I have worked with other CRMs such as Hubspot and GHL and found that they were more efficient when it came to the actual management of leads.
Pros: I like the interface for listings. The ability to customize certain aspects of the lead follow up as well.
Cons: What I liked the least in Lofty is how buggy the dialer can be. The mobile app is also not optimized for use with an ipad which for the most part serves as a substitute for my laptop on the go.

I would appreciate the opportunity to have this reviewed and corrected, including reconsideration of the charges given that the core service was never fully operational. I am open to resolving this directly and would welcome contact from your team.
Pros: Lofty CRM offers strong lead management tools, useful automation, and a solid system that can help agents stay organized and follow up consistently.
Cons: Lofty CRM had ongoing setup issues, texting never worked properly, and billing began before the service was fully functional, which was very frustrating.

Not good. Most of the time customer service, help desk, doesn't have the info and gives wrong info.
Pros: What I like is that my broker recommended this at a lower rate. There isn't anything else I can think of.
Cons: Limitations. So many limitations with features. Texting, group texting, my accounts don't sync well from computer to phone, which causes me to miss messages all the time, not being able to block spam and so on and so on.

Lofty is a great tool for a real estate agent. The website is such a huge lead magnet and the automated features are amazing. The support is easy to contact and help troubleshoot issues.
Pros: I loved the aesthetic, features and learning curve. This CRM has so many features and the automation is amazing. It's nice having a system that works for you in the background so I can focus on other aspects on my business.
Cons: I wish I didn't have to purchase a lot of the add-ons. I am still new and the features would be amazing but I don't have the budget.

I would still recommend Lofty overall, but with realistic expectations. It is a powerful platform with strong potential, especially for agents who are experienced, tech-savvy, and willing to invest time into setup and customization. However, it is not plug-and-play, and some features do not currently live up to how they are marketed. If Lofty improves customer support responsiveness, follows through more consistently on issue resolution and refunds, and refines its advertising, SEO, and AI tools, it could easily become a top-tier platform. As it stands, it’s a solid system with strengths, but also some meaningful gaps that prospective users should be aware of.
Pros: Lofty offers a powerful all-in-one platform that combines CRM, IDX website, marketing tools, and automation under one system. The Smart Plans, pipelines, and lead management tools provide flexibility for agents who want to customize workflows instead of being locked into a rigid process. I also appreciate the control over branding, landing pages, and long-term nurture campaigns. The AI tools are a nice addition and show promise, especially for content assistance and automation, even though they still have room to mature. Overall, Lofty works well for agents who want to consolidate their tech stack and build systems for long-term growth.
Cons: There have been several frustrating issues that have impacted my experience. The paid advertising features were not working as advertised, which Lofty acknowledged, but I was never provided with a clear solution or path forward. I was also promised refunds for some of those products and never received them, which was disappointing and eroded trust. Customer service responsiveness has declined noticeably. What once took minutes to resolve now often takes days. The SEO features of the agent website are also challenging and do not function the way they are advertised, requiring far more manual effort than expected. Additionally, while the AI tools are promising, they are still early-stage and need significant improvement to deliver consistent, reliable results.

Pros: Ease of use, it does everything i need and more. I can keep track of potential clients and existing clients and potential new ones that come from my website
Cons: Paying for every little add on. There are some things i would like to do but have to pay extra for every time.

I like Lofty and it has a ton of potential; however, there are somethings that are missing that could really set it apart form other CRM/marketing software. I think what is missing is having programmers working with an agent and watch what they use and what they do not use and why. Having a customer service advocate would be a great add. This would allow your clients to know who to go to, because your current support is not very responsive and when they are it is surprising to get someone that can fix what is needed.
Pros: I can see the potential, but there is a missing link and that is programming spending time with actual users.
Cons: I have had a horrible experience with getting support. I would have to say this is Lofty's biggest weakness.

Pros: Interface. Easy to use and learn The AI assistant makes follow up easy and really focuses my efforts.
Cons: Nothing! Any issues I've had so far has been corrected with Lofty's support team. They really do care.

I've already recommended Lofty to other Realtors multiple times. It will save you time and money. It takes a bit to get it set up, but you will get the hang of it!
Pros: I love the AI option in Lofty! Saves me time and money! Being able to set up multiple social media posts and use AI is a win!
Cons: I'd like to be able to use a Planner more effectively with posting AI social media posts. I'd love to say Option 1 on Monday or Option 2 on Wednesday, etc.

Pros: All-in-one simplicity: CRM, IDX site, lead routing, automations — fewer logins, less chaos. Lead follow-up that actually works: Smart plans + texting/email that keep agents from dropping the ball.
Cons: So many features can make it overwhelming at times, but breaking it down to smaller pieces makes it more manageable.

Pros: What I like most about Lofty is how well it centralizes my real estate business in one place. The lead capture and automation tools make it easy to respond quickly and consistently, which is critical for converting online and social media leads.
Cons: What I like least about Lofty is the setup process for SmartPlans. While they are powerful once running, the initial setup feels time-consuming and not very intuitive. Creating, customizing, and adjusting SmartPlans can be confusing, especially when trying to tailor them to different lead sources or client types. A more streamlined setup process, clearer guidance, and easier customization would make SmartPlans much more user-friendly and efficient.

