Great experience with the scheduling and time clock and our records were kept secured which gave us peace regarding privacy
Pros: I got value for money as it captured all my employees information, and it was easy to use and navigate different modules especially the recruitment and candidate interview process.
Cons: Customer support could be better as it took a while to get someone resolve issues we experienced but overall, great tool

Overall experience has been great. The platform is great for hiring and tracking candidates during onboarding after they are hired.
Pros: The jobvite platform has made recruiting a breeze for our talent acquisition team. The user interface is intuitive and allows us to easily schedule interviews and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
Cons: The reporting tools could use some updating, but we track all of that separately anyways. We have a great experience tracking on boarding, but better reporting would be useful for streamlining insights into how we could improve our hiring process.

My overall experience with Jobvite has been great from both a management perspective but also as an onboarding employee with most companies I’ve been with.
Pros: Jobvite makes the onboarding process for not only your Human Resources department, but also for future prospects.
Cons: My dislike with Jobvite is the ease of use. I feel like it could be more integrative amongst other platforms.

My overall experience with Jobvite has been positive. As mentioned before, I've used Workday for jobs after I get a job offer to be hired. It's super easy to use and access. My favorite part about Workday is how easy it is to access all important documents and information. When getting a new job, the onboarding process can be overwhelming some times with all the paperwork you need ot fill out
Pros: I used Jobvite to set up my profile account when I first got hired for my current job. Workday was my one-stop go to when onboarding where I was able to find all my documents I needed to fill out for hire and information about the company.
Cons: I do not have any negative reviews to say about Jobvite. I've used Jobvite for multiple jobs which speaks for itself to show it's a trustworthy website to use.

I had a great experience, except for working out the integration glitches, as it cost me my position and was not discovered until later - HR did call and clarify what happened after. I am sure that it is all configured correctly, as it has been 5 years since this happened. I love the ease of use of JobVite over previous products such as iSIMs and BrassRing.
Pros: I love the ease of use of this product and that I could have pre-set questions in one panel while being able to view the resume in another. The ease of scheduling through the platform and integration to Outlook is fantastic.
Cons: Sometimes, Outlook meetings scheduled through JobVite would not show up in Outlook or be captured in JobVite but only in Outlook. This was disappointing because I had scheduled meetings that counted toward my KPI, and they would appear in Outlook but not in JobVite. This led to punishment on my end. After discovering what happened with this glitch, it was too late for me.

Using Jobvite is a bit like exploring a high-tech hiring hub it’s filled with good features that make recruitment more efficient, but it also comes with a learning curve and challenges that new user may take time and high effort to learn the whole process.
Pros: Jobvite stands out is a user-friendly program, and its making recruitment feel less hassle process, from scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and even contacting the candidates, it all happen with minimal manual effort. It’s like having assistant.
Cons: While Jobvite offers a lot features, there are some areas for improvement. One I notice is new users may find the system complicated at first, especially with the advance customization and automation in the system. Without proper training and experience, navigating certain works can feel frustrating.

Overall, I like Jobvite since it works and gets the job done but there is room to improve the site to make it easier for users.
Pros: I enjoy having an internal platform to leverage to search for internal job openings and send referral invitations to external applicants! Some useful aspects of Jobvite include the Requisition tab which is very intuitive and has search options you can refine (freeform search field, company, locations, department, requisition type, etc.), I also enjoy how it has the recruiter and hiring manager names on the job postings and an easy way to see what jobs you can send a "Jobvite for". Lastly, I also appreciate the section with all your applications and their status.
Cons: There are a few things I do not like about JobVite's interface that can be improved. One instance is when you are in the Requisitions tab and looking at the job listings, I can see that position's specific details if I click on "Info" but when I click on the actual name or "Goto Requisition" it always shows all the details as blank. I think the "Jobvites" is less intuitive than the "Requisitions" tab. Lastly, I do not like how when you go to your applications and click on the job title it doesn't have the job's ID number or any way to identify that role except for the fairly generic Title uniquely. Additionally, when you go to the requisitions tab I don't believe there is a way to tell if you already applied to that job.

Pros: Posting jobs is easy and efficient, tracking candidates is fast and finding anything is very quick from the main screen. Anytime access to training tutorials especially when they update or add new things.
Cons: Sometimes there are glitches but their customer support gets back to me in minutes with a good fix.

