My overall experience has surpassed my wildest expectations. I did not expect building my website to be this easy and I never would have dreamed that i could have this nice of a website without paying designers a lot of money.

Cons: There is nothing that I don't like about Subbly. This software wants a minimum of 100 characters and I would have to make things up.

My experience with Subbly has been overwhelmingly positive, with excellent support, clear guidance, and a platform that’s easy to use.
Pros: The customer service was outstanding. I came in feeling nervous and unsure because I had very little knowledge of the app, but [sensitive content hidden] , the live support agent, was incredibly patient, clear, and kind. She walked me through everything and completely put me at ease. It honestly made my day.
Cons: There are some prompts to upgrade services, which I completely understand as part of running a business. That said, it can be a little frustrating for me right now, as I’m on a budget and have to be careful not to accidentally upgrade.

I researched soooo much before picking a platform and I ended up picking Subbly instead of the major competitor because I liked that the subscription model is the main part of Subbly's offering instead of being an integration. I started my mail club 2 months ago with zero followers on social media and I'm now entering my 3rd month in business with 1200 active subscribers! I'm convinced that if Subbly didn't make the check out process easy and intuitive for the customer I wouldn't be seeing as much success. Thank you Subbly and all the amazing customer service reps who have the patience to explain things to me a million times until I get it!
Pros: I love that Subbly is incredibly complex in the back end but is very customer friendly in the front end, is incredibly easy for customers to check out and manage their accounts which increases conversion and reduces amount of customer service related emails.
Cons: It can have a learning curve if you are not familiar with web applications, buildings websites, etc and because it is a very complex application a lot of things could get overlooked or be hard to find, the good news is they have an incredibly responsive customer service and I know I will always find someone available to chat fairly quickly.

i work with subbly since 3 years and i'm very satisfied. I'm always improving my web site very easy. Each time I move someting in my business, i'm able to manage this with subbly. I earn money with subbly, and the solution is not that expansive. I never had any problemn with payment processing and security.
Pros: great for subscription business ; easy to use when you start ; special UX for a subscription business ; all payments available (paypal, stripe, credit card), inventory management is easy ; you can also sell one-time product, you can do every thing you need
Cons: I'm not an expert in web design so first it wasn't so easy for me to make a nice web site and UX, but now the IA subbly website builder is available and you can do every thing you need very easy with a great web design, optimized UX and conversion rate

Pros: Subbly has been absolutely amazing! Their customer service went above and beyond. They sent me several personalized videos showing how to use their website builder and even extended my free trial. They also invited me to try their new AI website builder which was such a cool bonus. I’m so glad I chose Subbly to create my website. They’ve truly made the process so easy and enjoyable!
Cons: No cons they were great. They were able to help me with anything I had questions on in a very timely manner.

I love it, so easy to use, fantastic support. I would recommend to anyone starting a subscription business.
Pros: Easy to build a website and get it up and running within a couple of weeks. ( I am not a website builder just a business owner and I managed fine ) I have several subscription products on Subbly and they all work seamlessly. Customer service is amazing and so helpful and quick. They go out of their way to help.
Cons: Nothing, it just works really well, is easy to use and inexpensive. Customer service is great too. Compared to wordpress it's a breeze to use.

Subbly has been an irreplaceable part of my subscription box business since the beginning. They have simplified what was an overwhelming component of starting my Tiny Paws Box business. Subbly University literally walks you through every step. The pre-designed customizable templates make it easy to get your site up and running. It provides the tools to create coupon and special offers and even to add a blog to your site. Their level of customer support is second to none. They are extremely responsive and eager to help you solve any challenge. I highly recommend Subbly.
Pros: Subbly's ease of use, pre-designed templates and responsive customer support are a big win! It simplified the process of designing a successful website for Tiny Paws Box, setting up the subscription and even create marketing tools such as discounts and coupons for growth.
Cons: After using Subbly for a few years, I haven't found a negative yet. What I lacked in knowledge, I was able to find in their Subbly University.

I switched to subtly a couple years ago and never looked back! The reason I love it is that I am not so good with technical issues and they always patiently help me figure out what I need, including sending videos.
Pros: It is easy to update my needs and their customer service and support are The best. They reply quickly and in detail until I understand how to do what I need.
Cons: I would love an option like shop pay, that Shopify has, that saves customers payment info and they just purchase with one click.

So far it's been a steeper learning curve than Shopify but given that I'm trying to create a more complicated customer flow with the subscription model, they provide a lot of extra resources to help you climb that learning mountain!
Pros: Their customer support is incredibly helpful - there are a lot of videos, the messaging response is prompt and thorough, and very user support friendly
Cons: It's harder to customize than Shopify -- the "elements" and "blocks" are harder to work with, not as first time user friendly

My experience with Subbly has been great. I took longer to get started than I planned, but I'm finding it fairly easy to get things done.
Pros: I love that it's set up for one purpose, subscriptions. I also like the help that the staff gives to help you get to where you need to be.
Cons: Nothing. I know if I need assistance, I can ask for it.

I really would recommend Subbly if you are looking for an easy and effective way to set up a subscription website. The store configuration and website are ideal for subscriptions and memberships.
Pros: First and foremost, customer service is the number one pro with Subbly. Subbly's team truly goes above and beyond to help. As someone who has limited tech/software knowledge and wants to be able to just focus on my business, having a company that can help address website/store configuration questions and concerns immediately and in a succinct way is vital. Additionally, Subbly seems to be consistently adding features, improvements, and new ways to gain and maintain subscribers.
Cons: I have very little issues with Subbly so far. Any issues I have had, were immediately addressed and corrected.

Pros: I can’t say enough good things about Subbly! Cons: That said, there are a couple of areas where I feel Subbly could improve. great way to grow a business, great customer service, and the videos and quick replies from customer service is helpful!
Pros: Though it took me a while, it was quite easy to use, there are options for single items and subscriptions which is a nice way to set things up. I'm happy my customers are able to manage their account much easier on this system
Cons: It took me forever to set up and I needed external help. THAT SAID, I am not a great tech person. So if you're more of a techie than I, you should be just fine.

Overall my experience has been great, and I look forward partnering with Subbly.
Pros: What i like most about Subbly is are the features available to customize your website and designs. I also like how responsive the support team has been in answering all of my questions and helping me through any issues I had in a timely manner. I also commend the fact that they have multiple instructional videos explaining how to use the features offered to build your site the right way.
Cons: The complexity of some of the tools and features to use to build and/or integrate into your sight can be a bit trivial to use or learn how to use for the average website builder/business person.

My overall experience was great! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a membership platform. I have tried other like Thinkific, LeanWord, and ClickFunnels. I ran into brink walls with them. Subbly platform and customer service is the best I have experienced.
Pros: Super helpful. I'm not an IT guy and ger frustrated. I almost quit the platform. [sensitive content hidden] did a great job creating video to show me what I needed to do.
Cons: A few on the customer staff need more training. I felt like I was running is circles with a few of them.
