The longer I use this platform the less I like it. It was better that what we were using but I know better products have to exist.
Pros: I’m able to see and access all employees in one place. It has potential to be a powerful Human Resources tool.
Cons: The reporting features are inadequate. Apparently it cannot run on a fiscal year, which is problematic for accruing leave balances in a school environment.

Overall our experience was good. During implementation, we thought "go live" would mean we were off our old system entirely and only using TCP, but the implementation specialist looked at "go live" as when our employees started using the system. (But we were still also using the old system in case there was a problem)
Pros: We liked having an implementation specialist that worked with us at the beginning. We liked that TCP was able to accommodate all of the rules dictated by our labor unions. For the most part the system is very user friendly.
Cons: Because the system can do so much and there are so many settings, sometimes it is hard to find a section we're looking for if we want to adjust a setting.

Overall, our experience has been pretty good. Customer service is fairly decent. Sometimes Customer Service Reps have not understood what I needed so I've had to make additional calls to correct an issue.
Pros: Easy to learn, clocking in and out is self-explanitory, individual passwords make the system secure.
Cons: I think it's pricey for what we use it for. We don't use many of the offered features and it would be better if we could subscribe only to modules we use. Employee management is relatively easy but some default selections seem "hidden" and I need to hunt around to find what I want. There is a default setting that is selected and no one at customer service knows how to change the default. I've called twice, and both times the Rep has said it's fixed but it isn't.

Overall, it’s a strong product that performs reliably and covers more than just timekeeping. We’ve had a positive experience, even though we are not fully leveraging all of its capabilities.
Pros: TimeClock Plus is easy to use and has a broad feature set that goes beyond basic time tracking. It offers flexibility and capabilities that can support more advanced workforce management if needed.
Cons: Some features feel underutilized because the system is more robust than what we currently need. The depth of functionality can make it feel slightly more complex than necessary for simple use cases.

implementation was a bliss and very clear, whenever we needed something from CS, we called in or emailed and got very clear and short answers, we even got a teams call which was extremely helpful. whenever we emailed, your guys followed up with me until we responded! which means that you are looking to acturly help a customer and not just answer and wait till they respond.
Pros: Customer Service is always here to help!!!, no matter if you email or call in! fast response time as well
Cons: We use an actual clock, its not working the fastest, also that we need to enter the batch ID when putting the finger to the clock, also that there is no chance for an employee to enter his finger again when the clock dodnt pick up his finger the first time, so he now needs to enter his batch ID again and then enter his finger

They are very responsive these days and try hard to make sure we get what we need. They seem concerned about our success.
Pros: It is easy for employees to clock in and out. The Timeclocks are reliable and have never needed replacing.
Cons: So far, they cannot distinguish between FLSA and State mandated Overtime. That is very disturbing. They are working on it. Cross your fingers

TimeClock plus was able to accomplish the basics of what we needed for our team- essentially just clocking in and clocking out.
Pros: TimeClock Plus makes it super easy to clock in and clock out, track hours and review timesheets. It offers the basics.
Cons: There aren't a lot of customization features available to use on timeclock plus. We truly only used to clock in, clock out and review clock ins.

Great! Excellent service, but it would be easier to get the same service representative for my account each time. The same rep is more familiar with the way we use TCP and saves me time and explanation with a different rep every time. I realize that that rep may not be available every time, but with most of my issues I can wait until that rep is available or it is ok to use a different rep when my normal rep is not available if I need immediate assistance, I found that all the reps are knowledgeable and good. You should consider assigning a "main" rep for each account and then a couple back up reps or just a random backup rep.
Pros: The large number of reports, widgets, etc. that are available, but the best is the customer service support I get from TCP reps.

TimeClock Plus. Has allowed our employees easy clock in and clock out. As a manager, printing or emailing employees bi-weekly makes my job easy
Pros: TimeClock Plus easy clock in and out for our employees has made my bi-weekly employee timesheet reports a great asset to the company.
Cons: There is not anything I can think of that I least like about TimeClock Plus. The software is easy to use.

The customer service is great. I never have a bad interaction and they always follow up with me to see if my problem is solved.
Pros: It's easy to enter employees and create most configurations, plus we can run many different types of reports.
Cons: The mobile app is glitchy and aggravates employees. There are problems with it that tech support hasn't been able to solve for me.

It is OK and gets the job done for our small organization, but overall I wish it was more user-friendly and intuitive for everyday use.
Pros: Easy to use, reliable, and makes tracking employee time straightforward. The interface is clear, reporting is helpful, and it reduces manual errors in payroll.
Cons: Some features aren’t very intuitive without training. There is no real-time accrual tracking. The time rounding feature can be confusing for both employees and managers.

