Overall, AnyDesk is a very good and helpful tool . It is very convenient to access other devices. I love using it so much for computer control ,and I can always recommend it to my colleagues and friends.
Pros: I like the fact that AnyDesk doesn’t give me issues of bugs . It makes remote support easier. AnyDesk is such an efficient and easy to use tool . I like using it for computer control . I have had a nice experience about their customer support team.
Cons: Well, I don’t really have cons for AnyDesk. Most of its features are Great which makes it a very good tool to use.

Overall it’s been pretty solid for remote access and quick support tasks at work. I use it to help coworkers with software issues or to grab files from my office PC when I’m working from home. It saves me time because I don’t have to walk to someone’s desk or wait for them to explain the issue. There are small bugs here and there, but nothing that stops me from doing my job. For daily remote support it’s reliable enough and easy for non‑tech people to use.
Pros: I use AnyDesk at work mostly for helping coworkers when they get stuck or when I need to access my work PC from home. The best thing for me is how fast it connects. Even when the network is not great, the screen doesn’t lag too much and I can still control the other computer smoothly. The setup is simple, I just send the code and they’re in. File transfer is quick too, so I don’t have to email stuff back and forth. It’s lightweight and doesn’t slow down the system like some other remote tools I used before.
Cons: Sometimes the connection drops randomly and I have to reconnect again, which gets annoying when I’m in the middle of fixing something. The mobile app works but it’s not very comfortable to control a full desktop from a phone. Also the interface looks a bit old and could be cleaner. A few times the audio forwarding didn’t work right, so I had to restart the session. Not huge problems but small things that slow me down during busy days.

i am software developer and i use it frequently and its really helpful for me because when i work and not able to solve bugs i give remote access to my friend and he helps me to solve bugs.
Pros: it work in all devices like mac , windows , android. there are no need to setup anything just share the code and connect. simple and user friendly interface. it provide high quality screen sharing.its free of cost software.very useful for professional use.Features like file transfer, screen sharing, and unattended access is really useful.
Cons: it lag on unstable connection , in free version i show some time session limit.file transfer is slow in big files.required stable internet speed otherwise the quality will decrease.free version has an limited functionality.

Overall Anydesk is a good app for a personal use. I wouldn't use it in enterprise environment. Free teer is a huge pro that helps with a lot of simple tasks
Pros: - Anydesk is perfect for anyone who needs remote access for a simple task and/or as a back up Remote Access Tool - It's very easy to setup and use, that even end users without any prior knowledge were able to run it - Very good for a simple customer support tasks where you need to control user's computer to show them something/install something - Has a free teer which is always a pro
Cons: - Main con is that functionality of this app is very limited for enterprise environment - it won't allow you to do tasks that can be done with other RAS - We had to delete Anydesk from all the systems after a cybersecurity breach in 2024 and only use it as an absolutely last resort

Anydesk is very important and powerful and helpful software. I like Many things about it as it makes getting remote access to a computer through a computer, and to have remote access between tablets or mobile devices through a computer.
Pros: Any desk is very good for remote support, remote access, computer control . I like it because it is very easy to use. I haven’t experienced the issue of bugs so far
Cons: The only challenge is that I always find it difficult to reach out to customer support team when facing issues. And adjustment would be appreciated.

Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva. Il programma si distingue per la sua praticità d’uso, grazie alla portabilità senza installazione e alla semplicità di connessione tramite codice numerico. Molto utili anche le funzioni aggiuntive, come stampa remota, trasferimento file, chat e registrazione della sessione. L’unico limite riscontrabile riguarda la scarsa disponibilità di impostazioni avanzate per la gestione della qualità delle immagini durante la trasmissione.
Pros: Portabilità del programma, non è necessaria l'installazione. Facilità nella connessione al partner remoto semplicmente con un codice numerico e la successiva accettazione della controparte. Integrazione a sistemi di stampa remoti, trasferimento file tra macchine e chat tra dispositivi. Possibilità di registrare la sessione remota.
Cons: Non ci sono particolari punti sfavorevoli, l'unico difetto inputabile potrebbe riscontrarsi nella mancanza di ampi settaggi per gestire la qualità di trasmissione delle immagini.

Além disso, a interface é relativamente simples e o desempenho costuma ser muito bom mesmo em conexões de internet mais limitadas, o que torna o AnyDesk uma solução confiável para trabalho e suporte técnico.
Pros: Atividade fluída e organização completa com a aba "Sessões Recentes" e "Encontrados" automaticamente na rede local ou com direcionamento e também a ligação remota com Wake On Lan.
Cons: Apesar de ser uma ferramenta muito rápida e estável para acesso remoto, um ponto negativo do AnyDesk é ter que ativar uma licensa muito cedo, sem conseguir testar mais a fundo o produto.

