Have enjoyed utilizing Net Health for 10+ years. Wouldn't want any other EMR. Userfriendly and easy to navigate.
Pros: 10/10 customer service. Within 1 minute I can have a customer service representative on the line and connected to my computer to help me with issues I may be experiencing. They are always quick, efficient and kind. Best customer service.
Cons: No complaints

Have been using net health since it was called rehab optima- almost 10-12 years now. User friendly app, I wish most nursing homes in the country would use net health.
Pros: User friendly, good customer support, easy to use, has a copy feature with which you can copy parts of your previous evaluations.
Cons: Server issues during the end or starting of the month for close out.

Pros: Ability to fill in documentation through auto generated options or write my own stuff into each section.
Cons: Certain tabs have to be closed when performing certain actions within the system

Overall, a very good product for therapy providers in nursing home setting.
Pros: Excellent user interface and amazing customer support. Very easy to navigate and is very detail oriented.
Cons: Sometimes asks for frequent password changes.
Swapnil M. · Director Of Rehabilitation services. · Hospital & Health Care · March 15, 2025
From a billing and coding stand point, this is by far the easist program in my 20 years hisitory I have ever worked with
Pros: Ease of access; ability to locate allpertinent detail to correctly identify documentation to code corredtly
Cons: sometime, when you print the whole record, you get double pages

The application has been highly beneficial in managing health-related workflows. It improved productivity and helped streamline tasks effectively.
Pros: The application is easy to use and offers a smooth navigation experience. Provides advanced features for managing health-related tasks and data efficiently. The customer support team is responsive and helpful.
Cons: occasional technical glitches or performance issues. Requires a strong internet connection to function effectively. The subscription cost is relatively high compared to similar services.

Overall my experience with Net Health is amazing from the software to the people we work with.
Pros: scheduler and how to track authorization/visits
Cons: New role outs or new software updates can we a little challenging at times.
Marsha M. · Medical Scheduler · Hospital & Health Care · January 8, 2025
From the beginning we have had great support and we had great training in the beginning.
Pros: The first aid staff love it. Using this has made their jobs much easier.
Cons: Occasionally we will have to do complete reboots of the system because a user locks up.

With 24 years of experience in this industry, NetHealth is terrible, layout is bad, functionality is poor, innovation is non-existent.
Pros: Nothing really, if it's the only alternative to hand written documentation it's better.
Cons: Organization of features, lack of fluidity moving through documentation. CONSTANT errors with viewing/printing documentation. Moves very slowly to display documentation, only limitations on what you can view at the same time.
Chris U. · Insurance Case Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · September 3, 2024
I would not recommend using NetHealth due to their lack of customer support and service, if you have a choice. There are many others out there to utilize and that is affordable.
Pros: NetHealth does provide the info needed and works with many other EHR softwares.
Cons: The customer service works at their bare minimum. It takes days/weeks to get a solution or for someone to contact the business back when there is a technical issue.
Robin H. · Clinical Informatics Analyst · Hospital & Health Care · August 2, 2024
Very happy overall with Net Health. Having been using for 5 years.
Pros: Ease of scheduling and EMR charting. Valuable analytics.
Cons: Building wizards/widgets. Unable to easily add late fees to bills.
Bonnie B. · Office Manager · Medical Practice · July 26, 2024
Worst. I quit my job not because of the role but because of this software
Pros: None. Worst experience. It will take you an hour or so to complete an eval.
Cons: All. Worst product in the market. It is not easy to navigate.
Arnaldo G. · Physical therapist · Health, Wellness and Fitness · November 3, 2023
No positive words, our journey has been difficult, and we have had to keep our old EMR for the essential functions and this adds to our expense.
Pros: We enjoy the features that allow for easy billing.
Cons: We regret being talked into the purchase of this EMR. We thought we were upgrading. Instead we have no ability to fax documents out of the system, no ability to assign a task to a staff member, where the patient's chart opens up . Tissue analytics is not healful in measuring the wound, every measurement has to be manually corrected. We have reached out to support to the point that they are sick of us. Especially when our providers needed precription abilities, this took 2.5 months. We were advised to write about all of our concerns into the "communities" section and we have done so, but we are still waiting for basic features in even the older and cheaper EMRs that allow us to fax out referrals, e-prescribe with no problems, and use applications that actually work for tissue imaging.