Lofty has been a Great experience. The system has brought many values to my business. Bringing a sense of organization, Time management, and heightening the communication with clients and customers along with the office staff. I look forward to 2026 increasing my revenue and decreasing my wasted time.
Pros: What I like most about Lofty is the "Lead Management" and I have experienced great security and no cyber disruptions. Features I like most about the CRM are; First, the professional communication, 2nd, the suggestions profiled to each client and the composing of emails. This is great for when I am on the go have not made notes. This feature I have high regard for and is value for the money. 3rd, the device compatibility with my lead management apps. My Clients are engaging with me more and I am securing more leads since the use of Lofty as my CRM. All this on a learning curve. My goal is to engage with the teaching and learning materials (TLM) along with client support.
Cons: Least Client support and use of some of the advertising features: I used both in 2025 and found it time-consuming and difficult to reach a knowledgeable support team member. took 3 days and 2 support team personnel. Maybe my learning curve - I have not taken any TLMs. I would also like to engage with a private tutor when it is presented to Castle Rock Realty as a package deal again.

Pros: I love being able to see exactly what my buyers are looking at and saving. I also really enjoy using the CMA feature and the mass email feature. I use the Social studio to promote my listings.
Cons: I love everything I have used so far. I cannot think of anything I would change. I was not super crazy about the AI contact feature.

Lofty has Automation that actually helps the agents leverage! Visual pipelines help you see where deals are.
Pros: Tracks engagement (calls, emails, texts) Automated task creation keeps consistency. Helps reduce manual entry and keeps deals moving
Cons: Really don't have any cons. Admins can feel restricted if they need highly customized pipelines. If your business relies on a specific third-party tool, you may need workarounds.

It has been the worst part of my experience with Engel & Völkers and I'm not sure why they require that we use Lofty. We wish there was a good CRM system.
Pros: I like that Lofty is linked with Engle & Völkers. I am disappointed that a luxury brand with great customer service has not chosen a CRM with similar qualities
Cons: I am the owner of an Engle & Völkers franchise. I have been trying to learn how to use Lofty for a year and a half. Customer support is slow and they rarely answer the question asked. It is mind boggling. I have asked numerous times to be in touch with someone who can share a simple overview and I'm told that does not exist. I am show the various online classes I can take. I have tried those... I need an hour with someone to show me how to use this as an owner. Our leads do not always come through clearly. It takes weeks to find a solution and then another problem occurs. I am exhausted trying to learn the system. Our sales advisors ignore it as it doesn't help them. I cannot advocate a tool to them that I don't understand. I am not a fan.

As a beginner user, I'm still learning the software, but I can see the value it will bring to my business.
Pros: The automations and smart plans open up endless possibilities. The support is also top notch. I'm able to reach someone fairly quickly, via chat or phone call.
Cons: This is a con, but also a pro: Lofty is powerful. I don't know how to use it to its fullest capability and in order for me to become a "super-user" I need to spend more time with the trainings and testing out the different features.

Overall, Lofty has allowed me to communicate with leads much more effectively. I would like to take my usage of Lofty to the next level. Maybe a live webinar or step by step guide on a process would be helpful. For example a class on how to use the most effective process with Lofty.
Pros: Easy to communicate with leads. Also allows for AI assistance and help to create content and ideas on how to reach clients.
Cons: Some items that are included and ways to reach clients are difficult to navigate and create. The ideas are good, but applying them are much harder.

Great! I've used other CRMs in the past, and this one seems to stay on top of SEO/AI. While it's expansive on what it does, it can be complex for users.
Pros: Technology and input of AI. Ease of website creation. The consistent addition of new features AI Bot
Cons: Heavy & outdated Javascript. Faster processing of requests via lofty support. Staying on top of some relevant SEO/AEO/GEO changes.

My overall experience has been positive with the software. I've used this software for several years.
Pros: Lead management and support. I like the posting and 3 line dialers. The email and text functions are fantastic.

Cons: Not being able to have my mass emails go to all contacts that are merged together. It only goes to the primary contact.

Pros: Compared to other CRM this good. the basic settings work. not sure about the other options that it provides
Cons: when I was speaking with sales person her told me so many things I would be getting for the price to find out it was not true. they are add on's I was not expecting. very disappointed.

Its been great, as an agent this is a great tool to keep your clients busy looking at listings while you know exactly what they are looking at.
Pros: Integration and customization, there are some third party apps that can sync with it, giving you more control over things in one same place.
Cons: Some features are limited outside the US, like the zip code thing to get listings, or mexican phone numbers cant register.

Pros: Marketing properties is great, easy to connect to other lead sources, web url pages, and price point is great.
Cons: Not being able to scroll to the next lead/client, more technology than I am used to, and it doesn't send me reminders to my email.

Pros: great CRM and website - Love the new technology always being updated - super efficient smart plans and a great AI feature.
