It has been very helpful for our company, since we work with many candidates and clients, and Recruit CRM helps us stay organized. We really appreciate the customer support and security they provide.
Pros: Recruit CRM is a very helpful and easy platform to work with, especially for staying up to date with candidate profiles and pipelines.
Cons: I think Recruit CRM has continued improving its features more and more, so I honestly have nothing to complain about.

I would recommend this product to my friends. Every time I need some help i can always count on the customer service to help me.
Pros: Ease of use and adding candidates to parse resumes is the easiest system I have used and I am getting so comfortable it a breeze
Cons: It freezes sometimes and I am not a big fan of it not understanding duplicates. I do manage to merge them.

Got me from struggling on a salesforce platform to really taking advantage of recruit functions, making work more efficient
Pros: User access portal, integrated functions, candidate interview, candidate profile, features, and overall great platform
Cons: Sometimes it can be a bit slow, but nothing serious; discovered that downloading the desktop version can make it a bit faster

Excellent Overall experience. Rafeala has been an excellent Customer Success Manager. When anything does occur she is quick with response , next steps , and overall outcome.
Pros: From an ease of use perspective and user interface , Recruit CRM is the top system I've utilized over 25+ Years
Cons: Still early from a system perspective, as long as company continues to invest in features this will not stay a CON
Jeff M. · Co Founder · Staffing and Recruiting · May 13, 2026
Very professional and very helpful. The chat helps you immediately. They always know exactly what I mean even its sometimes hard to explain.
Pros: It works very smooth. This tool is self-explanatory. The workflow is my type and the design is very good. The Overview is perfect!
Cons: I am waiting for some more features but they will come soon. I have already talked to the support and they are taking the feedback very seriously.

I think it is great software to use for tracking applicants. It's easy, detailed, and is very organized.
Pros: Ease of use, ability to leave detailed notes, great search features, amazing way to track applying students.
Cons: I wish you could customize more of the views of the records. Notes feature is great but kind of hidden to inexperienced users.

Overall, I’m happy with Recruit CRM. It keeps my files organized and helps me stay on top of my workflow. The support team has been outstanding — every time I reach out, they’re quick, patient, and genuinely helpful. Some features take a little time to get used to, and a few areas still feel a bit buggy, especially search, but that may be because I’m still learning the deeper functions. The AI features are also a bit pricey, so we don’t use them often, and I originally thought our plan included two free monthly credits with Organic job postings, but those didn’t appear. Even with those small challenges, the support behind the product makes a big difference and keeps the experience positive.
Pros: The support is AMAZING. Some features take a little time to get settled, but with support behind you, nothing feels impossible.
Cons: The AI features are a bit pricey, so we rarely use them. I thought we received two free credits each month with the Organic job posting plan, but they didn’t show up. Also, the search function feels a little buggy — though it might just be that I haven’t learned all the features yet.

It's fantastic so far. I'm able to manage our recruitment stages well, engage with candidates, and keep client records too. It looked overwhelming with so many features at first, but when you get the hang of it, it's actually very beneficial for your recruitment team/firm!
Pros: I like its email management, AI sourcing, candidate search, candidate notes, and job application form. The features were very much useful for recruitment.
Cons: Not being able to accurately detect duplicate candidate profiles, no prompts to suggest what step or what features we should take
Isabelle P. · Recruiter · Staffing and Recruiting · February 9, 2026
So far, I am very happy. I am sure we will figure out all the bells and whistles....and bugs, as we go. Thanks to the wonderful team at CRM, I feel confident that we are onto a winner here
Pros: The staff and the customer service is outstanding. We are still getting used to the system, but it has a lot more features than our old CRM. I like that everything can be done directly from the system and there is no switching between tabs
Cons: Because we are still getting used to the system, the screen can seem a little busy and you there are a LOT of columns in the KanBan view, but once we get to know what we are doing, I am sure we will figure out what works best for us and we can customise it further. I wish that we see more clients and candidates per page, it is a little frustrating having to load a new page all the time.