I have had a wonderful experience with Net Health, and it exceeds the needs we have to be integrated with PointClickCare to auto-populate rehab minutes and patient information between the 2 systems, also provide the reports and monthly billing exports that I need to provide to the SNF.
Pros: System meets and exceeds all the rehab needs for our SNF to handle rehab related documentations, certifications, re-certs, progress reports, reports, assessments, projections used for scheduling rehab, daily rehab charges, CPTs, billing exports, time in /out logs, monthly PBJ and labor reports, Clini-SIgn for doctors' eSignatures, Training offered when migrating between Casamata over to Net Health when they merged. Also, great support staff always help resolve any issues quickly!
Cons: Some of my therapists feel the evaluations/certifications are too involved and time consuming due to too many options required to be completed. But once trained well, they understand how to use the system in a more efficient way.
Joyce W. · Rehab Coordinator/PTA · Hospital & Health Care · September 25, 2023
It is the best I personally have experienced. We are very satisfied.
Pros: The organization as well as staff support
Cons: I dont have any cons. It truly is a wonderful program.
Elizabeth R. · OTR/L, DOR · Hospital & Health Care · June 30, 2023
We use this system regularly in our company and we love it. It also depends on the company customization because I have used it for other companies and the library really makes a difference in the ease of use.
Pros: It is so user friendly. I switched from Casamba and thought that was the best system until I started using Nethealth on a consistent basis and realized how much easier it was to navigate.
Cons: Sometimes the wait to get someone to help is long.
Venus C. · Regional rehab manager · Hospital & Health Care · June 1, 2023
When you call ask for [sensitive content hidden] ! Best Agents ive worked with!
Pros: They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our questions are answered and understood. The best feature when stuck is the "Fast support" I can share my screen and get to the exact issue that i am stuck on!
Cons: There are some features that glitch. But it gets fixed with just a phone call to Net health.
Joshlyn N. · OFFICE COORDINATOR · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 1, 2023
I am a happy user.
Pros: I love that the clinical pathway libraries allow our clinicians to focus on the patient with intuitive features that make sense for the therapists.
Cons: Net Health, like other large entities has grown at such a rapid pace, that the support structure needs some attention, with its expanding arm of business.
Clemente A. · VP of Rehab Services · Hospital & Health Care · March 28, 2023
Awesome...from technical support and the quickness issues are resolved, to the implementation team making sure all are trained and ready for "go live", to follow up meetings to make sure you are maximizing the functionality of your reports.
Pros: The way the documentation can be customized not only based on the patient's issues, but to a particular therapist. Choosing what the evaluation is for to what "special tests" you want/like. The flow of the document from evaluation to treatment note to Progress note to Discharge. No need for looking back to old notes or trying to rely on memory what special tests to consider. The implementation to interfacing with our current billing and medical records storages was seamless and Net Health worked well with other areas to ensure all aspects of billing, storage, and staff training were provided and accomplished.
Cons: There are some glitches that occur- although small. The biggest is that with our system--each account must be closed and a new account opened each month. If there is a gap in care, say a month goes by, you have to manually generate a new account. If the "treatment cycle" is not worded as the initial one was, the flow of documentation ceases. The system thinks that there is a "new" cycle and the notes should not flow with prior cycle.
Rob P. · Director of Rehab Services · Hospital & Health Care · March 10, 2023
I have worked with Net Health for 14 years. The support has modified areas to my needs and has always worked with me for solutions.
Pros: I appreciate they take the time to work with us on a one to one basis if necessary to solve any issues or concerns we may have.
Cons: It may take a while to have enhancements added.
Kim S. · EMR Admin · Health, Wellness and Fitness · March 10, 2023
Very positive. Plus we were able to cut our evaluation times down from 1.5 hours (30 minutes of which was just for documentation) to one hour of productive time. This has saved us more money than what we pay per month for the Net Health Service.
Pros: Everything! The ease of use and functionality plus the ability to import FOTO surveys, fax plan of cares directly to the referring provider and import home exercise programs within one system is awesome!
Cons: Occasional system issues but they get fixed quickly.
Caren B. · Director of Outpatient Therapy Services · Hospital & Health Care · March 10, 2023
Overall, I've been thrilled with this product. The initial company wasn't responsive to suggestions, but this company is very interested in bettering the product and is committed to making any and all necessary changes.
Pros: Nethealth is the EMR system that I've had since opening my clinic 15 years ago. This piece of software has been part of a few companies, but has grown and developed so much over the years. I love the team, their responsiveness and their commitment to the product. I love the product because it keeps clinicians ultra compliant with documentation and billing. Clinicians can feel confident that what they document and what they bill is what gets sent to the patient's insurance. Practice owners and managers can feel confident that their clinicians notes will be completed quickly if they use the time saving feature of text replacement and templates.
Cons: Net Health needs to do some work in their reporting and analytics space in order to optimize the administrators time and data gathering. However, that's the only immediate need. The team constantly strives to better the product and listens well to feedback!

Net Health is THE system to use in the Rehab World. They have an amazing team and are always striving to improve on an already amazing system. They keep us up to date on industry changes and trends.
Pros: Net Health gives us the tools to keep our caseload organized efficiently. It has been a critical part of our day-to-day operational success. It integrates seamlessly with our Nursing EMR. The Net Health team is responsive and proactive in addressing any issues that arise.
Cons: Customizations have been the biggest challenge, but that is an area that is very much improving.
Lee W. · RVP of Rehabilitation Services · Health, Wellness and Fitness · March 9, 2023
It works with keeping me in the know with therapy.
Pros: It works with PCC to assist in my job. Input information into my MDS to make my job easier
Cons: Difficulty at times getting report ran in system.
Heather C. · RN MDS · Hospital & Health Care · January 24, 2023
Pros: Easy handling for patients to book its date, easy for stuff to manage and arrange cases as critical to be faster
Cons: There is a problem when the new update install, it take more time than other related programs
