Overall, these features contribute positively to operational management and service delivery.

Cons: While the system provides useful features such as attendance tracking, activity monitoring through the calendar, and digitalised forms, there are some operational challenges. In particular, the lack of a structured and consistent handover process makes it difficult to verify whether key tasks, such as welfare checks, have been completed by staff. This can impact accountability and continuity of care. Strengthening handover procedures and ensuring clear recording of completed tasks would help improve oversight and service delivery.

Pros: I enjoy that it is extremely user friendly and its so easy to use and train on. I also appreciate that it stores patient info so well.

Cons: I would have liked if you could customize it better to fit the needs of your business. I also think the billing platform needs an update but I hear that is coming soon.

Pros: StoriiCare keeps our care documentation, care plans, daily notes, ADL tracking, and incident reporting all in one organized system, which greatly improves communication between caregivers and leadership. The care plan templates save time and create consistency across residents, and the family portal is a feature we really value because it provides transparency without adding extra administrative work. The platform is generally intuitive once set up, making it easier for CNAs and nurses to adopt. It also supports caregiver management well by allowing us to assign tasks, monitor completion, and maintain accountability. For the price, it delivers strong value as a centralized hub for compliance and record-keeping, especially for small to mid-sized care organizations.

Cons: We would like more native checkbox or quick-select inputs in note sections to reduce typing during real-time charting. Because these aren’t always available, we sometimes create tables and have staff manually type responses, which is less efficient. Some workflows require multiple clicks to reach, and deeper customization for reports and formatting would be helpful. We haven’t experienced major bugs, but occasional navigation and formatting limitations can slow staff down slightly. Scheduling and billing features work for basic needs, but organizations with more complex staffing or finance structures may still prefer pairing StoriiCare with a dedicated scheduling or accounting tool.

Pros: A fantastic tool that makes planning daily activities for clients easy. All client information in one place but info can also be shared with parent / carers about a clients day. Accessible and vital tool for staff.

Cons: Master login needed to be used when laptops update, means that staff have to request this and it can be time consuming

Pros: StoriiCare's ease of use and amazing customer support team have made the transition from paper to electronic record keeping seamless.

Cons: Our biggest "dislike" at the moment is not being able to change the calendar background, but that option is already pending according to their feature request.

Pros: Absolutely everything. The SC team is amazing - from their customer support to really "getting it", the product speaks for itself. It is so easy to use and train students on. All of the features that the program has and continues to update on are exactly what we were missing for years. Communicating with our clients, team and everyone in between has been improved 100%. Excellent value, we never feel like we are being "upsold". Our intake process is also a lot more seamless now between our 2 programs thanks to the form builder and other features.

Cons: Some features can be a bit glitchy sometimes and there are "bugs" that do happen, however, the team is always vigilant in fixing it or helping our team navigate solutions.

Pros: What I love most about Storiicare is their customer support! They are always available to help, via chat, email or booking a one-on-one video call. I am so appreciative to the support team as they are extremely helpful, great support and wonderful to work with.

Cons: Honestly no complaints, I do wish there was a way to bulk check-in members by date and time, just clicking the members names through a list.

Pros: It reduces the errors of having incorrect information about each patient in order to keep a safe control of each medical record. It is a platform that stores all the clinical history of each patient in a very safe way and with the ease of accessing it from anywhere. It helps me a lot to have the precise information of each client

Cons: There is nothing that I have had problems with, it is a platform with its clear and precise tools and functions

Cons: My own lack of tech knowledge sometimes made it hard for me. But the company hires the most patient and knowledgeable people that they help me overcome my own ineptness

Pros: The calendar option having all my activities makes thing convenient. The app works well in mobile phone too

Cons: The only problem i faced till now is that it freezes sometimes during the admission process

You can create an interactive life story using this concept.The website allows you to quickly and easily create multimedia life biographies for yourself or your loved ones utilizing images, music, videos, audio recordings, and text, making them more than just a life storybook.

Cons: When working from two buildings, it can be challenging to use some analytical tools, and there are too many passwords.

Pros: It's nursing home and adult day care center are hygienic and supportive

Pros: This software was incredibly user-friendly, meeting the needs of even the most technologically inexperienced users. It contains a slew of technological characteristics that have proven to be highly effective in the delivery of telehealth services. Furthermore, the ease of use of this software contributed to its overall usability.

Cons: At the moment, there is one unfulfilled goal of mine: the potential for activities to be accompanied by linked images, rather than just in separate photo albums. In other words, while the system's existing capability is adequate in many ways, the ability to integrate photographs directly into the activity stream would be a big improvement, particularly in terms of improving the user experience and visually attractive the platform.

Pros: Support from team at Storii has been fantastic as well as willingness to action feedback from users. Ease of use for front end users.StoriiFamily app is fantastic enables team to communicate with families and colleagues at the same time this feature will save us so much time. Easy to use access permission levels and customisation of permission levels.

Cons: Improvements to scheduling would be good at the moment doesn't allow for the complexity we currently need.

Pros: Customizability and user-friendly software! Storii makes it a cinch to organize patient data, chart on medications, and complete Care Plans.

Cons: Storii took some time to get used to -- like any new software. Also, its relative newness to the field means many bugs are still being worked out.

Pros: The company is responsive and you talk to real people. The chat option is great as well. Progress notes are great. Staff signing in is great as well. Love the HIPAA Compliance and the reports.

Cons: Nursing Functions are very limited. We have to create our own forms instead, and it's been difficult to find the time and the form builder is not intuitive. Looking forward to all the bugs being worked out of the billing system.

Pros: We were using another Person-Centered platform prior to learning about StoriiCare. When StoriiCare first reached out to us, we were impressed how advance this platform was. The onboarding process was "easy" because we had a dedicate representative to help us and facilitated the process with such ease.

Cons: We are looking forward to using StoriiCare for our transportation and helping us with the in-take process.

Pros: The calendar option, being able to have a library of all my activites is helpful.

Cons: Storii Care freezes a lot. Also when you are typing in a note into messages when you hit send it deletes your entire message.

Pros: StoriiCare has been wonderful for us. Creating new clients, keeping track of those clients, and reporting has been great. The team has been wonderfully responsive to emails and is quick to set up meetings over Zoom.

Cons: It's still a fairly young program and thus is missing some features, but the team does a great job at adding things when requested.

Pros: There is no one feature I like most about this software. The platform is a gem. But even more than that, the constant improvements and customer service make this a great investment opportunity for any organization who needs a person-centered platform.

Cons: That's really hard. There really isn't anything that isn't liked. The closest thing to anything is an improvement that will be fixed eventually, which is how more comprehensive updates aren't able to be done simultaneously and still must be done individually. However, that's the nature of any type of technology... There are constant "user-oriented" improvements being done and done in a manner that adds value. It is amazing what StoriiCare does!
