Pros: Ease of use and great record keeping. Customer service records and PM by trade reports

Cons: 24 hrs to generate a PM. Loss of existing asset number in last update

Pros: Ease of moving around. I also like the filter.

Cons: I can only look at one asset then I have to exit out of the screen and go find another, I cannot scroll through the assets one of the time

Pros: How friendly use it is. And the team that help us with training

Cons: The common problem doesn’t let us assign techs in that settings

Pros: One of the many terrific features of FSI’s CMS platform is it’s functionality in maintaining and tracking your companies assets. From tracking life expectancy to replacement costs and everything in between, there’s really no excuse why a company shouldn’t be prepared to replace that 20 year old piece of equipment when the time comes.

Cons: It’s difficult to come up with a con for this product given the amount of pros that it has. If I had to choose something, I would say the volume of capabilities this software has can be intimidating for new users until they spend time in it.

Pros: In my opinion, FSI CMMS is a key tool for all healthcare departments and any entity that needs to track their asset maintenance and work done in their facilities on consistent schedules for compliance, leveraged decision making and success from becoming more efficient as a whole.

Cons: I think the cms tech could become more user friendly in the way of simplifying the language for on the floor techs and even offering some of the wording in other languages would be great.

Pros: Once I learned to navigate system it is very efficient

Cons: Navigation was difficult if not familiar with software

Pros: It has gotten more and more intuitive to use over the years.

Cons: The downtimes with the parent server can lead to loss of time.

Pros: It is very intuitive and extremely simple to use.

Cons: I haven’t found anything yet, I am still looking.

Pros: I really appreciate the software’s ability to be customizable and flexible to meet the needs of my organization.

Cons: I wish there was a place to view ‘commonly asked questions’ or a place to see help with things that I experience as an administration of my organization’s setup.

Pros: Easy to use and capable to expands into other fields.

Cons: So far, I have found no issues in this system compared to our prior software program.

Pros: Easy to set up and use and easy to train staff on how to use it

Cons: It seems like it is a little slow in loading and navigating through different options within the program

Cons: It takes time to get enhancements, however, we do want them done correctly.

Pros: It’ very easy to use and to teach new user’s to use this product. Customer support is very good.

Cons: When you down load a report to excel you have to click to many buttons

Cons: Rounding reports are cumbersome and not giving me info looking for

Cons: The least liked component is the need to customize reports

Pros: Building this software was a blast and allowed us to tailor the software to our needs.

Cons: We need better Accounting features and a better Project Management module.

Pros: It can be used effectively in all aspect of Support Services. It’s flexible and intuitive.

Cons: It can be complex and overwhelming. I wish there were info bubbles over the different different pieces.

Pros: Short learning curve for users. Personal involvement with FSI staff.

Pros: FSI's software is easy to navigate and use. It's not overly complicated but gives you all the necessary features you would need in a CMMS.

Cons: The reporting module has to be my least favorite. The reports are pre-configured and there are hundreds of them making it difficult to find the one you need.

Pros: I like being able to add a picture to the finding and being able to generate some work orders right from the round.

Cons: I don't like the lack of control over an individual site. Not being able to add or remove people from department contact lists and not being able to to pick the correct person to send a finding to. As an example, a department director is not going to clean a ceiling vent or sprinkler head . The last program we used referenced the Joint Commission chapter and element of performance for each finding.

Pros: Ease of use by maintenance staff, ease of navigation. Excellent support service.

Cons: At times challenging to obtain reports that we need, however this may be part of learning curve.

Pros: The product is easy to use and therefore easy to train new hires. It maintains our equipment and helps us stay compliant by keeping us organized with schedules and inventory. I like that they are always open to improvements and staying on top of technology.
