I really enjoy using Oneflow, the offers look clean and in the past our feedback was taken and developed upon. So I like the improvement as well!
Pros: Easy layout, good communication between creator and receiving end
Cons: It's not very well synced with Salesforce. I you create a new template because you selected the wrong one it's not updating Salesforce.

It seems like a robust product with very little issues. Very reliable.
Pros: As a developer I work mostly with OneFlow via the API and have been for a few years. The fast, reliable and flexible API is great to work with.
Cons: I found some product extensions (like fields for merging data) still lacking some functionality, I think. But for most cases it's quite adequate.

Pros: I like the UI and overall UX about the platform.
Cons: Multiple approval processes, and even if I change one small detail, it triggers again. Would be great if we an set some if conditions

Straight forward on the whole, there were some billing issues at one point when we couldn't pay by card... now it works better.
Pros: It makes our agreement process really simple, everything recorded together.
Cons: Nothing, it serves the exact purpose that we need it for

Great in use voor quotes and approvals flow
Pros: Easy editing and to make comments en communicatie internally.
Cons: After te quote is made it isn't easy to edit the emails.

Very good and easy to navigate around in the system.
Pros: Very easy and intuitive to keep track of contracts in the system.
Cons: When you reach for contracts, you should be able to select "only active contracts", so you dont see the ones that are expired. It would be nice to bette be able to group contracts from the same customer together (the "connect" function is not the best)

It's been a great tool thus far, it is infinitely better than our previous tool which required constant adjustment. It was set up well, and hasn't required any troubleshooting
Pros: Oneflow has been incredibly easy and intuitive to use, it has made issuing and signing contracts a breeze, and really impacted my day to day positively. It is a great way to align on paper processes and ensure that everyone is on the same page.
Cons: It's hard to think of specific examples!

Pros: I like the clarity of it and the great quick customer service chat feature.
Cons: Quite timely to create new documents, would be good if there were more templates. Also takes a long time to send individual documents

I appreciate it cause it is fast and sharable.
Pros: It is really intuitive. It is easy to set up the emails and roles.
Cons: It is something personal, but I'd prefer to place the digital signature next to the correspondent field, not in the end of document

I enjoy working with OneFlow a lot. It's a real QoL improvement compared to the offers we used to make through HubSpot
Pros: I really like the HubSpot integration that they are offering. It has a direct connection with the line-items which makes it really easy to set-up new offers. The interface of Oneflow also provides a clear overview of what is pending etc..
Cons: I would like to manage my messages in a more profound way. Some automation and personalisation in these messages would be helpful.

So far, I like working with Oneflow, it makes my work easier, I just have to choose the template & send it.
Pros: Templates, automatic sending, easy to modify fields in the contract.
Cons: Sometimes too many notifications like student made a modification, student signed, all parties have signed. Not sure if we can configure the notifications at the user level, not the organization level

Really satisfied with the overall functionalities and support from OneFlow. We are HubSpot implementation partners and OneFlow is providing more possibilities with Proposals/Quotes/Contracts then HubSpot's own Quote object.
Pros: Easy to implement, clear features, easy integration with HubSpot
Cons: I dont have much that I dont like. OneFlow gives us the opportunity to help our clients in having their Proposal/Quote process more aligned with HubSpot.

At first I was quite hesitant on switching from our older tool to Oneflow, but now that I know how Oneflow works it has been the best choice. Such a flexible tool that is also appreciated by our customers, with clear oversight and integration with CRM. Happy!
Pros: The interactive table that customers can adjust themselves. Makes it really easy to just share all our pricing options and gives the choice to the customer to go with whatever they please.
Cons: It would be great if some parts are more customisable or if there is an option to share feedback from within Oneflow with our Oneflow administrator. Would make it more flexible.

Cons: Le formatting qui est parfois bizarre quand on exporte en pdf, et le fait de ne pas pouvoir le télécharger en word
