isolved Talent Acquisition

Pros: Isolved has all the main features I need to walk step-by-step in the hiring process. I love how it integrates with outside platforms to expand my hiring reach.

Cons: There are some difficulties when I am trying to aggregate information across the various platforms. The mobile app doesn't really seem to be that user friendly making it better for desktop usage.

Pros: The seamless integration with various job boards and the ease of tracking candidates throughout the recruitment process are excellent features.

Cons: The mobile app could use some improvements in functionality, especially for recruiters managing applications while on the move.

Pros: Was easy to sort through and look at all the resumes to hire someone who fit my business needs easily.

Cons: There’s not much I can say about not liking this product. Maybe just the price, it is a little more than the business wanted to spend.

Pros: Working one on one with a consultant to make sure we were getting the most out of the product.

Cons: Limited scope of the services offered with the product.

Pros: Its ease of use and affordability while still offering powerful recruiting and applicant tracking features.

Cons: The platform lacks deep customization options for reporting, workflows, and branding.

Pros: It is a user friendly product and their customer service support is very helpful!

Cons: No con really, just learning more about all of the capabilities of the platform.

Pros: Applicant Pro is easy to use! I especially love the job posting features.

Cons: Compared to the other systems I've used, ApplicantPro is much more user-friendly... not many bad things to say about it!

Pros: Great staff! System works as advertised and regularly make updates.

Cons: Limit on free text messages. AP staff used to log into job boards for us to post our jobs. They still do, but we have a limited free number per month now.

Pros: The convenience of the website and how accessible it is!

Cons: Constantly updating new listings, that isn't your fault! We are just constantly changing our needs. You've been great to work with.

Pros: User friendly , straight forward, easy to navigate and easy to train others how to use. KPIs you can get from the program are wonderful , and love texting and emailing capabilities and how easy it is to send a saved template within seconds to an applicant. Truly gives me more time for interviews and my other job duties.

Cons: Sometimes I don't get the most qualified applicants or volume of applicants we would like but the app pro team has been very supportive and proactive in assisting us with ad writing and monitoring the best ideas to drive up the volume and quality of applicants.

Pros: I like the fact that it offers more room for applicants and that translates to a high conversion. All things considered, the cost is affordable and I also like the free trial and training provided.

Cons: I believe that the reporting part can still be worked on but I like the part that it's easy to pull up quick reports when needed.

Pros: 1. East to set up 2. Very flexible for integration 3. Customised propositions for need 4. Corporate discounts for long term license

Cons: 1. Not for large scale ops 2. Not mobile friendly 3. UX is a bit average

Pros: I liked the ease of set up, the dashboard was very straightforward and easy to navigate. Communicating with applicants through the dashboard via text or email was also a perk. Having all applicants grouped together and notations available to view on each applicant as I was scrolling through them was nice for sorting through the ones we wanted to contact further.

Cons: The contract versus a month to month service. The cost was a little bit expensive.

Pros: Responsive customer service, great help feature with video training to support the details provided, user friendly.

Cons: Our only draw back to this product, that has not effected our decision to continue with them is the calendaring feature doesn't allow for consecutive interviews with multiple individuals or does it book the conference room they will be meeting in.

Pros: I appreciate how responsive and knowledgeable the ApplicantPro employees are, they have really helped us customize the software for our organization's individual needs. I also appreciate that ApplicantPro is very user-friendly, it didn't take me long to figure out how to navigate through applicants, improve the visibility of my listings, and organize applicant information.

Cons: I feel like it would be productive to have this software available in an app format as well.

Cons: How hard it can be to make contact with service.

Pros: I love how easy it is to use, the text-to-apply feature, ability to sort applicants, make notes and mass respond to them. The support team is always friendly and prompt too. They make my job easy!

Cons: I really wish they had an app...I know the website is "mobile friendly", but it's just not the same on a small iPhone screen. I'd love to be able to view applicants on an app on the go. I also wish the integration with Paylocity was faster...I can't wait 12 hours for it to process, so I end up entering them all manually.

Pros: I love the seamless processes within the ATS!

Cons: I would like to be able to reject and the ATS automatically disposition the candidate...

Pros: Ease of access to candidate information and easy organization for applicant/candidate status.

Cons: Wish there were more intuitive features, especially as AI continues to progress (writing job descriptions, etc).

Pros: We were a little apprehensive about engaging Applicant Pro, but the ease of use, instant scores and price made it an easy decision.

Cons: We have to search the results and determine if a failed score was due to incorrect answers or just being timed out by the system.

Pros: They have an amazing supporting customer service team, available training, and always looking for ways to improve.

Cons: Haven't experienced anything negative. Every time I need support, they have done an amazing job.

Pros: I had used ApplicantPro in the past so when researching ATS they were definitely on the list and honestly, price was a major factor. ApplicantPro is very affordable and the system is easy to navigate.

Cons: I haven't found any cons yet but have only been back using it a few months.
