Pros: Easy to use and understand, great calendar and easy to clock in and out for employees as well as admins.
Cons: They had an update that was very bad but they rolled it back quickly, which was appreciated, smart move.

Pros: What I like most about Nowsta is how easy i can navigate the website.
Cons: I currently do not have any complaints about Nowsta. The product is pretty straight forward.

Wonderful, we love Nowsta and the support we've received.
Pros: Love the event layout and the ability to move people to different events easily.
Cons: There is no app for admin log in. This could help us a lot when we are editing events from our phones.

In the past i have used various systems to schedule staff. Nowsta is user friendly and that has been saved me a lot of time.
Pros: The ability to attach files to shifts. The announcement tool is very helpful as well.
Cons: Rarely the desktop version is glitchy. Nowata makes scheduling staff easy.

Pros: Very easy to use - easy for employees to use on their phone
Cons: Not being able to add the same break for everyone all at once - we have to do it one a time

Pros: Navigating different areas of the program are intuitive and feel easy!
Cons: Tough to identify what I least like…the color coding helps, but I am Slightly color blind with reds looking like greens

We've used Nowsta for our business for years. The website is easy to work with and our overall experience has been positive.
Pros: Nowsta makes scheduling a large team simple. It provides the convivence of giving employees shift notes while tracking their attendance and hours. It also keeps shift information organized and easy to reference.
Cons: The app is limited in it's functions. There is no quick way to edit shifts without access to a computer.

Pros: Nowsta has revolutionized our industry. I love that it keeps track of all my hourly employees time but also if they have two pay rates , their reviews... it's by far the best product on the market for time keeping of big teams

I have been using Nowsta for nearly 7 years now and I have overall truly enjoyed my time using the system. I recommend the system to all of my friends that have any scheduling needs.
Pros: The ease with which I'm able to see staff's allocation and hours throughout the week.
Cons: The mobile version of the web version could be easier to use. Also I would love if there was a way to organize the staff in the weekly view by confirmed hours instead of just by name.

Nowsta is okay. The notifications don’t always deliver. It isn’t really worth using more compared to other apps. I feel very neutral about it.
Pros: Nowsta streamlines the booking process for the worker. Shifts appear neatly, and there’s room for all of the necessary details.
Cons: It’s honestly very middle of the road when it comes to scheduling apps. The Earnings function isn’t used by my company, as it isn’t very advanced and payroll is run separately via ADP.

Cons: We cannot communicate 2 way with staff and cannot create a group chats with the team per event. Since we are here, also a section where you can have documents to give team. Onboarding, training, etc Check out connecteam, i almost get them instead of you. Add some of those features and you will be perfect. I am serious

Its been really seamless for us. I love that I can fill staffing positions, even last minute, if I get in a jam, and the Nowsta staff is super responsive to when we have an urgent need (or any need in that matter).
Pros: I love how integrated my event details and staffing are.
Cons: I dont genuinely have any complaints. It works for what we need it for.

It has been the best event app ihave used to date in my 20 years in events!
Pros: It's user friendly - attractive, easy to navigate and make updates. Humorous little phrases pop up while refershing while working. Nowsta makes staffing and events logistics and organization, which can be difficult to organize a breeze!
Cons: nothing reaally - i'd be stretching to think of something that stands out.

I enjoy using Nowsta and think it would be a great resource for other companies needing this type of program.
Pros: I like that it is easy to use and it is easy to inform employees about anything you can think of, special instructions, directions, announcements, etc.
Cons: In the admin side the pages don't refresh even going back and forth between pages, I have to manually hit refresh to get things to update.

Nowsta's platform is so intuitive it has been a lifesaver for staffing our catering events. The ease of use for our team and the communication tools built into the platform save us hours of work each week.
Pros: The time it saves our team every week as we juggle staffing each week. It's especially helpful when changes happen (as we all know they do). The built in communication tools are great for alerting our team to changes quickly.
Cons: We also have restaurants and just haven't been able to figure out how to use if for that staffing as well.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using Nowsta to staff events. Our staff is able to input their availability so we can easily see who is available and when. I enjoy the ability to request certain workers or publish an event to multiple workers. Our workers and team members have had great feedback on Nowsta.
Pros: I like Nowsta for it's ease of use. It is easy to create events, see what staff is available, and see the status of staffing on each event.
Cons: I have not been able to receive email notifications since I am not the main account owner. So, all email notifications go to a different team member that signed the company up for Nowsta. I wish I could add my email in to be notified of any messages workers send through Nowsta.

Excellent, it is also a timesaver for scheduling when i have other operational duties
Pros: Quick, easy to see availability of front of house staff and schedule accordingly Love the ability to note on individual staffing when they worked shifts. We use it as a tool to document what a new staff member learned on shift and if they need to improve. Great tool overall communication from event staff to record growth or needs
Cons: Nothing that i can think about at this time
