RUN Powered by ADP

Pros: I love how they have explained everything to me. Been on hand to help me when needed and the swiftness of them getting it all setup for me. And love the easy use of it

Cons: Nothing so far, but haven't really gotten to try all the services yet. But will let you know what issues I have as they come up

Pros: The payroll was very easy to run once I completely understood everything, which took only a few minutes. Payroll specialist walked and talked me through everything the first time, and it was a very simple task.

Cons: Finding and deciphering specific reports a bit of a pain. Some totals aren't broken down as precisely as other apps I've used in the past.

Cons: I recently had a disappointing experience with the process implementation. Unfortunately, the execution fell short of expectations. There seemed to be a lack of clear communication and guidance, which led to confusion among the team.

Pros: Value for Money , With RUN I have the ability to scale up knowing my prices are set. it Make things very easy to scale and hire more. The onboarding of employees is also a breeze.

Cons: so far, I'm very happy with the product, I don't have any Cons to speak of; other than I should've signed up sooner!

Pros: How user friendly it is. The platform is easy to navigate and makes payroll processing much more efficient. I also appreciate how accessible the support team has been throughout implementation.

Cons: I do not have any cons at the moment. Overall, the transition process has gone smoothly and any questions or concerns we have had were addressed quickly by the ADP team.

Pros: What I liked most about RUN Powered by ADP is how easy it makes payroll and employee management, especially for busy businesses that need something simple but still professional. The setup process was smooth, and the devices that were sent worked well and made clock-ins and tracking more convenient. I also liked having mobile access because it allowed me to check things quickly without always needing to be at a computer. The platform is user-friendly overall, and customer support was helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance.

Cons: One thing I liked least was that there can occasionally be small glitches or delays in the system, especially when navigating between features. Some areas of the platform could also be a little more modern or streamlined for first-time users. While customer support was helpful, response times sometimes depended on how busy they were.

Pros: Ease of use and helpfulness and availability of support. I was coached before running my first payroll and had a follow up question that was answered right away.

Cons: Nothing about ADP, but I was resistant to taking it over after my accountant stopped handling it. I appreciate that I have two different people supporting me.

Pros: i like that RUN is very user friendly and able to be accessed remotely. It gives you a guide to navigate the different areas of the software and has a link to answer questions.

Cons: So far i have been very satisfied with the product. It's made my business run more smoothly and lessens the things i have to take care of

Pros: How simple it is very user friendly but detailed. Its easy to navigate. They are very quick once i run payroll the turn around of depositing to accounts

Cons: Price is a little expensive, but I still like using the system. It makes my job easier and I highly recommend

Pros: Once RUN is setup with all of your specifications it seems to be rather easy to navigate. Once we finally got assigned a specialist and have the same person to talk to about our account things have run smoother.

Cons: ADP did not put enough time into the setup process before our first payroll thus many categories or specifics were not setup for us so when we went to process our first payroll it took nearly 2 days to complete. ADP had to keep making correction after correction. Tax rates were entered incorrectly so deductions were wrong. To be honest it was quite a headache getting everything corrected and right.

Pros: The app has made updating my timecards incredibly convenient, and I really appreciate how seamlessly it handles all of my tax payments for the State of Missouri

Cons: No cons to report - the ADP payroll app works smoothly and meets all my needs as a small business owner.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to stay compliant with state tax requirements, and the ability to add features as needed.

Cons: changing tax rates or making changes often takes a couple interactions with ADP over the span of a few months to get them to take affect.

Cons: integration with accounting software was little confusing when som options listed were not in my chart of accouns Would like to see billing done on a monthly basis rather that invoicing after each payroll is ran

The platform is clean and straightforward once you get into it. Running payroll feels organized and efficient, not overwhelming. I also like the reliability. Payroll processes smoothly, and I feel confident everything is being handled correctly. Overall, the combination of strong support, ease of use, and a dependable system made a great first impression.
