I needed a structured way to track site observations, manage task assignments, and generate progress reports without relying on scattered spreadsheets and informal messaging. PlanRadar addressed all three needs effectively. The mobile accessibility was particularly valuable being able to log observations and update task statuses directly from my phone while moving between plant sections improved my response time considerably. Report generation that previously required manual data compilation now takes a fraction of the time. The learning curve for basic features is minimal, though advanced configuration takes some exploration. Overall the platform delivered measurable improvements to how I handle documentation and task management in a daily industrial engineering context.
Pros: The ticket-based task system is the strongest feature I can log a site observation, attach a photo, add a note, and assign it to the right person instantly from my desktop. The Snap feature for organizing floor plans and the structured reporting saved me significant time during documentation rounds at India Glycols Limited. Getting started was straightforward and the interface did not require extensive training, which matters when you are already managing multiple engineering responsibilities simultaneously.
Cons: Advanced features like custom report configuration feel restrictive on lower-tier plans. Some useful functionality requires upgrading, which adds unexpected cost consideration for someone using it for small-scale internal project tracking. Offline functionality has limitations, which is a practical concern in an industrial facility where internet connectivity is not always consistent across every section of the plant.

My overall experience with PlanRadar has been positive. It is a reliable platform that helps streamline project management, task tracking, and team communication in one place. The software is easy to use for daily operations, and the mobile accessibility makes it convenient for both office and on-site teams. While there is a small learning curve for some advanced features, overall it improves efficiency and keeps projects more organized.
Pros: What I liked most about PlanRadar is how simple it makes project tracking and communication. The interface is user-friendly, so it doesn’t take long for teams to start using it. It’s very helpful for managing tasks, snag lists, progress updates, and documentation all in one place. Real-time updates and mobile access are also a big advantage, especially for teams working on-site and in the office together.
Cons: One thing I liked least about PlanRadar is that some advanced features can take time to fully learn, especially for new users. The reporting and customization options are useful, but they may feel a bit complex at first. Also, pricing can be on the higher side for smaller teams or businesses with limited budgets.

Ultimately, this tool not only streamlines project tracking but also significantly cuts down on paperwork and fosters better team coordination, making it an essential tool for success
Pros: This tool streamlines documentation and task tracking, making your workflow smoother. With the real-time updates, communication on-site improves significantly, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned as well.
Cons: Some features will require time to master, and advanced functions may initially seem complex, but embracing them is essential for maximizing your experience.

Overall it's been a solid tool once you get past the initial setup. For event coordination specifically, it brought a level of accountability and visibility that you just don't get from WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets. There were rough patches early on getting the team aligned, but once everyone was on board, the day-of experience was noticeably smoother — fewer things falling through the cracks, clearer ownership of issues, and a proper record of everything after the event. It's not perfect, but it genuinely made my job easier on the ground.
Pros: Honestly, the biggest thing for me was being able to flag and assign issues on the spot during setup. When you're coordinating a tech event, load-in day is pure chaos — AV teams, vendors, venue staff all doing their thing at once — and having everything logged in one place with photos and timestamps meant nothing slipped through. I didn't have to be the middleman for every problem, I could just assign it to the right person and actually see when it got resolved.
Cons: Honestly the learning curve at the start was a bit much — not everyone on the team is super tech-savvy, and getting everyone onboarded and actually using it consistently took more time than I expected. For fast-paced event environments where you're onboarding new crew for every event, that's a real friction point. A quicker, more intuitive setup process would've made a big difference

We have been using PlanRadar for the last two years, and apart from initial hickups, the onboarding has been smooth. The report generation feature needs some bug fixes but otherwise in terms of bottleneck removal, and comprehensive project management, PlanRadar has been performing decently for us.
Pros: The BIM modelling integration of PlanRadar with our existing resource management ERP is very seamless and robust. We can just feed the daily construction updates and material usage status in our ERP, and that gets auto updated in the PlanRadar dashboard, along with pending vendor invoices.
Cons: The report generation feature is often broken, and hence when we want to tally our month-end invoice payouts and material or inventory statuses, along with project specific allotment tickets, it becomes a problem.

