Easy Storage Solutions

Pros: Easy to use. Many reports to choose from.

Cons: Deposit reports off by cents, and very annoywhen doing bank rec.

Pros: Software is decent and works for the most part for my needs.

Cons: I have had issues with several things in the past few months with bad customer experience with the represenatitives. I am supposed to have credits on my account but for some reason my card keeps getting charged for the software.

Pros: Easy system to learn. Always help if you need it.

Cons: Have not found anything I have not liked.

Pros: Always get a quick answer to any concerns we may have.

Cons: Other than price increases we have nothing negative to say about Easy Storage Solutions. Thanks

Pros: This software is a true asset to my business, I wouldn't think of doing any other way. I like that you can get great customer service over the phone anytime you need it.

Cons: Nothing, everything seems to work as promised.

Pros: Ease of use with online and phone. If you have internet it works well.

Cons: Unit setup and implementation of fees.

Pros: I have found the system easy to use and they have a fantastic support team.

Cons: Customers receive some email notifications that I was not aware of. I would like to be cc: on all customer emails.

Pros: Pretty much everything. They do my billing for me and I record the payments. The customer service prople are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good about their support people!

Cons: I don't understand so much and I don't have the time to learn everything. I'm not sure where to start, but this is not a con against them. That's on me.

Pros: It is easy to set up and use. The website is customizable and easy for customers to use for renting online or paying their rent online. I really like the gate integration with the software so I can look at the gate activity log to see who has entered our storage lot.

Cons: Price increases for software and credit card processing.

Pros: Great customer service. Easy to use. Freindly and well versed agents. Call back when they are busy. Always Polite.

Cons: Nothing. Keep up the fine work. Send helpful updates. Easy to navigate and add or delete pages.

Pros: The customer help is phenomenal! Every question I’ve ever had has been answered. They are patient and walk you through every step of the software. I only have 1 small facility and can’t wait to add east storage software to the next location.

Cons: They Monthly fee seems a bit high and cuts into the monthly profit on a small facility

Pros: It was super easy to get started with Easy Storage Solutions and their customer service is always super responsive and helpful.

Cons: Nothing negative to comment on, our experience with Easy Storage has been great.

Pros: Easy to set up and use. Help with problems and set was quick and efficent.

Cons: Not a Canadian company. No choice of payment card system. It would be nice if Easy Storage would interface with SAGE Accounting sytem.

Pros: Super easy management system . For new owners like myself it has been invaluable.

Cons: Cost of gate access system is high. $60 A month is a lot.

Pros: They make it easy to run your storage business

Cons: Like every software sometimes there are glitches

Pros: program is easy to use, Renting and moving out customers is quick and painless. the ability to edit map and units is super useful for us as we have two businesses we run and outside storage space changes with season.

Cons: the inability to delete or combine unused or accidentally duplicated customers etc.

Pros: The reports! it is quite simple to get an idea of how your facility is doing by just a few clicks.

Cons: The way the transaction history is listed is a little confusing to look at.

Pros: Integrated platform for both customer, interface and owner support.

Cons: Price. There are similar solutions in the market that lack the functionality, but are slightly cheaper.

Pros: Great sales people that get you to sign up. Nothing like what they say

Cons: Support. No help and they absolutely don’t care

Pros: Setup was quick and seemingly easy but it didn’t have the easy of use described

Cons: Technical support is terrible, we’ve paid vendors thousands of dollars to troubleshoot hardware issues
