It’s user-friendly and helps manage transactions independently, without the need for a transaction coordinator. You can organize multiple documents for a single transaction, track all activities in chronological order, and get e-signatures for free while setting the signing order.

Domain confidence 98%
Cons: The downside is that, since Glide is still not very well-known, sometimes emails sent from Glide end up in the client's spam folder, and I have to inform them to check there. Additionally, there was a case where the system failed to automatically locate the places for signing/initialing after uploading the document.

Pros: Glide is a systematic way of organizing our organization's incoming transactions and even past transactions with clients. An easy tool to use for navigating clinical transactions of what we have received and what is about to come.
Cons: Too many button options to choose from make it confusing.

Cons: Limited users in all plans. Expensive product

Glide helps you create powerful new custom tools with zero code.
Pros: This is one of the best website building tools i know of,for 3 reasons :- it is very easy to use - it is very fast to use - it is very powerful.
Cons: The software is very interesting but some limitations in the flexibility of the customization disturb me a bit!

Easy to use and the future of real estate. But, adoption by others is still limited.
Pros: Simple and easy to use. Already integrated with realtor board.
Cons: Seems like other professionals do not use Glide or prefer a different system. I submit offers in Glide, and most of the time, the response does not come through Glide, but rather pdfs attached to emails or thru one wolf. I suppose many realtors are simply stuck in their ways and do not wish to try a better and new tool

Its good but not perfect with good prices
Pros: Its easy , its no code but it has very good basis to step up and using its Crud with its Api will allow to capitalize the time on it and to make the new tools you will learn to talk with Glide's internal tables
Cons: The Ui editor needs to grow , luckily you can use Glide's Rich text editor for you Css needs ,no real audio component with playlist and no real subscriptions component ( gotta say this is very common across all the no code tools ...no audio and no subscriptions..easy as Shout'em ) BUT you can. create your using Webviews, Zapier , Payhere, Moonclerk and so on

I used the platform on behalf of some of my clients. They were highly satisfied. The platform is also easy to use. So I gave my client one session about how to use it properly and now they can make all the apps they ever wanted. It's magical! So I can focus on bigger and more complicated projects now.
Pros: The template library is the most feature I liked about Glide. I just choose one and didn't spend much time that I ended up having full functional ready-to-go app.
Cons: I can't find all the info I need about the users of my app. It would help to bring more data to this area.

What is funny is I was resistant to using glide in the beginning but now I use it every day on every single transaction. I couldn’t do my job without it.
Pros: I love the workflows and timeline. They are perfect for what I do.
Cons: I wish there was a checklist for transaction coordinators to ensure all documents are uploaded and fully executed.

I enjoyed building an application with the software with minimal skills
Pros: A user friendly tool to build a business application that can be use to get people key into a service or product.
Cons: Some applications designed with the spreadsheet doesn't come out well sometimes. There is a need to improve on it

Not ideal at all. My company pays for our subscription but I am considering paying for my own to Disclosures.io or another provider.
Pros: When updating a disclosure package, the cover sheet also updates. It is easy to message everyone who's downloaded a package.
Cons: The total count of disclosures downloaded is not intuitive, and the information given is often incorrect and unreliable. The layout is not intuitive (where to find things). I have found it to be awkward and glitchy. When I reached out to support, the person messaging with me on the 2nd event was very slow and did not appear knowledgeable. She seemed to know the product less than I did and took a long time to respond - and then it was with incorrect information.

I have built many apps and used them to make money.
Pros: Free Apps, Cheap Upgrades, Easy to add Custom Domain. Easy to use as well!
Cons: Initially intimidating, many features require money, but not much.

No problems. All good for now.
Pros: The ease of filling out the disclosures in a step-by-step process for the seller's of the transaction is gold. They are prompted for each question which makes it easier to focus on each question at a time and not skip around. If they do have questions on something, they can address it in the Glide system for the agent to be qued to address. I love the easy system.
Cons: I wish it was integrated with DocuSign so they disclosures could be filled out and then sent through docusign with the whole disclosure package for signature.

This program has been a game changer in my transaction coordinating business. I have been able to increase my capacity for my business using this program!
Pros: I love being able to flag questions for the sellers to change, explanations for the questions, and the option for the agents to complete their AVID's. On the users end, it seems relatively user friendly. Even non-tech savvy clients seem to be able to figure it out. I also love the integration with Docusign and being able to share the disclosure package. No more missed questions or explanations.
Cons: I would like to see th option to not autopopulate signature fields for some of the documents. Whenever sellers share an email address, I have to correct the 2nd sellers name because it changes it to Seller #1's name. I would also like to see the option to stamp a page of any attachment other than just the cover page.

So far I have liked it and it has made a big time-saving difference in how we send and complete paperwork.
Pros: I like that a typically complicated and/or time-consuming industry requirement becomes templated and simplified to a few clicks.
Cons: It doesn't seem very easy or user-friendly to add more fillable documents to the process as a user.