My overall experience with planradar is good we are already expanding in various tier 2-3 cities and keeping all the stores data and managing it in real time can only be done with the planradar. It gives the information about sote diaries and project reports which helps to analyse the performing stores and less performing stores. These challenges if we do manually takes a lot of time which can be saved through planradar.
Pros: Planradar is great software a cloud based saas software which helps us in digital documentation, sales and reporting where I specially use this in facility management and project lifecycle process. It helps me to manage various documention of our products.also gives mobile+ we support which makes it easy to access and work remotely.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike about the application I am quit satisfied with it but the learning curve of this perticular platform requires proper training and time to understand it's all functions and attributes.

Pros: What I like most about Planradar is how it centralises project communications and issue tracking in one place. it makes easier to document , assign and track tasks directly on drawings which improves transparency and reduces back and forth between teams.
Cons: What is like least about Planrader is that the interface can feela bit complex for new users and takes some time to get used to. Some advcned feature also require higher tier plans , which can be limiting for smaller teams.

PlanRadar provides a user-friendly platform for construction and real estate project management, making task tracking and documentation efficient. Its mobile and web apps streamline communication between teams, reducing errors and delays. Overall, it enhances project transparency and simplifies reporting processes.
Pros: I like that PlanRadar centralizes all project tasks, documents, and communication in one place, which makes collaboration much smoother. It also saves a lot of time by streamlining issue tracking and reducing manual paperwork, helping teams stay organized and efficient.
Cons: The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of the number of features and configuration options. It also takes some time to customize workflows, especially for new users.

great product that offers value for money for features comparatively offered by other parties with similar uses
Pros: ease of use, ease of collaboration within team aswell as external contractors. Easy interface to adopt with minimal training
Cons: difficulty in getting third party contractors onboard to utilize interface as many have not had experience with this type of platform
Darryl B. · manager · Construction · November 18, 2025
The platform has slashed our response times and significantly improved vendor accountability. We now make data-driven decisions on repairs versus replacements, optimizing our budget. The clear, auditable trail has also strengthened our position in tenant disputes. It has not just organized our workflow; it has provided the data to strategically manage our properties and reduce long-term operational costs.
Pros: As a facility manager,PlanRadar transformed our reactive maintenance into a proactive system. The ability for our technicians to instantly log work orders with photos and voice notes from the field is revolutionary. It creates a flawless digital handover and a living log of every asset's history, which is invaluable for planning and compliance.
Cons: Initially, standardizing the naming conventions for locations and assets across our vast portfolio was chaotic. I overcame this by dedicating two days to building a master template, which now ensures clarity and consistency in every single report generated by the team.
Savannah M. · Spezialist der Personalverwaltung · Internet · November 18, 2025
Overall, it is a great product and has made a huge improvement to our service delivery. It has enabled inhouse customisation and setup, meaning we can adapt to changing requirements and regulations.
Pros: PlanRadar has made a huge difference to delivering our site review inspection reports to our clients, who really appreciate the quality and prompt information.
Cons: The only frustration is the inability to customise the colours of graph outputs from the report. This would allow us to communicate more effectively with our clients.
Aaron H. · National Lead · Facilities Services · November 11, 2025
I think it’s a great program and very user friendly. It is nice to be able to upload all information into one place
Pros: How easy it was to navigate , and being able to see the ticket items on the drawings. I like how you can change the ticket status.
Cons: Difficult to get just the Tickets I needed in one spot and not include everything else. I also had difficulty figuring out how to delete items from a ticket.
Dayna C. · Door repair technician · Hospital & Health Care · October 30, 2025
I have had a pleasant experience with PlanRadar. The platform is user-friendly and well structured, and it is easy to control the tasks, trace the defects, and label the drawings. Mobile access and real time updates aid in maintaining the field and office team on track, and the ability to report and audit gives documentation of a clear picture. Even though it might require certain time to establish, and the availability of local support might depend on the location, the software offers enough functionality, is easy to use, and provides all its communication in the central place, which is why it can be a helpful resource when it comes to construction and facility management projects.
Pros: PlanRadar is a good platform that includes good value of money due to its extensive features in construction and facility management. The customer service is responsive, professional and customer responsive and the platform is user-friendly both on the web and mobile. Its project management features such as assigning tasks and real-time updates keep teams focused, whereas plan mark-ups, defect tracking, and 360deg site capture are some of the features that make the working processes more efficient. Drawing tools are visible and version control is in place and performance and speed overall is smooth even with a number of projects. The best thing about PlanRadar is that it is a central repository of field and office communication, it makes documentation easy and an audit trail is evident, time and confusion on-site can be saved.
Cons: Although PlanRadar has a lot of useful features, it may consume time in the process of setting it up, particularly in configuring templates related to particular workflows. A few users will experience that there is little or no local support in this regard, depending on the area, and it may experience a slight hitches when mobile performance is being tested on very large projects with many tasks or high-resolution images. Also, individual teams or individuals may be attracted towards the higher end of the pricing scale than the simple task-tracking tools.