It is a lifesaver tool when things break. I keep it as backup for accessing my jump server. It is very user friendly and fast. For hands-on support, it is better than other heavy remote desktop tools I have used.
Pros: I use this when VPN is not working or I need to help junior engineer on their screen. It connects very fast even on slow internet. I can transfer config files easily. It is lightweight and does not need heavy installation on server.
Cons: Sometimes the display quality is blurry. Security team does not like it much because it bypasses firewall rules. On Linux machine, sometimes copy paste shortkeys do not work properly. The free version has annoying popups that disturb my work flow.

It helps me stay flexible. I don't need to carry heavy laptop everywhere. I can just login and check the build status. For product manager who needs to see technical things on other machines, it is very useful and handy software.
Pros: I use this to access my office computer where heavy test environments are running. Sometimes I need to see how product looks on different OS or check a bug on a developer machine. It is fast and low latency, so I can work from home easily.
Cons: The connection sometimes drops if network is weak. Security warnings are scary for non-technical users. On mobile, the touch control is very hard to use for clicking small buttons on my desktop screen. Copy paste between computers sometimes stops working.

I really love using AnyDesk software. It is so powerful in accessing PC anywhere.It’s just that it requires purchasing subscription in order to access some features, though it is working fine for me.

A secure, reliable, easy-to-use remote control application with many shared features, excellent for remote workers and troubleshooting technical issues.
Pros: It's an easy-to-use application with few commands and quick setup. As a virtual assistant, whenever a technical issue arises, I receive fast remote support with good connectivity and minimal lag.
Cons: Sometimes no notification is sent when the previously linked device tries to regain control. Sometimes the app doesn't notify me at all, and it ends up being a big scare.

Adequate for our use but considering the price, and the usage across all our customers we decided to opt for the 'opposition' brand.
Pros: It works well across multiple platforms and was easy to set up. Connections are reliable and consistent.

Pros: With AnyDesk, I can securely access and control devices remotely. AnyDesk allows me to transfer files securely between remote devices. Again, AnyDesk offers technical remote IT support.
Cons: When running multiple concurrent remote sessions, AnyDesk performance tends to be slow. Again, remote session disconnection is another challenge that I experience whenever having unstable internet connectivity.

Overall experience was excellent - I never had the need to contact support on this product. Very simple and secure.
Pros: Very straightforward to set up and use. Because it must be actioned directly on the receiving computer, it feels very secure. While it doesn’t appear to support anytime access, the screen resolution is clear and the connection process is simple. Overall, excellent value for money.
Cons: While the lack of anytime access can be challenging, the enhanced client security appears to outweigh this limitation.

This software has allowed me to seamlessly connect to friends in order to help troubleshoot PC issues and is always easy and fast to set up and access.
Pros: I like how easy it is to allow a person to connect to my PC and the little interface so we can chat and discuss as we go.
Cons: It could sometimes feel buggy or laggy at times. It's sometimes challenging to chat or use since it's two people using the same PC.

AnyDesk has the worst customer service of any company I have worked with. They kept pressuring us to renew our license eventhough we were not using their system anymore. I then told their rep that we no longer needed their service and to cancle the service. Shortly after I saw they charged us for a full years renewal. It had been less than 1 month when I noticed this and sent them an email to cancle the service and refund me. They refused stating that when I asked the rep to cancle it had already been too late to cancle. They are not a reputable company to work with and I will not be recommending them to anybody in the future.
Pros: Years ago they were decent. I was working remote and it connected me to my office computer when I needed it to.
Cons: They have terrible customer service. They don't seam to care about their customers. Also my IT guys warned me about data breaches.

On vous fait croire que la nouvelle formule est mieux mais en réalité elle augmente le prix de 384 Euros pour rien de plus. On vous retire des avantaes sur la formule solo du jour au lendemain alors que j'ai payé. Dingue !! Service client ne répond plus

Cons: Le tarif qui passe de 214 euros à 598 ! Un sav qui essai de vous vendre une nouvelle formule moins perfomrante mais plus chere. Le retrait de fonctions !!!

Anydesk is the best alternative to team viewer, it’s cheaper and it’s optimized almost to perfection. I suggest to use a good connection because jt’s not very fast using Wi-Fi.
Pros: Anydesk is the best alternative to other pc sharing apps, very easy to use and fast like TW. The interface is perfect and connecting with other people is really easy.
Cons: Sometimes there is lag or black screen when you are sharing the pc, but it’a not happening very often
