It's early on, but the beginning has been incredibly rough, and very concerned about the future with them. They lock you in for a year, but coming from CINC I had high expectations it would be like "CINC on Steroids" But it so far has not been that at all. It's very expensive and for this price it should be amazing... It feels like this was not built with Realtors in mind... Everywhere you turn you'll scratch your head and wonder why... For instance property alerts... it will send over 100 properties at a time if there's that many in their search criteria instead of in batches, or like how I dunno Zillow does it...
Pros: The all in one aspect, the website looks nice, that's really about it... There's really not much else, the Streams app (AI Assistant) is pretty cool I guess.
Cons: From the outside looking in, it looks like a very impressive system with all the bells and whistles... But it can't even seem to do the simple things correctly. We've been using the platform for just about 2 weeks and it's been a dreadful start... The implementation took almost a month (even though everything could've been done in a week or less), once you're in you quickly realize it's extra $$ for specific features. Support and customer service slow to get back to you, I have one customer success person who's been super helpful but we have about 10 issues going on at the moment and feel bad bombarding her with everything. It feels like Boldtrail was built off a template of Go High Level, but it's just "messy"...

I will never chose this CRM or do business with [sensitive content hidden] in any capacity in the future. There are too many options to deal with incompetent people when managing your business.

Pros: Bold trail is a basic CRM that acts like any other. The functions of the base system are basic and can certainly take care of any basic CRM needs.
Cons: The customer service and management are a bit of a joke. I agreed to an expansion for leads, signed a contract, and was charged twice what my contract states. I brought it to their attention and they are now trying to say it should have been more, and a discounted amount was in my contract. This is ludicrous and I’m in the process of having my bank review and get my money back. I would caution spending any money with them without an iron clad agreement… even then you might have to fight to have them do what they say they will do. I have proof of everything and will get this sorted, but it’s a pan in the butt and I wanted everyone to know and caution when working with these guys. Specifically [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] (lead department). Horrible customer service.

Overall, my experience with BoldTrail has been very positive, especially from the perspective of helping agents understand how to use technology to grow their business. When agents take the time to optimize their profiles, connect their website tools, configure their CRM automations, and actively use the system, BoldTrail can support everything from lead capture to long term client follow up. I see the biggest success with agents who treat the platform like a business system rather than just a website or CRM. And as a new real estate agent myself in Washington, I’m especially grateful to be able to start my business journey with a system like this. It’s very user friendly and gives me the confidence that I have the tools I need to build my business from day one. The reality is that the tools are already there for most REMAX agents. The key difference is whether they are actually set up and being used strategically.
Pros: BoldTrail is a very powerful platform when agents understand how all the pieces connect. I like that it brings together multiple tools in one ecosystem including agent websites, CRM, listing landing pages, market reports, home valuations, CMA tools, DesignCenter marketing, and automation systems. For REMAX agents specifically, it integrates directly with our existing tech stack and can connect website activity to lead capture and follow up. When optimized properly, it allows agents to generate listing websites automatically, capture buyer and seller leads, and build long term database relationships without needing multiple third party tools. From a marketing and technology training perspective, I also appreciate that it gives agents a strong foundation to build on. Once profiles, SEO visibility, and automation systems are configured correctly, it can become a very effective business engine instead of just another software platform running in the background.
Cons: The biggest challenge is that many agents don’t realize how much setup and optimization is required to unlock the full value of the platform. Out of the box, the system exists and technically works, but if profiles, automation, lead routing, website content, and CRM workflows are not configured correctly, it can feel underwhelming. In reality, the platform is powerful but it requires intentional setup, ongoing training, and periodic maintenance. Another challenge is that many agents underestimate the system because they only use a small percentage of what it can actually do.

Pros: Website customization was great. The lead management was extremely helpful in keeping my leads and contacts organized.
Cons: The user interface was a little complicated but with trainings and continued use, it opened up a world of helpful tools.

Pros: It's a good way to keep things organized, Very user friendly. The support staff is always very quick to respond when help is needed.
Cons: The mobile app is horrible. It seems to not work great on any mobile browser which sucks cause im working while on the road a lot.

Overall great! I have a lot more to learn and love all the programs for educating myself that are easily accessible within the program.
Pros: The ability to track and maintain all of your leads in one location! Keeping track of all your messages to your client via text and email in one program is great.

I send out lots of home flyers. On Boom Town I was able to use color and view how many times a customer opens the flyer to determine interest. Now the new system only shows opened and a click on the link.
Pros: I like that you can move your customer notes to the top of the contact listing. I like that you can control whether a customer receives texts or calls in profile.
Cons: The number of texts and emails sent to a new lead is much too much! The first thing I do when I receive a lead is to stop texts sent to their phone.