Overall we love this system. The ease of use, the quick customer service, the ability to upload to the system mass data instead of manual entry saves us time, money and less stress. We really enjoy this system!
Pros: I love the customer friendly and ease of use of the system. It's simple to understand yet complex enough to handle our very intricate needs for our large employee groups. Customer service is top notch and they are very quick to answer questions and help with issues that arise. I would highly recommend this system to anyone who is contemplating switching their clock system. It is the best I've seen and I love using it.
Cons: I wish that when upgrades happened to the system, there was better communication on what changes will be made. A lot of times the updates that occur mess with our custom system set up and cause issues how we run things without us knowing why it happened. Last, when we set up the system in our price, we were promised training videos for us to use with training our staff. What we got was a live recorded video from Teams that was unedited and not well put together. We ended up creating our own manual for the system for our staff as well as more professional videos ourselves. Felt that was not a good value for what we received in the price.

The first 10 years were great, not as excited lately, costs are super high, it is no longer efficient as employees manipulate the clocks to their advantage costing a lot a missed production.
Pros: Its ability to pull information from our ERP system and manage Work Order numbers. It is easy to use but powerful enough for what we need.
Cons: That we are stuck with having to host it on the Web, when internet goes down we lose access, and we can no longer confine clocking from certain IP's

Overall our experience has been overwhelmingly positive and would certainly recommend them to other's considering time management services.
Pros: TimeClock Plus has made our day to day processes much simpler and more efficient freeing up time for other functions.
Cons: The onboarding process for TimeClock Plus is cumbersome, but their support team does a nice job of taking as much of the responsibility of your plate as possible. Well worth the time.

I've used TCP for quite a few years. I don't use all the features, just need it for employees to clock in and out, and to produce weekly reports for payroll. In all, I've been really happy with it.
Pros: Our employees love the new TCP app, and I like the Manager app. It saves a lot of time. I also like the reporting options.
Cons: Our employees didn't like using the website to clock in and out. It took too long and sometimes didn't work well. Not a problem since we now use the app.

Overall I am very satisfied with TCP. The system provides the tools we needed to combine with our HCM product. It feeds accurate time entry data with the flexibility of rounding time per location. While not the perfect product, it does a very good job of meeting our needs with minimal management overhead required.
Pros: TCP has integrated near seamlessly with our HCM systems. Working with the implementation team we worked through issues in a cohesive manner and resolved problems while we were able to learn how the TCP systems worked. They were with us at go-live providing support as needed. I was very pleased at how smooth implementation ran. The day to day support team is excellent, answering questions in depth and ensuring we understand the answers. The clock is easy to use, both the physical and virtual and the different time entry types are flexible to support our different location requirements. When our company researched the recommended products TCP was middle of the road in cost for product. Considering the actual end product I am satisfied we are getting good value.
Cons: The reporting within TCP can use some enhancement. Although the preconfigured reports are valuable it does not provide all the data we would like to produce.

My experience with TCP have been very good, issues concerns even warranties was solved so quickly, even currently we are working with them in plant outside from US.
Pros: easy to manage, the UI is so friendly and it is has a lot functions, we currently using it to get an transfer the punches to Oracle, but the interfase is stable, the security is very high an we trust on it.
Cons: In my case sometimes the support team did not reply so quickly but at the end of the day the request that I did was solved successfully.

Overall, I love TCP. Easy to use once you learn the system. Reporting is amazing especially being able to create custom reporting.
Pros: TCP has multiple ways to clock in and out. Which is great when your business makes changes, we were able to adapt and move forward. I also like the knowledge they had over timekeeping for different states.
Cons: Having to make changes in more than one spot...as in change under employee and change on the back end. Especially with pay codes.

.verall, I have had a great experience with TCP over the past 8 years. Even though our current software provider has added a module to provide this same service, I have chosen to remain with TCP as their product is simpler for me as the administrator and also for the managers and end users,
Pros: When I first began using TCP the training was thorough and extensive. They took the time to tailor the system to fit my needs. It has been 7 years now and everyone at our school who uses the app find it to be simple and efficient. The system also integrated well with our existing payroll and leave management software. As well, the support we receive (needed rarely) is top notch and thorough, with excellent follow-up. The account managers are responsive and make the annual renewal process painless.
Cons: There have been so many upgrades that many of the little things I did not like in the past have been fixed, such as the date range remaining fixed so that I can view the current pay period and not having to re-log in every hour.

I appreciate the accuracy of the TimeClock and the reports that I can quickly generate as needed. I can retrieve reports for the entire staff or just one individual.
Pros: The ability to guarantee our employees are taking accurate breaks by not allowing them to clock in too early.
Cons: When using the split option for editing/adding a break time. The out and in time have to be bounced back and forth to make it record correctly. Ex: Employee forgot to clock out for break and writes up an form for management to fix. When you go to split segment by by length-hit split-change out time to corrected out time. System automatically posts that as the duplicate in time. I then add the correct in time, it switches the out time to that time so I go back to out time and replace it with the correct time. that stays and then I go to break type and add the break correctly then save.

Very user friendly, great reports. Easy to use. All members have easy access to read the different reports to share with one another.
Pros: Easy to use and easy to format all reports. Security is good, trustworthy. Clock and timer are very easy to use as well, works great.
Cons: A little more help with user manual, being more easier to read. Samples to be provided to show different types of reports.
