Ive been using Worx hub for five years and it has been a lifesaver for me and keeping me on task and on time.
Pros: Kudos for the ease of use. Being able to search multiple ways. Being a maintenance tech requires being organized.
Cons: I can't say that have any complaints. I had some issues with designating what building is cumbersome

I have been working with the worxhub for a few months all and all it is a great asset management system ...the learning curve is steep but manageable
Pros: The fact of being able to login remotely and manage database is the top draw for our team. Security is also top-notch which is a plus
Cons: Lack of different reports it looks like it was designed for facility maintenance not biomedical equipment asset reporting

Pros: You can keep track of the work that you do the time you spend on it and how old or how long it's been waiting to get done
Cons: A lot of times it'll go to a blank spot. A lot of times you click save and I'll ask you to change your location but it's already correct so you got to race it and put it back in just to save something and it does it pretty often

I was able to learn it right away with no slow down in workflow so that was very nice. It's also been much better for our department as a whole as we can put more details and do better searches and report pulling.
Pros: It was easy to learn and interface with. It is also much more affordable than our last work order system.
Cons: I don't like how small the dashboard page is. The interface would be a lot better if the dashboard utilized the allowed space better.

It makes my job easier by keeping my work orders organized and easily accessible. It’s also very simple to learn how to use.
Pros: Very easy to use and navigate. It helps me keep track what needs to be done and to help others by adding work orders with things that I see that needs to be addressed.
Cons: I can’t say that there is anything that I least like. The software is very easy to use and navigate.

Pros: Value for the money is great. I feel TheWorxHub is comparable to most of the top CMMS systems out there, but is much more affordable. I've been very happy with all aspects of asset management from adding inventory to running asset reports, it all works very well.
Cons: Some of the processes to access the data you need are a little convoluted but I will say the training offered during implementation and the training videos available in the Info Center are very helpful in learning the few processes that aren't very intuitive.

I love it !!!! It is great to use and keep track of problems that occur over and over . The bar scan method is very time conservative
Pros: I like that you can add different tabs for different locations. And keeping up with PMs and equipment
Cons: The mobile app is somewhat difficult to use. The pages seems to be to busy and such. Harder to find the status

Pros: Task Management. Process Management. Process management. Equipment Management. Security; no one can access our site without knowing the URL.
Cons: The new scroll within the site for the work orders. I understand that it limits the scrolling down the page but trying to see the options for the work order at the bottom of the list doesn't work. The user will need to completely open the work order to see the options.

Good, I appreciate it's consistency and the fact that it can be used by everyone in the organization.
Pros: Being able to address issues to an entire team of people and get feedback as needed.
Cons: Not knowing how long until an issue will be addressed can be a problem. Also, if one department cannot address it, but knows which department can, they should be able to forward it for approval.

I utilize Worxhub daily in my duties over 150 buildings (300 individual suites)
Pros: It's user friendly. The exact breakdown (subfolders) of each address is very efficient.
Cons: It's very difficult to think of anything, as I feel the product is so user friendly

The Work Hub is a great tool to enter the information on hand just in case they are unable to fill it the same Day. Also, it is easy to cancel an order vs trying to reach out to someone via Phone.
Pros: I like most that the Work Hub allows you to keep up with the process of your entry.
Cons: There's nothing to not like. The Work Hub is a great Tool to have. It easy to navigate. It's easy to access.

Overall for the Church and school campus it works great. My customers find it user friendly to use.

From building the information tree at the beginning to scheduled preventative maintenance, this software is easy to use and does it all.
Pros: User friendly software that creates and maintains a legacy of information.
Cons: There are some glitches in the software that cancel your selection when you try to click on a category in a scroll down menu. You are sent back to the top of the menu and have to start scrolling from the beginning.

Pros: I like that it is user friendly. It is very helpful that the system is easy to understand, since I have to train multiple staff on how to use it.
Cons: A resident passed away before I started here at Meramec Bluffs. Every month I have to cancel his trips in the system manually. I have contacted Worxhub customer support numerous times over the past 2+ years and am always told the same thing; there is nothing that can be done to remove his name/trips from the system.

WorxHub is the tool that we use to manage all the work requests from team members, residents and management. It keeps our Environmental Services Department organized, lets us know when a piece of equipment is in need of Preventative Maintenance, like a filter change, and allows us to document how and when a task was done and how long it took.
Pros: WorxHub has multiple areas for our users to identify what kinds of work needs to be done. Either housekeeping or maintenance. Tracks assets in aging them or maintenance that needs to be done or has been done.
Cons: It can be a little slow at times in its response serverwise, but over all not alot of cons.

Great product and amazing customer service. Customer Service is always willing to assist with any issues and they are very friendly.
Pros: It is very user friendly and I am able to go in and create barcodes or set up work orders to track how work is being completed on a daily basis.
Cons: I wish that you were able to scan a barcode and it track who was where. It would be more beneficial for when an employee goes into an area.

I enjoy the format...simple but involved. My best assistant.
Pros: It's a great visual way to stay on top of day to day issues. Keeps PM's organized with contractors. Good scheduler and reminder. Don't have to rely on my memory.
Cons: Not being able to 'back-up' from some parts of the application to another.