Their system does not work like they say and I want to be out, but they will not let me, and I am so frustrated.
Pros: Only how they treated you at the beginning. However, thereafter, they are unconscious and indifferent when I asked for cancelation due to their service that did not go anywhere. Their leads sucks and you cannot even one client.
Cons: I was initially told that if the system didn’t work for me or meet my needs, the company would be flexible and allow me to cancel. However, when I tried to do so, I was left in limbo and my cancellation request was denied. I am currently not working and unable to continue payments due to my financial situation. I feel the company did not honor its original commitment or act transparently in this matter.

Pros: I like how easy the Marketing ads are to use as well s the notifications for reminders, very useful for real estate

After six months of use, the experience has been overwhelmingly frustrating. We entered the contract based on promises of automation, integration, and marketing tools, but the system has been unstable, glitchy, and poorly supported from the start. Communication with the support team has been minimal, and problems that directly affect day-to-day business remain unresolved. For a product marketed as a professional-grade real estate solution, it has failed to deliver even the basics reliably.
Pros: The concept and interface look modern and promising. On paper, it’s an all-in-one platform for agents and brokerages with potential to streamline operations. In reality, it's been a nightmare.
Cons: xecution and reliability are major issues. Many key features don’t work as advertised, including basic site functionality and lead tools. Support is extremely slow, often unresponsive, and tickets can remain open for months without resolution. We even experienced a major security failure where authentication codes were sent to the wrong users, preventing agents from accessing their own accounts. Custom website features we paid thousands for never worked correctly despite repeated follow-up.

9 out of 10 times it is a very poor experience. It think they hired subpar people or just trying to create a one stop shop and ended up with just a big fail.
Pros: Very little, I have been using this since 2021, because my brokerage chose to use it, back when it was called KVCore. I have been begging them to get rid of it. Nothing changed, its still very bad at most things and OK at some things.
Cons: The support is horrendous, they may up answers, a solution that should take 10 minutes is an all day event and it is very unusual for them to solve anything. The only thing support seems to do well at is to point you to explanations of things but if there is a functional issue, the blame you, pretend like its not an issue or just stall for hours. It got to the point of me stopping to ask for a solution, maybe that was the goal in the end. Simple stuff like email setups, campaigns not triggering or IDX not working appropriately.

My overall experience is good. It’s a quality online CRM platform that helps you run your business and succeed
Pros: It’s a CRM system used to record and keep track of customers and clients. It provides a marketing and follow up system to help you successfully run your business
Cons: It takes a while to learn how to navigate through the platform. There is so much to learn and without direction you can miss opportunities.

Over, it's been a great experience, even with a substantial learning curve. I know I'm staying in touch with COI and past/potential clients much better than I could ever do without it.
Pros: The number of options and features are incredible. However, this does lead to a somewhat long learning curve to learn everything BoldTrail can do for you.
Cons: "Forcing" you to make phone calls, when in fact you're talking with a potential client via personal phone or text/email. You have to be careful about Market Reports you set up for a specific neighborhood because on more than one occasion, the market report ends up being for an entirely different city, which I've had clients point out to me. It's also easier to set up a more specific search in the MLS than with the options given in BoldTrail.

It's been fantastic. I have been able to cultivate new client's while at the same time nurturing long time clients that are more likely to refer or come back to me.
Pros: It had a solution for remaining in contact with clients AFTER the sale closed. It also had a separate CRM for the Lender's client's. I own a mortgage company and Real Estate company, this was huge for me.
Cons: The Lender side of the platform is significantly limited. It should be expanded to match some of the features offered on the agent side.

I've never seen another product that does as much as BoldTrail does and Inside Real Estate really seems to strive to improve constantly. That will keep me as a customer....forever.
Pros: The ability to have all my leads generated automatically into my CRM, the automation of campaigns and the combination of the IDX/listing marketing - all in one platform.
Cons: It can be glitchy at times. Ex: sending 2 (duplicate) texts when doing a blast text.

The absolute worst company I have ever worked with in my entire life. I would not recommend this platform to anyone. I work at a brokerage of over 200 agents, we've been with them for 3 years. Tried countless times to re-engage our agents, failure every time. Lack of engagement on their end with issues, they never respond to emails, you get a new customer service rep every 3 months but they never tell you. When I contacted them right before our contract renewal they told me that they refused to let me out of my contract due to the fact I didn't provide 90 day notice.
Pros: Absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service, lack of communication, horrible onboarding, hidden fees.
Cons: The fact we paid over 200k in fees and had an ROI of zero. They renew your contract without notifying you and refuse to let you out of it. Lots of hidden fees (ex. Website design quoted 5k and we cannot update our website without using "their techs")

Horrible. You keep getting passed from one customer service person to the next and get nowhere. 4 days to get to T2 and actually it might be 5 days... a full work week... before I hear from them.
Pros: The creative aspect is wonderful! they have templates that are fairly easy to make your own.
Cons: They set my profile up wrong and 4 days later and I still can't get it fixed. Not worth my time.
