
Pros: I really like how clean and easy Programa is to use. It keeps all my projects, specs, and client info organized in one place, which saves me so much time. The presentation layouts look super professional, and it makes sharing design boards and proposals with clients really simple.
Cons: Some parts feel a little limited. I wish there was more flexibility with customizing layouts and better integration with other tools I use. A few features still feel like they’re in progress, so sometimes I have to find little workarounds to get things just right.

This program is truly a time saver. I can not imagine going back to excel spreadsheet. I am very satisfied with this program. I just wish it was a little cheaper.
Pros: Programma is incredibly sufficient for building specifications and the customer support is very helpful. The team have supported my troubleshooting issues and guided me to use programma efficiently.
Cons: So many features that I still do not know how to use. I need to watch more of the tutorials to be able to use the program more efficiently

Overall I really like the product. It makes my life easier, and gives my brain a bit of space for design.
Pros: I love the interface, it is clear and easy to use. I also like the abilty to make spreadsheets of the schedule and time tracker. I like the fuction that my clients can approve items, and that gives me a paper trail all in one spot. I haven't fully used everything yet, because I haven't had time. Everytime I've reached out with a question, I can easily find the answer in the guides or using the online chat. That is super helpful.
Cons: I would like to be able to add shipping/freight into my line items in the schedule. Right now I can only do a special add on, and it often gets over looked by clients. I would also like to be able to select the catagories I would like on a spreadsheet import, like I am able to in the pdf. Mostly, I would like to be able to deselect the image. Please add a room catagory - so it makes sorting easier. It would also be nice if the photos and links I import into the schedule could be automatically added to a project board. I have to do it twice. I would also like to be able to make a pdf of the project boards.

It's been a great experience, and the customer support has been awesome. Every time I have a question I am able to reach someone quickly to help me out. I think having this service makes it even more worth the money I'm paying.
Pros: I love how beautiful the software is, and how easy it is for the clients to approve materials and fixtures. It streamlines my process and it makes my studio look more professional.
Cons: I wish there was a feature where we can select a list of items together and produce an invoice for the clients without asking for payment within the app. Just as a "purchase order" but for the clients. It would be even better if we could integrate with Quickbooks to prepare the invoice there.

Our overall experience has been great, the integrated background removal tool for the product schedule has been a nice touch to create a clean display for clients and our team.
Pros: What we like most about Programa is the accessibility of the software. Being able to have a client dashboard, and ease of use within the software is top tier.
Cons: Within Programa there are few functions that i wish would be incorporated such as a client chat section. It would be great to be able to converse with clients within their dashboards as well as make notes on products that alert the clients.

Pros: The ease of use for myself and my clients. My clients can view their. Dashboards, which I have filled with products from multiple vendors. It's fantastic having everything in one place.
Cons: Lack of CRM integration and invoicing process. The lack of CRM integration adds time to the onboarding process and the invoicing step lacks an "approved/ready to order" status. This creates some confusion and again takes more time.

The program has been easy to use and adapt to. It did require me to change my process, which some designers I know struggled with, but it's helped me to streamline things and better track products and changes. I really like that the client gets a dashboard to find everything and they all seem to use it without any issues. My trades are all jumping on board now, using the QR code on site more too. It makes me look more professional and helps me to be more organised, with all relevant files and products to hand.
Pros: Ease of use, visually clear and beautiful, professional look to clients, having product library, project management and to do list all in one place.
Cons: Not being able to easily jump to the client dashboard page. Not being able to tell if I'm doubling up in the product library or easily clean it up. Not being able to close projects in the project management timeline to only include active projects. I would also like to be able to better separate active projects from completed ones from the homepage, without closing them, so clients and trades can still access them. It would also be good to have more common products in the trade portal, such as all the polytec and laminex colours, popular joinery fittings, such as pull out bins, hampers, magic corners, etc., Abi Interiors tapware, blum, hafele, etc.

