Pros: Keeping award nominees, judges, and information organized. The fields make for easy sorting and filing. And repeating yearly nominations is so easy.
Cons: There is a lot of information to sort through to make the award process flow smoothly for all users, but there are help videos at the top of each page to assist with specific tasks.

As a system manager, I am involved in the entry, judging and communication process.with entry, Judge and communication process.
Pros: Extensive features to not only meet diverse needs and also learn Award program best practice. Excellent support, too.
Cons: As an overseas customer, some translations need to be improved. Help instruction videos are in English only

Their customer service is exceptional, if we experience issue or just have a question the Award Force team always responds quickly.

Pros: It is easy to use and retrieve your data at all times. We get over 19,000 submission in a year and Award Force allow us to manage submission with ease.
Cons: I really have nothing bad to say. I have not experienced a time when I have been disappointed or unable to get the answers I need.
Suzanne R. · Membership and Program Manager · Non-Profit Organization Management · August 22, 2025
The support team at AF are THE BEST. I've used this platform for 4 years and always manage to forget how to do things year on year - they're always there to help out, jump on a zoom. The videos and help links are super useful
Pros: A very intuitive platform, once you have the overall layout of your awards program clearly planned out
Cons: Can feel clunky to get started and takes a while to get used to. Can be tricky to copy and align from old seasons to new, if you make any changes to categories/score sets
Sarah H. · Education and Awards Program Manager · Non-Profit Organization Management · July 11, 2025
My overall experience with Award Force has been great. We have been using it for 4 years now and find that it can be tailored to meet our needs.
Pros: Customer Service is outstanding. Whenever we have an issue, the staff replies quickly and helps solve our problem. The fact that staff are located around the world allows you to get help outside of the 8:00 to 5:00 workday.
Cons: Award Force appeared complex when we first began using the platform several years ago. Over time, it has become much easier, and we spend less time seeking help.
Loretta D. · Project Assistant · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · July 7, 2025
I really enjoy using Award Force and am so grateful to the team for their support..
Pros: A versatile, highly functional system, and . Outstandingly good help and coaching from real people at the other end who are knowledgable enough to answer all questions and check if things are ok in my configurations.
Cons: Expensive, but worth it for the functionality.

Frustrated but amazing support for it. [sensitive content hidden] from Manila was exceptional, helpful and patient as well as being really knowledgeable about it. Shaved hours off my time by just being able to help with a zoom. So grateful
Pros: Logical and has lots of features which would be good to know about in the future
Cons: Its not very intuitive as there are tabs that I don't know about that I need to click on to get to the next stage.
Amanda L. · Regional Manager · Events Services · May 1, 2025
My overall experience with Award Force is very positive as it is a very powerful tool.
Pros: They have the best customer service! They help out very quickly and always help me fix my problems.
Cons: It is a little bit tricky at times and dives very deep.
Reef L. · Project Assistant · Higher Education · March 19, 2025
I am pretty new to it (4 days in!) and so far I love it. It seems user friendly, and the Help and Support team are FANTASTIC. They are professional and responsive, and also friendly and fun. They also explain things really clearly.
Pros: The How To videos are excellent. They are clear, and not too long or complicated.
Cons: Maybe that the content blocks, when altered, they change across all seasons. I haven't actually used this function yet, but I am thinking it would be good if the changes were only to current season, so that we can go back and check historical data for comparison.
Lisa S. · Awards Project Officer · Government Administration · February 25, 2025
Fantastic! I use it for our scholarship applications. 1400 applications went very smoothly.
Pros: Its a very robust an easy-to-use platform.
Cons: It takes some focus to get it all set up. But it's well worth it.
Scott N. · Superintendent · Education Management · February 7, 2025
Good follow up of the contest during the different steps.
Pros: People working on the plateforme are really professionnal
Cons: I would like to make a REX (Return on experience) meeting with people involved.
Fabrizio M. · Project manager · Oil & Energy · January 20, 2025
Pros: I couldn't recommend AwardsForce more highly for their platform. NDS uses it for 3 Awards programs and it is extremely user friendly, as well as being highly accessible for people who require alt text, screen readers, etc.
Cons: Pricing is a bit high for the Pro tier however we've been able to manage with the Growth plan.
Roshae R. · Conferences and Events Manager · Non-Profit Organization Management · December 19, 2024
I have been working with Award Force for almost four years now, and I am so grateful for the platform as it always delivers. Running competitions with an online jury has become so simple and secure because everything works so well. It is a smooth solution where all participants, jury members, and not least the competition management are always satisfied.
Pros: Award Force has an enormous strength, and that is the support team. There is always someone who answers my questions, no matter what time of day I submit them. The service is 5-star, and everyone I've been in contact with in the team is so helpful and clear in their explanations.
Cons: I can' t come up with any right now. I can' t come up with any right now. :)