Fire Consultancy Specialists have been aligned with PlanRadar since their launch in 2020. The transparency that the software offers to our clients grows trust and confidence.
Pros: The infinite number of technical drawings that can be uploaded. This is in addition to the unlimited amount of evidential photographs / videos that can be recorded.
Cons: Inability to conditionally alter the status on tickets. Although currently unavailable this new feature is due to be introduced.
Jon H. · Director · Construction · October 16, 2025
Incredibly positive. They are always improving and are very receptive to feedback. They will always strive to solve any issue you have if it is possible.
Pros: The integration of asset plans and automation features. This has enabled us to streamline our processes dramatically in a short period of time.
Cons: The reporting restrictions in terms of physical documentation. We often require unique sets of data and it has been difficult to extract that information in a simple way.
Megan H. · Compliance Team Leader · Construction · October 16, 2025
Amazing product that has revolutionised our site work. Speeding up workflow both in recording information, checking it and issuing to clients.
Pros: The ability to quickly and reliably capture information on site that can be easily edited back in the office. Being able to create and customise both tickets and reports is easy and useful. We are able to provide a flexible solution across multiple workstreams. Customer support is fast and friendly. Issues are generally resolved very quickly with more complex aspects being rapidly escalated for resolution. It is great to be listed to and then have positive reactions.
Cons: Editing of reports is restricted and blank pages often occur in reports, for example due to the bottom boarder of a table being close to the bottom of the page before.
Simon V. · Head of Technical · Construction · October 16, 2025
In many construction or facility projects, on-site teams, subcontractors, architects, and office staff operate in silos. The field may see an issue (e.g. crack, defect, missing item) but the information travels by paper, email, or phone, losing context. → PlanRadar provides a centralized digital platform where all stakeholders (site, office, subcontractors) can view, comment, and track issues in real time.
Pros: PlanRadar does well to cover a broad spectrum of functionalities — from planning and design to handover and operations. This reduces the fragmentation that often comes when multiple point tools are used.
Cons: In practice, detailed marking, small touch targets, or fine annotation edits on mobile devices (phones/tablets) often feel cramped
Justin A. · Principal Consultant · Computer Software · October 3, 2025
Overall i am happy with it, it saves me a lot of time and reduces the stress at work. I would like to streamline the process better as we are not yet fully digitatlised and data capturing on site is not there yet
Pros: Saves time in office Saves money Reduces headache Saves doing the boring works User friendly Efficient
Cons: Some times error on-site Slow downloading photos Template building can be difficult Process is not very standardised
Ali E. · Civil engineer · Design · September 17, 2025
I love it, it makes writing the reports so much easier and quicker. I don't need to carry paper to site.
Pros: The amount of time it saves me while doing reports. Before it used to take me so much time to put the defects and locations now it does it much quicker.
Cons: Sometimes setting a new template can be little hard. I struggle sometimes in setting a new template for a different project.
Amir N. · Civil engineer · Civil Engineering · September 17, 2025
Overall planradar is a positive impact on our business and allows us to minimise work on site and let us work in the office.
Pros: It’s easy to use and we use it to write reports. It’s flexible and lets us work on site online and offline
Cons: Sometimes the reports are a little ugly, and for some reason it takes 3 minutes to generate ticket reports to pdf
Kilian O. · Civil Engineer · Civil Engineering · September 17, 2025
Overall Plan radar is easy to deal with both the web version and mobile version. It makes easy coordination between the office and site team.
Pros: Plan radar has features that allows to custom create a defect checklist, include photos of the defects and mark the location on the plan.
Cons: While taking photos through plan radar mobile app, if you are using flash sometimes the photo goes dark and clear enough.
