I like that Ressio streamlines both internal workflows and the client-facing experience. Clients can see real-time project status, budget information, drawings, project photos, and messages without needing a complicated account setup. The project management tools and AI assistant are also strong differentiators. Overall, Ressio has been a great fit for what modern general contractors actually need. It is user-friendly, practical, and brings together several functions that are often spread across multiple tools. The platform offers strong value, thoughtful functionality, and excellent support from the account management team. Highly recommend.
Pros: Ressio is intuitive, modern, and easy to use. It brings estimating, subcontractor bidding, project management, and client communication into one platform. The client dashboard is especially strong, and the pricing is very competitive for the functionality.
Cons: There is still a learning curve, as with any robust platform, but their account managers do a great job helping clients onboard and optimize how they use the system.

Useful tool to integrate all aspects of a construction project into one place for ease of communication between clients, contractors and employees. Offers a lot of integration but must be willing to do the data entry to have this information available.
Pros: The ability to keep all job information, including client conversations, vendor estimates, client invoices, vendor billing, etc. in one location. Client success coach was extremely helpful and understood our concerns and always eager to help.

As a medium sized remodeling contractor I was searching for the right estimating/management software and came across Ressio. I did some research and requested a demo and was very impressed at how easy, intuitive and powerful it was. The cost was about 2/3 of what I was paying at Co-Construct. Once I purchased I had an amazing experience training with [sensitive content hidden]. [sensitive content hidden] is an amazing trainer and after about 7 training Zoom calls I feel that I can handle pretty much anything. If I had any questions they were anwered within hours!! I have also had really good feedback from clients about how great it is for collaborating on the project as a whole and even down to the smaller details. They enjoy the ease of use and information access which allows them to easily understand proposals, selections etc. I would highly recommend signing up with Ressio whether you are small, medium or larger contractor.
Pros: I most enjoy the ease of use of Ressio. The estimating/contract execution is straight forward and the selection process is great from my side and the client side. It really handles all aspects of the project from initial call to warranty and doesn't require much additional input from me.
Cons: I love every aspect of Ressio-no reservations at all. I really don't think I have anything I don't like to be honest.

Great experience and excited to introduce our clients. I feel more organized and feel we will gain more credibility from our clients
Pros: Ease of use. Value. The timeliness of the Ressio team. I have a question and they have an answer! Customer Support
Cons: Most everything has been great. Having a issue with the schedule that they are looking into now but I am sure it will be fixed. When I am building the schedule and add a successor when I submit it goes all the way to the beginning of the schedule. I have no doubt this will be addressed but everything else has been great.

Ressio is a great construction software with a team that makes it easy to use. Their customer support team is second to none and are one click or call away for help if needed. Zach and I meet quarterly to ensure our team has the required on-boarding for project management, estimate creation and billing. We also discuss future features Ressio is working on and how to make current features work better for our team.
Pros: It's a great software that fits many need. What I like most about the software is the estimate creation and how it pushes bills to QuickBooks.
Cons: To be honest, the upload speed is a bit slow at times but no other complaints. Ressio has been amazing.

We've been using Ressio for 2.5 years, and it has elevated how we operate. Our mission is to be refreshingly different, and Ressio complements that perfectly. It helps us deliver on our promise by creating more transparency, smoother workflows, stronger communications, and a more enjoyable building process for our homeowners. Ressio's customer support team is genuinely there for you and always quick to respond. I recommend this software to any builder or remodeler looking to streamline their operations.
Pros: Project management, communication platforms, client approval process, and client project transparency. You can't be the value for the money.
Cons: I'd like to have more options for running reports. It could also be a little more intuitive for both the builder and the homeowner.

Overall experience has been great. We haven’t felt left on an island and received a great amount of support as we become more familiar with the software.
Pros: We have been pleased working with Ressio! We are most pleased with their support and the ability to schedule time to review any issues we have and confirm we are set up for success. They have been a crucial part of our success as we integrate with QuickBooks for the first time.
Cons: The only con is integrating with QuickBooks, but we see that as our issue. Ressio has been there to help us set everything up to make it smooth and gone above and beyond with what they needed to do to help us.

