It was overall great to use. Easy charting and useful. Much easier than using a paper charting before.
Pros: It is well organized, straightforward, easy to use!! Once we put all resident's information, this software is really easy to use for all staff.
Cons: It would be helpful if there is note page. Sometime it was bothering when all staff doesn't know detailed information about resident, so It would be helpful if there is a note page for all to see.

Pros: I like being able to chart and see charting from anywhere and considering I travel between our communities it saves me a lot of time/questioning. It is easy to use once someone is trained. Staff seem to pick up on it pretty quick.
Cons: Communication; particularly when for example, a staff member enters in a cocnern/question about a resident; it would be great to have a way to respond directly to that in a note versus typing in a new note or observation.

I helped to set up our system at day one, it took some time to in put all resident information, but once it was done, the system runs itself.
Pros: ECP is an all around communication record system for residents. All information can be accessed no matter the location making oversight easier if not on sight and want to ensure care and treatment for residents.
Cons: Inputting all the data in the beginning and building cares was a little time consuming.

I love it. I never want to go back to paper. It is so great and so easy to use.
Pros: We can keep diagnosis updated, meds updated, fall reports, vaccinations - everything just a click away.
Cons: Took a Little time to figure out how to set up the alerts . Locks up or freezes once in awhile, then kicks you out and you lose your current documentation.