Overall the experience has been excellent. It has made work easier to navigate and organize while keeping everything on record.
Pros: the interface is easy to navigate and covers all aspects from candidates to clients to their companies
Cons: up to this moment i have nothing much to say about the cons because i have not come across any so far
Anonymous User · Associate Analyst · Human Resources · February 9, 2026
Very positive. The team at Recruit CRM work hard to ensure satisfaction, and when you have a suggestion, they usually work to incorporate it. Very responsive@
Pros: Easy customizable, easy to use. AI is integrated in to the product. Support is also a strong suit of Recruit CRM.
Cons: Nothing worth complaining about. Like any tool, you have to learn its nuances to effectively work with it.
Jim B. · SVP · Information Technology and Services · February 9, 2026
I really enjoy using Recruit CRM: it’s efficient, intuitive, and genuinely supports my daily workflow.
Pros: An excellent system that delivers value from every angle. You can easily customize all fields and features for managing candidates and positions based on your needs -the level of customization is truly outstanding. The platform is very intuitive, and whenever questions come up, the support team is extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. One of the standout advantages is the analytics module: you can build almost any report you need in a simple and efficient way. Bottom line: the system saves time and money, is very easy to use, and is priced fairly. Highly recommended for independent headhunters as well as recruitment agencies.
Cons: The permissions setup is only available in the higher-tier subscription plan. I also wish there were an annual plan that doesn’t require increasing the credit card limit - meaning a yearly subscription paid in monthly installments. This would make it easier for us to upgrade to a higher-tier annual plan. *The system doesn’t support switching text direction from right to left when writing in Hebrew.