Excellent. From day one demos to onboarding and over a year of support. Its been great. I still have regular calls with our customer rep.
Pros: Estimating tool and the ability to produce fast, accurate, professionally organized estimates and proposals. The customer service and team at Ressio are super supportive and motivated to create the best platform for builders.
Cons: Summary level data for estimates is not there. Need to be able to review and analyze a cost estimate by more than categories of work. Need to look at all cost types as a whole to understand better how markups and O&P should be considered to maintain competitiveness. I have to export the estimate to excel to do this analysis, and then make edits and then export again, etc. etc. Very challenging for us to get the budget tools functional and fully capable of tracking real labor costs, material costs and subcontractors costs relative to the budget. Quickbooks integration and setup has been difficult. Can only look at budgets at a cost-code level, where cost type is really important as well (i.e. labor, material, subcontractor).

Ressio has been awesome for our construction projects. The onboarding team made it super easy to get started, and the software is simple for both our team and our clients to use. It’s clean, professional, and organized — without all the extra stuff we don’t need.
Pros: The organization and professionalism it gives me and my team, as well as the customer experience it gives my clients.
Cons: None yet! Occasionally a bug or missing feature, but very minor things and seems like most that I’ve found are on the list to be worked in.
Colt B. · President · Construction · September 23, 2025
Phenomenal team with a great piece of software. I am excited to grow with their software in the future.
Pros: User interface and customer success team. I enjoy the depth of detail that can be included into estimates and that almost anything can be turned into a re useable template.
Cons: Would love to have a mobile application rather than a web browser version. I wish we could use different accounting software systems.
Currie B. · Owner · Construction · September 17, 2025
The team has held up to their promises and is there to support customers who are willing to invest the time to learn the software. Overall, it's been a great partnership
Pros: Customer support is always there when I need it, even on the weekends. Love the collaboration from bottom to top.
Cons: Sometimes it's a little glitchy but we have worked through all those issues so far. There are multiple customer success managers to help out.
Ben L. · Managing Member · Construction · June 3, 2025
Customer Service and onboarding has been top notch! By far the best customer service experience we have had with this type of software.
Pros: Flexibility to use just the parts we need, great for tracking client selections and communication, easy onboarding process.
Cons: Not exactly a con, but they are still expanding their capabilities. Some features we would use aren't there yet, but I know they are coming soon.
Britney W. · Manager · Construction · February 19, 2025
so easy to use to share with anyone like how well it works well
Pros: its so easy to put in so many contacts and share with others
Cons: I like it all so easy to use and share with anyone
Christina R. · owner · Construction · February 7, 2025
Pros: Ressio has been great to work with. From the software itself, to the on hands support from [sensitive content hidden], it has a been a refreshing experience. Their willingness to listen to the clients feedback to make the software better has been a big benefit to me and my team.
Cons: No cons. There are new features coming up in the pipeline that will make it even better.
Landon D. · Owner · Construction · September 27, 2024
So far the experience has been great, as mentioned the support staff has help with any questions but there haven't been many since we've started using the software.
Pros: Ressio provides all of the necessary features for project management in a stream line way. Support staff is very knowledgeable and helpful on any questions. The great team at Ressio made the transition from our previous software seamless.
Cons: The only con was the (short) learning curve of getting use to a new layout.
Mike M. · Project Manager · Construction · September 26, 2024
Overall experience has been outstanding. Their team listens, trains and continually seeks to improve based on feedback. One of the biggest highlights is that they will transition data from other software into their platform even for jobs in progress - no other competitor will do that.
Pros: The premier Construction project management software on the market. User friendly for team members, clients and subcontractors. They have already surpassed competitors like CoConstruct, BuilderTrend, and Job Tread in terms of their capabilities. Very easy to use, great mobile compatibility, amazing schedule and selection management.
Cons: Can't say anything specific, they are continuing to improve everyday. One big capability coming out soon are dashboards for owners to track key metrics across the entire company.
Paul C. · Managing Director · Construction · September 20, 2024
Our experience has been positive. We enjoy the platform and what Ressio has done for closing the gaps in interdepartmental communication! The feedback from our customers has been very positive!
Pros: In the year since we began using Ressio, the Ressio team has worked diligently with our company to streamline our projects. Although there have been some kinks, Ressio has been fantastic about addressing concerns and resolving problems quickly! We have seen an increase in sales and a decrease in project timelines. We love that Ressio is open to feedback! They have been extremely responsive and have worked hard to meet our needs in a timely way. Our customers have been excited to have the ability to see the events of their projects unfold all in one platform. We look forward to growing with Ressio!
Cons: It takes a little time to get used to using the platform but once you get into the swing of things it makes project management exponentially easier! Some features can be a little buggy, but every issue encountered gets resolved quickly.
Jenna E. · Project Coordinator · Construction · August 27, 2024
Our overall experience with Ressio and their team members has been exceptional! From meeting with their sales representative, all the way through signing on, and then coaching help has been wonderful. We feel that the team at Ressio has integrity and really does their best to assist all of their clients like us. They are fast in returning a call or email. Using Ressio has been a definite upgrade from our former construction management software. Thus, our overall experience with the software and Ressio's team members has been great!
Pros: Ressio's graphic user interface (GUI) is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The Ressio team has put much thought into how to improve construction management software. For instance, when clicking a new item or description, Ressio opens a side window so that you can edit & update, while still seeing what tab you are working in. It is faster this way and easier to view. Additionally, our field team has informed us that the mobile version is an improvement from our old software. They find it easy to clock in and out each day and can view the specifications for a project. They are already utilizing this tool in the field much more than our old software.
Cons: We have not found very much that we dislike about Ressio. Overall, it is very good. If I had to pick one thing here, it is regarding exporting the timeclock data. When exporting the timeclock .csv file, I don't like how the data appears in the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet needs some manipulation to easily view. For most builders, this won't be an issue though if they link to QuickBooks. It is also not really a problem to anyone who has knowledge of Excel.