It has been very smooth since we started. Clients have been able to participate and interact in a way that is beautifully presented.
Pros: Easy to use and visually pleasant, with almost everything in one place. The time tracking feature and the option to manually add time have been very helpful. We often perform tasks outside the office, and it’s great to be able to track those as well.
Cons: It would be great to include a section dedicated to site visits and reports, covering visit expenses, report details, and a visual timeline showing the frequency and duration of visits. Additionally, it would be very useful to share these timelines with clients.

Having no background in this field i thought it was going to be tricky to pick up but there is so much info that is so easy to take in and the customer support is so fast and helpful so if anything is an issue they have it sorted
Pros: Easy to use and learn the use of the program. Customer support is fast and extremely helpful with any issues that rarely arrise
Cons: managing and updating the library of items can sometimes be a bit finicky and frustrating but otherwise great!

I've used many other programs and love that Programa is easy to learn, the aesthetic is minimal and professional, and it has many tools built in, like time tracking and invoicing, which make it a very good value.
Pros: I like the clean, minimal aestethic, ability for my clients to approve or reject items and having everything in one place.
Cons: It is a little glitchy and slow at times. It seems like sometimes it is not saving changes like reordering items in schedules so having to repeat tasks is frustrating.

Pros: I like how responsive the staff + customer support are. If I have any ideas or comments, they are always eager to listen. I am able to do most of my work on programa which is amazing
Cons: I wish there was an integration similar to the Shop Pay app where it tracks your order in real-time. If we were able to enter an order number or tracking number, it would be amazing if the status of the product were updated for us in real-time.

I love how helpful the team is, and the quick video tutorials. We love how easy everything is to navigate, and the aesthetic is so simple and beautiful.
Pros: How streamline it helps my Interior architectural design business flow especially the schedules. How it elevated our presentations through pinboard where we can share inspo and our 3D modeling. Its very cost-effective.
Cons: Project management still needs improvement; I would love to see a calendar sync feature with Google or a similar option. I would love to see more Canadian vendors show up on your portal.

Pretty good, room for improvement, but already an excellently positioned product that has a great potential of expansion in different branches, accommodating many other industry professionals.
Pros: The ease of creating an FF&E schedule, how it can be filled via the URL function quickly and almost perfectly without retouching the products in question. How elegant and streamlined the system is to provide a dashboard, our final clients can see, sift through and check for approval. The customer support for every question I had so far. Possibility to create a user-friendly, detailed export for design purposes, enabling us to manage our projects and provide meaningful information to contractors, clients alike. Possibility to add presentations from Canva and pins from Pinterest, probably the best integrations for interior architectural design that are not technical. Great value through and through!
Cons: Bit tricky for calculating profit margins, coming from a B2B distributor working with architectural studios that resell the products to their final customers.

My experience with Programa has been great. I feel that it has helped our design firm stay organized with our projects, and created easy handoffs to contractors.
Pros: I love having a project database. Being able to use Programa pinboards as a presentation tool and schedules as a project management tool makes it so much easier (and prettier) to stay organized and balance communication between client, designer, and contractors.
Cons: There are still some kinks that need to be worked out. I think the calendar/task lists have potential to be beneficial, but I wish they had more features like color coding, etc. I also wish clients could leave notes on pinboard components.

I would say it is a 7.5/10. I enjoy the client dashboard though more customization would be awesome.
Pros: I like the schedule function, as a Interior Architect too much time is wasted on excel spreadsheets. Its very easy to use and the price is reasonable for the functionality.
Cons: If I could lower the price I would but I know this is a new company and I'm hoping with more volume of customers you'll be able to add features that make the price irrelevant. I think the pinboard feature is a little clunky, it could be that I'm still new but it would be amazing if you could directly import the schedule images with one click so that arranging a concept board would be simpler.

Cons: I would like to be able to add larger MB spec sheets. Having more options to move the sizes of the presentation crops.

