Pros: this software is useful to tenants and owners great for single family homes for property management needs

Cons: nothing least expected from property ware great experience, everything is excellent, and I love how easy it is managed.

Pros: I like it's customizability and user-friendliness, allowing property managers to tailor the software to their specific needs.

Cons: The software's dependability, specifically citing random maintenance times, software crashes, and a general lack of reliability.

Pros: I like the ease of use and the great support you receive if you have any questions. Even in the beginning I always had people that were willing to help me achieve my goals when I wasnt that familiar with the product!

Cons: Would like to see a "disposition letter" that can be sent to the tenant when you do a move out. Other than that I feel it supports my overall needs!

Pros: Very diverse and customizable product

Cons: There are times, typically late afternoon, where PW runs slow with buffering

Pros: The fact that it is easy to use and not to technical. You can find anything you need within a few clicks and also if not you can always call and a rep will help and solve within a few hours or 24 hours

Cons: How often it goes down. It is also slow at times and has nothing to do with our internet or/and kicks you out.

Pros: Excellent technical Support. Very patient. Technology does not come easily to me as an older property manager.

Cons: Would like to have one on one training available. This technology is not my first language. It would be helpful to have telephone support training rather than watching the video.

Pros: A lot of information can be stored, and the customer service turnaround time is quick and helpful.

Cons: The interface is not user-friendly, the labels are confusing, and the design is not easy on the eye, making navigation and task completion more difficult.

Pros: Can't really think of anything I like about the software.

Cons: The gremlins that continually force us to fix what they unknowingly change. The one I hate the most is where I am auditing our database and after I am done PW automatically publishes units to Zillow. That is just the tip of the iceberg!

Pros: Propertyware is what my employer uses for all of our property rentals. It is very easy to use, find information, and a great software for property management.

Cons: I do not like how often the site buffers, stops working, and when the CRP function takes so long to get added to propertyware to generate for when we legally have to get them out.

Pros: It makes my job easier and the accounting end of it is trust worthy

Cons: If I had to dislike anything it would be the multiple updates

Pros: The thing that I LOVE about Propertyware is the tech support team. They are all very patient and eager to help.

Cons: The turn around time on ACH transactions. Some take about a week to clear

Pros: Every possible option that you could want to use is already part of propertyware.

Cons: It almost has too much, so at time its hard to learn and get proficient at it.

Pros: Software works great. Tenant ledgers as well as portfolio ledgers are clear and easy to read. So many automated features to help you stay on top of day to day tasks

Cons: The accounting reports are limited, not sophisticated enough to run a budget or year over year comps.

Pros: The platform was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was straightforward, and I didn’t encounter any issues finding what I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and simplicity!

Cons: I found it challenging that I can’t open multiple tabs, which made it a bit cumbersome when I needed to compare options or gather information. Additionally, some processes required more manual steps than I expected. Overall, while it could be more streamlined, I appreciate the straightforward layout and clarity. I recommend it for those who prefer simplicity and don’t mind a few extra steps.

Pros: The Reporting module is by far the best in the business. There is a learning curve, but the reports are so customizable that it is worth taking the time to learn ow to create meaningful reports.

Cons: The software as a whole is no as intuitive as other software. Once thing that REALLY has been an inconvenience is that they have one url for all databases, rather than unique urls for each database. It makes it difficult for people who work in more than 1 Propertyware database.

Pros: The features of Propertyware are so reliable. I like the ease of use of Propertyware.

Cons: I have zero reasons to dislike Propertyware. Propertyware is amazing.

Pros: Customer support is very helpful when needed Report’s function is very effective and has plenty of options to explore

Cons: Sometimes it’s very slow and that’s one of the things that is least favorite Crashes randomly and loses the page you were in

Pros: Easy to use, very user friendly. Overall a good system and good support.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is the system to pull the screenings for Equifax, if there is even a small mistake on the prospect page it will not give you Equifax score and I have to call you every time. I am calling you at least 2 or 3 times a week to your support because of this.

Pros: Better than quickbooks. The maintenance management section works well

Cons: Not intuitive. I would absolutely hate it if support wasn’t so great. Software seems to be built by accountants for accountants. Simple tasks are more difficult than than they need to be.

Pros: The customer service line is always very efficient and they have a very good attitude to help.

Cons: Sometimes the processes are very complicated to follow.

Pros: Easy to track rental payment, ease of owner draws. No other software we looked into featured in depth owner information. Propertyware ticks all the boxes

Cons: Wish it catered to a few more Canadian features. I also I can't post to an account without attaching to a specific portfolio.

Pros: Your reports a very good and customizable except when we want to exclude one building

Cons: Your support department does not understand our questions and does not have enough Property ware "hands on" experience to answer any question.