It has been incredible working with [sensitive content hidden] and his team.
Pros: The team is unbelievable and so responsive to anything that comes up. Also, I have made many suggestions to improve workflow and they have made changes accordingly and actually invite feedback to improve things!
Cons: No negative feedback, they have been incredible to work with.
Parker P. · CEO · Construction · July 19, 2024
Pros: Ressio has a great team of developers, engineers, and customer support staff working to make this product even better each day. We found that it is easy to adopt the features that we want and need into our day to day processes.
Cons: I prefer local software over web based software for most things. While I understand the advantages to web based, especially in this application, I would love a desktop version that got me out of the browser window. I also wish that the system would save or prompt you to save a PDF copy of all approvals when received.
Lisa D. · Owner · Construction · July 19, 2024
Overall we have very pleased with the follow up on recommendations and availability of support.
Pros: The intuitive design makes navigating Ressio easy.
Cons: File management could use some improvement
Becki S. · Owner · Construction · July 14, 2024
The staff rocks. The response time is impressive and helpful. [sensitive content hidden] is the man we work with and is nothing short of amazing.
Pros: I like that Ressio is simple, and my employees took it like ducks to water. We have used other programs in the past, and it was always a fight to get people to use them because it didn't make their job easier or was just a pain.
Cons: It is a newer software, so some things I would like to see still need to be added. But it's small things that are not deal breakers.
Tyler H. · President · Construction · June 12, 2024
Right away both [sensitive content hidden] were excellent at communicating and overall service and support for us. This was huge as it was our first plunge into committing to a construction software system. Also, the learning curve is very soft and it was easy to implement into our business. Overall, it has helped elevate the financial part of our business to where we knew it should be.
Pros: support and service easy to learn and implement consistent updates
Cons: it doesnt have an app. cant wait for it to come!
Nate W. · CEO · Construction · May 8, 2024
My overall experience with Ressio has been quite extensive. From being involved in the very early stages to seeing what [sensitive content hidden] and the team have turned it into is extremely cool and something I'm very proud of. The Ressio team is incredibly fast in their customer service and how they handle any questions or concern. The leadership and values in this company go way beyond being a simple building software. They become part of your team.
Pros: The best feature about the Ressio Software is the ease of utilizing the messaging while currently inside another page. Being able to reference a message in regards to the estimate while simultaneously viewing the estimate makes it very easy to use.
Cons: If the invoice tab was able to reference specifics from the estimate instead of having to add them in individually. This could be something that is doable, I just need some education on it.
Bryan F. · Owner · Construction · May 1, 2024
Ressio is valuable for my business as it consolidates all our processes into a single platform. This helps to organize and streamline efforts for our company.
Pros: The easy of moving between features. All of the features integrate well.
Cons: Looking forward to try out the new task list.
