Pros: The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It’s helpful for organizing candidates and streamlining basic recruiting tasks. I also appreciated the ability to customize some features.

Cons: Integration options and automation could also be improved for a smoother experience. Parsing from resumes isn’t the best.

Pros: Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. I like having one contact. [sensitive content hidden] is wonderful!

Cons: The time difference. Sometimes it is hard to get meetings scheduled. This is not necessarily a challenge that can be fixed.

Pros: Customizable and easy to navigate. Includes features such as decline reason, add notes and attach files. Candidate information can be easily viewed and filtered in the candidate module. Client module is especially helpful for consulting firms because jobs can be organized per client. You can also generate and export different kinds of report.

Cons: Some fields/information can be marked as optional but cannot be completely removed (such as ZIP and other Social Network Information). No history log when attached CVs are changed or updated. Decline reason is not visible on candidate view and you need to navigate to the specific job to check the information. CV parsing and duplication check would sometimes miss.

Pros: The features are straightforward and are very easy-to-use. This ATS streamlines our team’s database management process.

Cons: Limited customization access to candidates' information. There are some details that are not necessary, and although they are optional, it would be best if we could remove them entirely.

Cons: When we send emails to candidates from i-Smart, they aren’t receiving them. So, we have to resend the emails using Outlook. I’ve used the bulk mailing feature in i-Smart once or twice, but it feels time-consuming.

Cons: That you can't directly send CV's to clients on it or keep candidates in tagged roles and leave them as declined etc to keep track on their profiles what roles they have been sent to etc.

Cons: Ismart Recruit many useful features, there are few like Complexity for New Users, Customer Support, Mobile App Limitation, Pricing, Integration there could be improvements in user support, mobile experience, and pricing flexibility

Pros: With the help of Ismart, we can create a good database of candidates and it also help in tracking the status of candidates from shortlisting to final selection.