I really enjoy GLIDE and haven't had any issues with it and I recommend it to any agents I handle transaction coordination for. I would like to see if they could offer Chinese or different language translation.
Pros: I really like that this assists the seller in getting complete responses to typical questions that are missed or not answered correctly.
Cons: I find the resubmission for flagged questions is not as easy. I also would like to see the Mobile Home Questionnaire to be included.
Ashli H. · Realtor/Transaction Coordinator · Real Estate · March 16, 2020
Benefits, forms are completed more accurately and I don't get asked as many questions on the forms.
Pros: The fact that it's a wizard that walks sellers through all the questions and gives me ease of mind that all the required questions will be answered. I also like that it drops the completed forms back into zipForms.
Cons: I really wish I could just send all disclosures through Glide to sign instead of having to go back into zipForms to send the disclosures through zipLogix for signatures. Also, it would be great if there was an 'Send for Edits' button or something that can be pressed to send a new link with an email to the sellers explaining what to do to begin/start editing their entries.
Violeta V. · Transaction Coordinator · Real Estate · March 16, 2020
Pros: No answers are missed and they have to provide explanations.
Cons: I wish you could send out for signing at the same time.
Kelley C. · Transaction Coordinator · Real Estate · March 15, 2020
This program could be utilized more if it was more user-friendly.
Pros: I like the ease to send documents to be filled out to clients.
Cons: I like least that I cannot resend the document to be revised easily, I have to delete and re-send to be completely re-filled out. I also do not like that I cannot upload additional documents to be signed that are not in the current catalog of predetermined CAR documents.

We used to have to meet with clients, review every line and sit and wait until they were finished - a long, arduous process. If we needed to make corrections, we literally had to start over. Glide has removed all the issues, saved us a tremendous amount of time and effort, made the process MUCH easier for our clients - it doesn't get much better than that!
Pros: For years we looked for solutions to fill out mandatory real estate disclosures that would give us clean, readable, first generation copies. Historically, the disclosures have been filled out by hand - often incorrectly and more often than not, illegible. Glide's process of asking questions is tremendously helpful to our clients and takes a task that was previously viewed as confusing, arduous and bothersome to straightforward and easy. This is a win-win for us - our clients like the use of the product, they are easy for us to review and correct as necessary, they connect directly to our eSignature program and we end up with crystal-clear first generation copies.
Cons: We would like to see a "Do not know" option available for some questions - in some cases clients really do not know the answers.
Carl M. · Team Leader, CEO · Real Estate · March 14, 2020
I am overall satisfied and happy with using this service.
Pros: I like the ease of use for my clients and the way that it helps to explain the disclosure process to my clients.
Cons: I did not like that my clients are being solicited to purchase a insurance. I do not want my clients solicited by any company I am asking them to use.
Leslie H. · Transaction Coorinator / Realtor / Owner · Real Estate · March 14, 2020
Over all I love GLIDE, just little things leave me less efficient and with a busy work load every second counts.
Pros: I love the convenience of this program.
Cons: I do not like the make over. I do not like all the tabs to select the different features. It fells too busy and it is challenging pulling up my documents. It would be nice if it offered a tools task instead of walking you through each step. For time I do not want to punch through each item, I just want to go to what I need to do and be done.
Sabrina E. · TC · Real Estate · March 13, 2020
Pros: Easy to use, efficient. Most end users (sellers) get it right away.
Cons: Nothing major. some expanded features that are probably being worked on already would make this even better.
nate j. · transaction coordinator · Real Estate · March 13, 2020
It has solved the issue for clients not completely filling out the required disclosures and it helps keep us in compliance.
Pros: It's easy for clients (sellers) to use and understand. It thoroughly explains the forms to clients minimizing mistakes and it ensures the forms get filled out completely! It helps to keep us in compliance and I love how it integrates with zipForm.
Cons: I currently use the free version therefore some features are not available to me. However, I wish it had additional forms available to use (specifically for leases). I wished it integrated with my own NHD provider accounts as sometimes we need to modify the reports and we can't do so now. Therefore, I've gone outside of Glide to order NHD reports. Also, I had one instance (that I'm aware of) where the Glide email went into a client's junk/spam box which caused a delay.

Filling out disclosure paperwork is one of the most important, yet most difficult tasks a homeowner will do in the course of selling their home. Glide makes it easy to not only complete the disclosures, but helps the seller do so with a higher level of accuracy and thoroughness.
Pros: Glide simplifies the process of completing the disclosures and helps the seller do a better job of being complete and accurate when they fill out the disclosure forms.
Cons: When the seller fills it out remotely, as their agent there are usually some clarifications I can suggest. It can be a little complicated to get on the same page with them. I try to be present when my clients complete their package. But it's still far superior to completing them by hand.
