Pros: When using eSkills I like the fact that you can build your own testing built on the skills you are looking for. There is a variety of questions available.

Cons: The hardest part is you can not score the questions you add into the system.

Pros: I have used eSkill as an assessment tool for years but just started video interviewing as part of our efforts to recruit during a public health crisis but also as a tool in our DEI outreach. Learning this new feature was made so simple by the outstanding customer support. There are many different learning styles and the eSkill team is happy to support its clients and adjust accordingly.

Cons: A bit of confusion around the length of question vs length of test setting for video interviews.

Pros: The scoring is very easing for the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand, the functionality and usability of the eSkill platform is a dream. Customizing an assessment and sending it out to candidates is quick, efficient, and easy, which exactly what our team needs.

Cons: I was not a part of the team when integration took place. I am now the admin for our eSkill account, and I do not hear any complaints about the platform from my team. eSkill is very user friendly and provides us with the services and data we need to hire great candidates.

Pros: This product allows for the effective dissemination of various tests to one or multiple candidates, tests can be sent with a specific deadline or with a unique link for each test taker. The tests are timed and the scores automatically generated. The result options range from overall score to summary of grade per question, based on your unique needs.

Cons: There are no issues or areas of improvement with the product that I can highlight at this time.

Pros: We really like how intuitive the assessments are. We use Word and Excel simulations a lot, very realistic.

Cons: We wish that it was integrated with Avionte Bold.

Pros: Very thorough testing both in terms of testing programs and questions. Outstanding features that are customizable. The training was over the top - very focused and flexible with our team. The customer service is the best I have ever seen. Our rep is amazing!