Poor - customer service was terrible, the integrations do not work, the job posts to LinkedIn don't work.
Pros: Nothing - we had nothing but issues with the software from go, our implementation never actually got fully off the ground (Jobvite internal team kept delaying).
Cons: Integrations are often over promised and under delivered. They will tell you it can integrate with all of these applications.... but it does not, or they want to charge you another $50k to have the integration work... when they told you it would work at the onset.

As much as the system can fulfill the minimum standard requirements (i.e. create a pipeline of candidates for your organization), it falls short if you need to have certain flexibility.For example, changing one question of an application form took us literally 1 month, having implemented application forms in different languages, for more than a year.The system itself is not that difficult to use but is really sensitive to any (minor) changes that you make. It felt many times like when you are trying to cover a hole and then another one pops up. Additionally, the fact that they probably purchased another company a few years ago, sometimes gives the feeling you are speaking to 2 different companies not synched (e.g. application forms can be built through the ATS but also through a thing they call telemetry, and synching both is very painful)
Pros: -The ability to create dashboards- Integration with our HCM
Cons: - The system lacks flexibility for large companies. Ex: It is taking ages (literally) for us to have implemented different application forms. Whether you want to make them shorter or longer, or in different languages. (We are actually even paying extra for those application forms)- Customer support, sometimes lacks technical skills- Candidate experience: There is no candidate portal (i.e. Candidates need to repeat over again application forms)- US-oriented: Meetings with their team are usually at (West) US times- Technical issues: The system is very susceptible to minor bugs, errors, etc.- Career site: If you have ever built a website, you'll find the backend is decades behind

Overall, I don't mind using Jobvite and I am always able to successfully send out job opportunities.
Pros: I appreciate that it is easy to see the available job posting within our company. It is pretty easy to send the opportunities out via email to candidates.
Cons: I find the user interface to be a little clunky and not always intuitive. I am not in the system that often. I find that it usually takes me a few tries to find what I am looking for in the system.

It was a pretty quick, easy, implementation process. They moved over most of what I needed seamlessly. They have a lot of great training videos and articles to help people figure out the use of the system.
Pros: It makes it easy to manage jobs across multiple brands in one location. You can provide employees with an easy way to apply to internal postings and share out jobs to their network.
Cons: Adding questions to the postings and interviews into the system is a bit clunky. It isn't simple to allow candidates to upload files for review. Allows applicants that come through 3rd party sites like Indeed or Zip Recruiter to bypass customized application questions.

Pros: It did the job. It was not as robust as other ATSs I have used in the past but it did the job fine. There was not a lot of additional functionality (reporting, posting on multiple sites, DE&I, etc.) but it was good at collecting applicants and feedback.
Cons: It was very basic. We were previously using a much more modern system with better reporting and a better UI/UX. I didn't feel like there was a huge value add, other than the basic functions of an ATS.

It was a fair system, but not overly user friendly. If you are quite adept at software programs and learning new functions you won't have any problem.
Pros: Cost effective for first year, then prices increase after that.
Cons: It takes quite a bit of time to learn the system if you are having others involved - there are a number of steps involved, but once you get the hang of it it works well.

Jobvite is a useful tool that is essential to tracking an applicant and making the process easy for everyone. There are a wide range of features for many use cases.
Pros: I have used the applicant tracking the most. It is easy to create links to send to applicants that links them directly back to you as the one who recommended them. I like how there are a number of ways to share a job posting and it will provide analytics over which postings are the most successful.There are multiple phases an applicant can go through that make it easy to track the status. I am not in HR, so there is a whole side of this that I haven't seen. From a hiring manager stand point, this product definitely gets the job done!
Cons: The interface can be a bit tricky to get used to. Some controls are in places I wouldn't expect. There are multiple ways to achieve the same thing, but sometimes your ability to do something depends on what method you chose to get there.They recently updated their login technology to be more secure. This is great, but it's a bit clunky. When you time out, the page does not redirect you to the correct login page. I keep having to manually change the url to get to the right place.

Pros: Jobvite is a one-stop shop for all of your job and employment needs! They offer different platforms such as HR/Payroll, Time & Labor, Onboarding, Recruiting, Surveys, and Community to keep everything organized and easy to access. With such a comprehensive system in place, you can rest assured that all aspects of your business are being handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
Cons: Many times, it makes updates that disrupt the existing methods of doing things. Unfortunately, customers are usually not informed of these changes and both employees and employers face difficulties as a result. I think they should drop notifications about the changes and release documents.