Information are kept secured and candidate profile is user friendly and helps with capturing all candidate interview information
Pros: I had real value for money, and the user access portal had a great look and feel and it helped with great team collaboration
Cons: The customer support lagged behind and it appears they are swamped but they will eventually help with few delays
Yewande O. · HRSC · Accounting · November 20, 2025
Pros: Great tech support, super customizable, easy to use, high adaptability, interesting ai functionalities. If you have a job advert out, it suggests the best candidates in the database. if you integrate it with linkedin, it's able to suggest profiles outside the system
Cons: CV parsing is not very precise, ai tools not very precise in feedback. i find it useful when you need to manage pipeline, less useful if i need to make complex searches in database (geographical fields are not always reliable)
Anonymous User · Talent Consultant · Human Resources · November 14, 2025
We moved a very large database from an antiquated ATS and the migration process was detailed and handled with non-stop, dedicated, and priority support. And Recruit CRM's support has continued beyond the primary move. I will also highly commend Recruit on being so attentive and open to our requests in support and development that their lead developers have been present on calls with our team. In my 20+ years working with software services, this is a first. Very impressed. We hope to be with Recruit CRM for decades to come.
Pros: Recruit CRM is a superbly thought out system with endless room to grow. Its record management system is slick and intuitive. The API is so very well thought out and easy to work with. It's been a true joy to develop our external application integrations with Recruit CRM.
Cons: Their credit system is a bit frustrating at times. I'd prefer some optional service tiers to include the most important internal tools rather than making everything reliant on credit purchases. At times, it feels like anything you want to do "just takes a few more credits".
Eric L. · Director of Brand and Strategy · Staffing and Recruiting · November 12, 2025
Overall, my experience with Recruit CRM has been great. It helps me stay organized, track candidates easily, and communicate effectively with clients.
Pros: I really like that Recruit CRM is very friendly for new users. The layout is simple and easy to navigate, even for someone who is just starting out. The tutorials and customer support are also very helpful when learning how to use each feature.
Cons: There’s nothing bad about Recruit CRM. It just felt a little difficult to use at the beginning, but once I got used to it, everything became very easy to manage.
Yulissa R. · Lead Recruiter · Shipbuilding · November 12, 2025
Great customer service...very responsive! I always get a response within a few minutes. I've worked with lots of other CRMs (Workable, Greenhouse, CATS) and RCRM is a great value.
Pros: Geared towards search/staffing firms Great search features for sourcing. Easy to move candidates through steps of the hiring process
Cons: I wish there were more templates or design options for Careers page. Branding with my website is limited.
Dana H. · Founder and Principal · Non-Profit Organization Management · November 11, 2025
It's been great. The amount of customer satisfaction calls was a bit extreme, but I do like how responsive they are when occasional hiccups happen.
Pros: Ease of use. Thoroughly thought out roadmap for recruiters. Secure - constant updates and accessible customer service. Enjoy the look and feel of the tool. Has made my life easier. Cannot find anything to complain about.
Cons: I don't have anything to point out. It's been a really great tool for us. I highly recommend using Recruit CRM!
Colleen M. · Chief People Officer · Accounting · November 10, 2025
Great product, and really great support. If you have a small question you have instant support! Great help of [sensitive content hidden]!
Pros: Its very customer friendly and you can shape it excectly how you want it. Everytime I think of an addon I would like to see in the system they already have it or are busy building it!
Cons: in comparison to other crm systems I used I cant think of any.
Robert G. · Sales Director · Staffing and Recruiting · October 31, 2025
Overall, our experience has been very positive. Recruit CRM has become a daily tool for us, and it’s had a real impact on how we manage jobs, candidates, and clients. Even though there are some added costs for tailoring it to our exact needs, the benefits far outweigh the downsides. It’s been a great fit for our team and has helped simplify our process.
Pros: We’ve really enjoyed using Recruit CRM at RadiologyJobs.com and rely on it every day. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy for our team to navigate. The overall functionality has been a real blessing for keeping our workflow organized, and their service and support have been excellent whenever we’ve needed help.
Cons: The platform can feel a bit limited without significant customization, and some of those customizations (like building out KPI tracking and custom fields) require additional costs. While not a dealbreaker, it does mean you need to invest more if you want to go beyond the core features.
Chris P. · Marketing and Sales Director · Marketing and Advertising · October 30, 2025
Very positive experience on a platform that solves all recruitment consultant problems. Its very quick to add clients or candidates into the system. It provides all the tools to source candidates or manage them through the recruitment cycle.
Pros: It is very thought-through, feels very intuitive. The support team is very responsive, with any difficulties are handled promptly. New features and improvements are introduced regularly. Easy to navigate candidate search system.
Cons: The AI and data enrichment elements can be improved upon. Data Enrichment does not always provide accurate data. AI sourcing, while great, can also have inaccuracies (like in all AI instances currently).
Vitaliy S. · Managing Director · Staffing and Recruiting · October 28, 2025
Good experience for candidate follow up, interviews setups, database searches using skills or tags. The simplicity of posting a job on 1 or more websites, with the use of job search engines partnerships.
Pros: Very intuitive, easy to navigate, multiple options for searching, customer support very reactive. Our dedicated agent is always here to help and issues are solved very rapidly. The setup of different fields was also quite simple to put in place.
Cons: The boolean search, which implies that everyone has filled their profile correctly, which is not always the case. I preferred the older version. Also, we cannot link our Calendly calendars to our RecruitCRM calendar.
Marine G. · Operations Manager · Individual & Family Services · September 30, 2025
Overall, I really enjoy using this CRM and it has been a very positive experience. There are still a few minor UX changes I would suggest, but what I truly appreciate is the team’s openness to feedback and their willingness to adapt the platform to meet our specific needs.
Pros: What I like most about Recruit CRM is that it’s not only an intuitive and easy-to-navigate CRM, but the customer service truly stands out. Their support team consistently delivers on their promises. I’ve never seen another company respond so quickly and reliably. Whenever I submit a question or need assistance, I usually get a reply within just one or two minutes, literally. On top of that, we have a dedicated account manager who is always extremely responsive and helpful, which makes the overall experience even better.
Cons: What I liked the least was the look and feel in some areas; at times the navigation wasn’t very intuitive, and the overall user experience felt a bit odd. That said, Recruit CRM has been continuously improving, and I’ve already noticed things getting better over time.
Mailen B. · Lead Talent Acquisition · Staffing and Recruiting · September 23, 2025
My overall experience with Recruit CRM has been very positive: the platform is intuitive, easy to use, and has streamlined our recruitment operations significantly. The standout features are its customizable workflows and excellent customer support, though minor bugs and occasional system slowdowns have occurred, these were usually resolved quickly by their team.
Pros: Recruit CRM is highly valued for its intuitive interface and customizable workflows, which make managing candidate pipelines and client communications efficient and user-friendly. The platform's integrated automation features and collaborative tools also streamline recruitment processes for teams.
Cons: I found the customization options weren’t flexible enough for niche recruitment needs, which made it difficult to tailor the system for unique requirements. But they are working on it and they are doing a great job.
Anonymous User · Senior Recruitment Consultant · Human Resources · September 23, 2025
Overall, my experience has been really good. Recruit CRM has cut down a lot of manual work for me and made it so much easier to track candidates and clients in one place. I appreciate that the company keeps rolling out updates and listens to user feedback. Yes, there are a couple of areas to improve, but it’s definitely become a tool I rely on daily.
Pros: What I like the most is how simple and easy it is to use. The interface feels clean, and my team didn’t take long to get used to it. The customer support team is honestly one of the best parts they’re super quick to respond and always willing to help. I also enjoy how flexible the system is when it comes to setting up pipelines and reports.
Cons: One thing I feel is missing is an assessment tool within the platformit would really make things smoother. Also, the workflow automation features are a bit on the expensive side when you compare it to options like NH8.
