Very satisfied with the overall experience. Biggest challenge is to have all staff and users to slow down a bit and USE the support to solve issues or challenges and then SHARE the knowledge with others ... we are all so busy serving our seniors.
Pros: Quick and efficient solution to my issue, through the eldermark support system. This was an issue that could not have easily been solved without the knowledge on the back end of the support tech person.
Cons: Nothing really ... every time I get support assistance, I tend to learn something new that is useful.

Pros: I love how they are always willing to answer any questions I might have. It so great to have a new and improved system.
Cons: Just that you have a different person for the clinical, and billing. But hasn't been a big deal.

Pros: The patience while trying so many things to get it working and such excellent customer service!
Cons: I didn’t have any issues at all. The issue I had was an update on my laptop.

Excellent!! From the initial meeting to the support through the conversion process along with the support after implementation. [sensitive content hidden] were awesome!
Pros: The communication, the training and the availability of Eldermark staff to answer any and all questions on a timely manner. The friendliness of the whole team was awesome!!
Cons: The only 'con' would be the time it took to get everything situated and ready to roll. I wish that could have been a shorter process.

Overall I would say good. I just learned it and still learning everything it can do.
Pros: The the sorting it can do and different communities
Cons: it locks up alot when aides switch back and forth throughout a day so I have to ask to have it unlocked.

Overall, I have had an extremely positive experience with Eldermark. All too often, companies say they listen to your feedback, but Eldermark really shows this. They keep you updated with bug fixes or issues that have been noted. Their response time is amazing and all their staff are really knowledgeable about the products they are working with.
Pros: It is pretty user friendly and easy to navigate through. Your Billing, Clinical, etc. are all in one place and work with each other. There are many options available and the Eldermark Team is ALWAYS listening. They listen to any issues you are having and are quick to resolve them! They listen to your concerns on what can make your business more successful and time management friendly. Most of the time, they already have a system/product available, however, they are more than eager to develop if it is not currently an option. They are always looking to make the product better and more efficient for YOUR business. Training - there is so much training offered not only though Webinars and video, but you can schedule a training for your Team with Eldermark, and they schedule according to your needs. No topic is left uncovered and the floor is opened for any additional issues to discuss.
Cons: There are a lot of hidden reports that could be utilized more frequently, but difficult to navigate

My customer experience contact-[sensitive content hidden] has been great. She understands the needs of the community and works with communities to get their needs med. Anytime I have a concern, [sensitive content hidden] is there to assist.
Pros: The ability to obtain just about any type of data to support the clinical arena
Cons: The legacy version is not web based. It is cumbersome and it is not intuitive. I understand there is a web based version that is in beta testing. Looking forward to when this will be ready for general use.

Pros: The support team, the quickness to respond and assist, the setup of the system and how it looks, and the ease of use. Eldersmarts and Dashboards are my favorite!

I feel like Eldermark is the best and most cost-effective tool that fits our current business needs and grows to meet the future needs of our company at the time that is appropriate. I can’t imagine more useful software for senior living, independent living and, memory care communities to use that fits exactly those needs.
Pros: Eldermark’s ability to address specific business concerns and make meaningful updates to address them is appreciated and impressive. We feel if our needs are not currently being met they will be eventually. Eldermark makes us feel our needs are valid and let’s us know if and when improvements to address our needs will be implemented.
Cons: Some major updates take longer than we hope and underutilization of their tools on our part may reflect confusing UI or training.

Pros: We feel that Eldermark is an easy to use well-rounded software that meets our needs well. Our account manager is very supportive and responsive to our needs. The support team at Eldermark is quick to respond and help with any problems we might have.
Cons: Currently it is a server based software. They are moving to web-based which will be helpful.

Initially I was not impressed. It was not working well for my organization. We luckily were connected with [sensitive content hidden] from Eldermark- she helped us set it up in ways that make sense for our business. She has also taught me how to continue making tweaks on my own, so I don't have to ask for support every time I want a change.
Pros: Eldermark is easy to navigate once you understand it. During customization, our rep [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful and really listened to what we were looking for. She has also been very responsive to questions/issues outside of our designated meeting times.
Cons: Difficulty maintaining connection, have to restart the program frequently, not web based yet (although I hear this is rolling out now)

Exceptional - highly recommend
Pros: I love that there are modules to cover most areas of operations and that they are all integrated. Data is made useful through widgets on their dashboard website. Training & customer service is the best I have ever experienced.
Cons: The billing midwife is difficult to learn.

Pros: From nursing to billing to sales this software works well. Cohesiveness between the different areas is easy to use.
Cons: It took a little while to figure out the electronic narcotic record keeping. The medication count between the medication order, actual pill count & the shift2shift counts are often needing to be adjusted for accuracy.

I have worked with Eldermark for 20 years so it has been a work in progress, building relationships, and sharing experiences. I love the support model because it provides a quick resolution while the user is on the all with the support person. I feel my experience and knowledge is respected. Eldermark and Ecumen can work together to come to a common ground on requests. I have had times where I think Eldermark has not explored the needs of their clients enough and sometimes seems to wait for the user to ask where certain things are. Examples: AL Licensure 8/1/21 Not prepared to create a lease, SA, and additional addendums with a full electronic signature. The e-signature that was there was not fully functional. Not prepared to add the new MN Client Rosters until we asked. They are ready now and in use. We always have had lots of assistance when we reach out. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been wonderful to work with. We can be honest and respect what we share.
Pros: The eMar is user-friendly and offers lots of options. The Assessment w/ Pts driven Level of Care has a good customizable process to capture services in a detailed manner.
Cons: It is a deficit that Service Minder is not web-based. The user interface is antiquated because of it and certain functionalities can't be used. Download documents in the lease setup which creates users to have to use a partial paper process.

Pros: It covers almost every aspect of a company's business. Great tool to support state regulations.
Cons: Would like the ability to add program activities per resident, specific questionnaire for staff to complete, and more forms when required. It isn't easy to add sections. One must call support.

Eldermark is top notch and their customer service is above and beyond!
Pros: Eldermark was specifically created for Assisted Living facilities so unlike other products that have tried to adapt to make their product work for AL - Eldermark is the real deal!
Cons: The software is not 100% web based although many features, like the main dashboard, can be accessed via the web for a quick over view of the facility.

Pros: Eldermark provides excellent software representatives that are always willing to troubleshoot and train as needed. I am impressed with Eldermark's ability to keep me up to date on new features and partnerships with third party add-ons. The billing module automates sending resident billing each month which saves valuable time.
Cons: We would love to have the ability to set annual fee reminders or auto billing for annual fees.
