PayPal Invoicing

Pros: Paypal imvoicing was very easy to use, organized, dependeble, clear communication and training, easy sofware download.

Cons: Yhe least that we liked about papal inv Voicing sometime it hatd to print the onvoices so the margins are correctly. It not friendly when it come to auto printing.

Pros: Paypal invocing is very easy to use, it provides out of box invoice template you don't need any design skills, and comparably cheap with other product, any time I have issues, I can contact customer support easily.

Cons: One downside is that the transaction fees can be a bit higher than other platforms, which starts to add up if you’re processing a lot of orders. I’ve also found that the customization options for the invoice design are somewhat basic, so it’s hard to make them perfectly match a specific brand aesthetic.

Pros: What I like most about Paypal Invoicing is that it's a recognized brand; you can save customer information, just by searching for them with an email address; I can keep track of sent invoices and their status, whether they have been paid or not.

Cons: Lately, what I don't like about PayPal invoices and PayPal in general is the high card rejection rate. Compared to Stripe, the payment process is faster, costumers don't have to create accounts , and the card rejection rate is lower than PayPal.

Pros: This tool, integrated into the PayPal application, makes it even more useful because without any accounting knowledge, I've managed to create professional-quality invoices to send to clients via email so they can make their online payments using the most convenient payment method. I like it because it's easy to learn, and when I have any questions, the support service is very quick to answer help tickets. It's also helped me ensure clients make payments securely with the link I share. It's an easy and secure process for them. For me, it helps me keep all my funds in my PayPal account. It's very secure and provides an excellent, fast payment method for each client. Also, to have a follow-up, from knowing if the client has already opened the invoice and if they made the payment.

Cons: In terms of function and quality, it's fine, but when there are too many payments, the commission can get a bit expensive, which has sometimes become uncomfortable. The amount discounted in commissions is so high. That's the only thing I don't like because everything else is done very well. I would like them to adjust the commission percentage.

Pros: Free to create/send; mobile app for on-the-go management; integrates with eBay, CRM, and accounting tools.

Cons: Potential for disputes where PayPal may side with buyers, requiring detailed invoice documentation to resolve.

Pros: PayPal Invoicing allows me to automatically track expenses to ensure that we account for every penny to discourage fraud.

Cons: Thanks to the PP customer support for helping me reinstate my account which was limited for over 15 days - there is no issue that I am facing at the moment.

Pros: Easy to set up and use, a great way to receive money for services when onsite and need to settle a bill immediately. Its easy to track payments and any income is automatically reported into my accounting software .

Cons: Originally Id sometimes forget to include these invoices in my usual acount reporting software but it all intergrates now so problem solved

Pros: The platform is easy to use and easy to navigate. Most customers are very comfortable with paypal and trust the brand for making online purchases.

Cons: I have no complaints with using the platform. Very easy to use. Customers love the ease of being able to pay invoices.

Cons: Havent found any issues or problems with it lately, its alwsys worked well for us as a payment platform and fornour customers

Pros: Easy to use. Keeps invoices organized. Allows clients to pay by credit card, or to pay in installments. No charge for the system, it just deducts a fee from every credit card transaction. Great mobile app!

Cons: Every time I login, it asks if I want information on a PayPal Business Loan. And almost everyday, I get an email from them also encouraging me to apply for a loan. I get that they need to make money, but this is very annoying. I wish I could turn this off somehow.

Pros: I like that they are very organized with keeping all invoices on record!

Pros: The best thing about PayPal Invoicing is the ability to keep the transaction and customers to see who has paid and who has not paid for services while being able to customize products.

Cons: Seems like the default is a 30 day lookout for the dashboard.

Pros: The invoices are very easy to customize, create, and keep track of. You can save templates, clone old invoices, and send them out with one click. You receive notifications when sending them and when receiving payments and can trigger reminders. Very convenient solution for online and international payments.

Cons: Associated costs, including PayPal currency exchange and transaction fees.

Pros: It’s very easy to creat an invoice. Helps keep track of invoices created. It also helps keep track of the amount of each invoice.

Cons: At first I had trouble getting around the tools.

Pros: What I like most about Paypal invoicing is that I can send invoices to my clients with just one email and customize the logo and product type.

Cons: What I don't like is that there are many restrictions regarding the cards that can be used to pay. I have had multiple problems and complaints from my client that their card is not accepted by PayPal or perhaps they entered a number incorrectly and PayPal blocks the payment with their cards. This is very cumbersome since it is a waste of time and it is even a waste of money since users get frustrated and may not make the payment.

Pros: What I like about the tool is the tax calculation feature and the billing cycle compliance. We are notified before a billing date to ensure that we are up-to-date.

Cons: My interactions with the tool has been fruitful.

Pros: I loved most was the customer service. They knew exactly what I needed help with and it was someone that right away. I didn't have to wait or anything.

Cons: Sometimes the app freezes. Also some of my invoices don't go throw.

Pros: It has user-friendly application which is way good than other apps

Cons: It should have been more fast for international transaction.

Cons: The fees are a little bit outrageous. You have to pay to "usuage" fee and then a transfer fee.