AwardForce has been very useful for managing our Best Places to Work NZ awards program. Overall, AwardForce has made the awards process smoother, more efficient, and professional, enabling us to focus on celebrating our participants. We highly recommend it to any organisation running awards programs.
Pros: The platform is user-friendly, streamlining the entire awards process from submission to judging. Setting up categories, managing entries, and customising forms is straightforward. Our judges find it easy to navigate and assess entries, making scoring and feedback seamless.
Cons: Would be useful to get an aggregated view of all the judges comments and have some sentiment analysis available.
Paul J. · Ambassador · Research · November 12, 2024
Extremely positive. When I joined our organisation last year, I had only ever used Awardforce as an external judge. I needed a lot of support, some of it urgent, and the team were absolutely reliable and incredibly helpful. [sensitive content hidden] in particular has dug me out of multiple holes and her patience, combined with granular knowledge of the product, has been a godsend.
Pros: I love that the system is highly customiseable, and responsive to our needs. The fact that it is so customiseable makes it easy to make mistakes - but the robust customer support and configuration support mean any mistakes I make are quickly spotted before launch.
Cons: We use the platform for Awards, and for Scholarships and Grants. Some of our scholarship programs used to be run on the Awards section. We are moving them to Scholarships and Grants. However, historic applications are stuck in the Awards section, and I have had to build the forms again from scratch.
Corinne P. · Senior Manager, Programs and Education · Broadcast Media · March 2, 2024
I have had some really anxious moments trying to set up the awards I am working with. Being able to call for urgent help outside of our organisation, for complex issues is an enormous benefit.
Pros: We have access to an extraordinary expert user when we run into trouble. Having a trusted consultant like Cil, means that I can work on a new platform confident that I have her to turn to when I hit difficulties that I can't trouble shoot myself.
Cons: It is a complex program for a new user. I am only two weeks into working with it and trying to run multiple awards. It is a little tricky to learn. I do not necessarily find it intuitive but the more I work with it the more it makes sense to me.
Janet G. · Senior Manager, State Media Awards · Non-Profit Organization Management · March 1, 2024
Pros: It might not be super easy to navigate through all the options but their customer service is always super quick and generally resolves my question first time. I wish all platforms had this level of service, and it's one of the main reasons why we have decided to renew for a second year.
Cons: Not always super user friendly. Could be a bit easier to navigate.
Sally B. · Event and Sponsorship Manager · Non-Profit Organization Management · February 21, 2024
Good overall but too many bugs this year (started in Sept. 2023) compared to 2022
Pros: Easy to set up and prompt support available in any timezone
Cons: There can be some bugs to the system that prevent from making progress when setting up things. The support that needs to be email than a zoom call. I had around 30 email exchanges with support this year which is not efficient on our side - Last year was much better, two zoom calls resolved my issues
Mialy R. · Science-Policy officer · Education Management · February 15, 2024
It's good but it could be better. The terminology isn't as straightforward as it could be. It would be great if there could be a website widget for nominations just to make life easier for nominators. (I manage the website)
Pros: The team are insanely helpful and lovely. I spent years working in CS so I really appreciate good service!
Cons: The ease of use could be better. There seem to be multiple places to edit the same content which is just weird. Overly complex in places.
Rachael W. · Partner · Marketing and Advertising · February 7, 2024
Pros: Excellent Support Team Easily Configurable Items and Features
Cons: It takes a lot of effort to set up properly the forms and the blocks. The process can be done easier-come confusing elements.
Anonymous User · Strategic Programmes Builder · Environmental Services · February 2, 2024
Pros: $79
Cons: Using the review flow process feels like it has to many steps (but that may be my process building!) It would also be great to be able to customise the home page for judges to customise what fields are shown

Overall, our judging team LOVED AwardForce and we're looking forward to using it next year again!
Pros: We were incredibly excited to implement AwardForce as we needed something to revamp our judging processes. The customer service provided was phenomenal- truly the best my manager and I have ever had. Whenever you have a question, the team is there to support you. Our contest was quite complex and has been running without the help of the judging software for several years so we were thrilled to know AwardForce was there every step of the way to ensure our contest was successfully built out on their platform. Shoutout to Marco - a wonderful customer service rep on this team who met with us for our one-on-one support sessions!
Cons: There were several things we would have liked to see on AwardForce, little "nice to haves" that would have made certain finicky parts of our contest operations a bit easier, that we were unable to make work with the current platform. Some examples include: - A way for judges to sort their assignments in VIP judging from highest to lowest score without needing to navigate to the leaderboard - Allowing commenting at every judging phase, including PASS/FAIL rounds - Having YES/NO dropdown fields instead of numerical 0/1 dropdown fields when evaluating submissions However, I know the product team is always implementing new features so I feel confident that the product will continue to get better and better with time!

Pros: great overview for entries and easy to manage
Cons: creating an account for every single award and limited search funktion

Over all experience If I say, the security measures and data protection features of Award Force are the best I found.. Emphasize how it safeguards sensitive information and ensures the integrity of the awards process., which is in fact very high in quality and confidentiality kept tight.
Pros: While introducing I begin your review with a brief introduction to Award Force, mentioning its purpose and significance in awards management. You can also include any context about how you came across the software. Discuss the user-friendliness of the software. Mention if the interface is intuitive and if it's easy for both administrators and applicants to navigate.: Absolutely it is intuitive and easy to navigate. Features and Functionality:Detail the key features of Award Force that you found valuable. This could include aspects like customizable application forms, scoring systems, reporting capabilities, or any unique features that set it apart. All are very good and excellent I found.
Cons: There are certain things of course to be improved. Like reporting part, I could not find any easy way to get the scoring sheet and scores together to be converted to a pdf format.
Sujathan N. · Senior Administrative Officer · Non-Profit Organization Management · September 18, 2023
I run multiple competitions for schools around the world. This system is relatively easy to us for a builder and for the manager.
Pros: The representatives are available 24/7 all over the world to solve problems and propose solutions.
Cons: The emails from AF often go to someone's SPAM folders and we have to keep tracking them down.
