Pros: uAttend is a reliable and user-friendly time tracking solution that works well for organizations that need accurate employee timekeeping without unnecessary complexity. The system is intuitive, secure, and saves a significant amount of administrative time.

Cons: Limited customization in reports and notifications No built-in payroll processing Some advanced features require higher-tier plans

Pros: The app is tech-friendly and very easy to follow. Everything is laid out clearly, which makes it simpler for staff to understand.

Cons: I’d like to be able to track my payroll totals if that option is available. I may have missed where this function is located. I also wanted to have the schedule to be accessible to the app.

Pros: It was a great solution when we needed fingerprint timeclocks. The added convenience of a PIN code was nice when someone had a bad fingerprint!

Cons: We run 24 hours/day, so when an employee would work 6pm-6am, the time would not cut off at midnight and move into the next day at 12:01am. In other words, all 12 hours would show on the night they clocked in, instead of 6 hours for the first day and 6 for the next. This caused some issues because our pay week cut off at midnight each Saturday.

Pros: Easy to track hours and holidays. Easy to use features. Easy customer support chats. Affordable plans for fluctuating seasons. I like that I don’t have to use features that don’t apply to me.

Cons: Admins clock in too! Why can’t they have hours tracked the same way as employees? 2 Factor authentication, I wish there was an option to turn it off. I use a lot of devices.

Pros: The convenience of time recording and timecard history. the ability to adjust and make notes as needed.

Cons: Sometimes the machine will not scan fingerprints causing employees to get upset.

Pros: Easy to use, variety of features to adapt to your company's needs.

Cons: The mobile app sometimes crashed or did not load. The thumbprint scanner would sometimes not recognize our thumbprints.

Pros: Affordable pricing. Not much to say beyond the essential functionalities.

Cons: 1. different login windows cause confusion and login difficulties. (some ask for user ID, some as for email, if I am not mistaken). 2. we manage multiple accounts. when logging into another account, we are forced do a search or "find my account" first, which is uniquely incomprehensible, probably reflecting a very obsolete design or approach. 3. hard to find historic data. beyond certain time back, we have to reload page by page to retrieve the record. 4. structure and naming are not intuitive and user friendly. we use very minimal functions and still find it not easy to use. 5. We have approximately 260 staff, about 2% of their clocking fail everyday for some reason. 6. We have been using this portal for nearly a decade and have not seen much improvement made. 7. The clocking devices do work well with facial recognition and mistake employee's identity from time to time.

Pros: This product helps with keeping time for employees.

Cons: The product sometimes did not record employees time properly in real time. This caused frustration and annoyance from people while making the timekeepers to adjust the information on the portal.

Pros: uAttend software and equipment is very easy to install, use and the software keeps great track of time.

Cons: I can not think of anything that I like least about uAttend.

Pros: When I work remotely it can keep a track of my log in & out. Also, my lunch break ^ breaks in general.

Cons: That if i work over 9/10+ hrs, it automatically givers me an error. Maybe my company had a certain time frame active.

Pros: Uattend is super helpful for keeping up with attendance and payroll for us each week.

Cons: I'm just learning, so it could be operator error, but I wish I could find the gross pay per week historically.

Pros: I don't like any of it. If someone doesn't do time correctly, or the holiday isn't set up, it requires too many people to correct an issue

Cons: Too difficult to adjust for errors, requires too many people for one task

Pros: Easy to use the product, quick deployment.

Cons: Can not pull report of all the employee info. Do not show absences.

Pros: I came in after implementation. It would not have been my choice. The interface is clunky. The backend reports are not flexible, and there's no Microsoft integration available.

Cons: Total lack of customer support. We had several network and security questions and when we presented them they answered 3 of the 10+ questions and told us they wouldn't be supplying any further answers.

Pros: Ease of use, Accuracy, Speed and customer support

Cons: I have no cons, this product exceeded my expectations

Pros: This is fine for a single location that manages their own payroll.

Cons: No payroll integration for uAttend that we could utilize.

Pros: easy for the employees & eliminates any questions about hours worked

Pros: It is easy to implement and use, requiring minimal administrative time and upkeep. The interface is easy to use.

Cons: Employee holiday and vacation hours do not automatically reset to the appropriate amount every calendar years. This must be manually entered every New Year.

Pros: It's easy to use. If you know anything about computers, you will be able to use the system.

Cons: It's a very basic system and doesn't have much use.

Pros: The ability to access the information remotely is vital for us. I can work from a remote location and check and see who is clocked in, out, etc. I can also access time reports to begin payroll processing remotely.

Cons: The thumbprint option doesn't work, but the guys have adapted and use their index finger fine.

Pros: Managing time cards online nd virtually is ideal for virtual businesses. Also the reporting functionality helps get a great overview of hourly employees - comparison and by employee.

Cons: The physical time clock is a bit difficult to install. Once it is installed, the process runs well.

Pros: Works great and makes tracking my employees times so easy.

Cons: I haven't found anything I don't like about this product.