The Programa team has been very supportive with us trying to extend the use of the website and its intended uses. The interface is incredibly user friendly and requires minimal "training" to understand how to use the features, including when new ones are released, and has be easily navigated by all our clients, with wide ranging levels of technology skills.
Pros: We have been easily able to adapt Programa to meet our business needs, even though we utilise it for more than just Interior Design Projects. The flexibility of the layouts, costing, and sharing options, provides us with the ability to cater to each projects requirements, while providing our clients, in office staff and contractors with seamless, live information. The ability to add custom or library stored products and materials has made the production of Schedules easy and time efficient. Customer Service have been very helpful when we've had any challenges and have always taken feedback on board when we've provided it. The number of available features for the subscription cost is well worth the investment for our teams time.
Cons: The flexibility is limited if you are wanting to use it for a broader scope than it was designed for. It would be great if AI features could be added allowing products and materials to be rendered into the clients plans/elevations for clients that are particularly visual in understanding their scheme.

Overall, Programma is an excellent tool for interior designers — especially those managing multiple projects and product specifications. It’s clean, intuitive, and has truly simplified how I organize my design library and manage my workflow.
Pros: As an interior designer, I love how Programma helps me stay organized and on track with all my client projects. My favorite feature is the product library — being able to save and reuse products across different projects saves so much time. I also love the URL import tool; it makes it incredibly easy to bring in furniture and decor directly from the internet while automatically picking up the key details I need. Since I curate a collection of non-toxic, sustainable, and wellness-focused products, having everything stored and specified in one place feels effortless. It keeps my projects consistent and professional while allowing me to quickly share these curated selections with clients.
Cons: I found the mood board tool a bit limiting — it didn’t feel as flexible as I needed when creating visual presentations. That said, it might have been updated since I last tried it a few months ago. Also, for invoicing, I wish there were more flexibility. It would be great to have the ability to create and save invoices for my own records without having to send them directly to clients, or to have a simple download option included in the standard plan.

Pros: Programa is incredibly easy to use and has so many features that make my work much more efficient. Programa truly helps me to stay organized, on track and deliver things to clients on time.
Cons: The tools that Programa offers are very useful although you do need to take time to understand how to use them to their fullest potential. The learning curve is by no means steep, just time consuming if you want to get the most use out of the tools they offer.

I have used several other procurement and project management software's, none of which even come close to how streamlined and easy to use as Programa. Clients have all had a great experience with using it so far, and it keeps the decision making process clear and concise. No more tracking down yes's and no's in email threads. It also on the back end of things makes procurement reconciliation so much easier as it tracks the profit of each item, with all the purchasing details in there which has always been a sticky point with previous software's. Now I don't have to have multiple documents for one project. Yay!
Pros: I love how interactive it is with clients. Getting organized feedback on specs has been such a game changer for progressing projects more clearly. The URL function makes it so easy for me to get a finish schedule put together efficiently. Having the QR code has made job sites so much more organized. I can post one up so that any trades person has access to my latest set of interior drawings, all specs needed for the job, and any 3D renders of the space.
Cons: I wish there was a function to be able to share schedules easier B2B, and have there be better way to share more information with other firms or trades, that would include information we may not want clients to see. I am about to switch to a new Programa account (as we have two companies now), but there is no way for me to share the existing projects I have with the new Programa account, meaning I have to manage two accounts for a while. There are also instances where maybe an architect working on the project needs more access to the information than the client would, and it makes it hard to "share" full access without them paying for a seat under our account.

While it lacks client-onboarding tools like contracts and forms, its project management and purchasing workflow are efficient and reliable, making it an essential part of my daily operations.
Pros: Programa makes managing projects effortless. The item-selection process is clear and organized, and generating purchase orders directly from the platform is seamless. It minimizes errors and prevents costly vendor mistakes while keeping everything in one place.
Cons: It doesn’t handle client onboarding, which forces me to use multiple platforms. I still need other software for contracts, e-signatures, questionnaires, and onboarding forms before importing the project into Programa. Integrating those features would make it a true all-in-one solution.

Programa has saved me hours of back-end work with re-creating spreadsheets and product info for procurement.
Pros: I love how streamlined project management is, I can track multiple projects without re-creating spreadsheets. I also LOVE the schedules!
Cons: I haven't mastered the client sharing/portal portion yet but have been watching tutorials and sending myselft trials to ensure it shows the way I want for the client to view.
