Pros: The easy of connection is very important for me to complete my work in the evening or weekends! I frequently need to connect to the office to find some important information or write contracts,

Cons: If I am connecting to a computer with two screens it is difficult to work. The screens jump back and forth which can be frustrating.

Pros: so user friendly....I have used GOTOMYPC for over 10 years.....Use it today..... Easy to use and rates per year are reasonable.

Cons: TIme it takes to log in at times....definitely like loggin in thru the app version with my 4 digit code.

Pros: The ease of accessing my home computer. I own my own business, so I am not part of a network, so I need to be able to access and keep my email all in one place. I have been using GoToMyPC since 2005 to stay connected to my home computer, Outlook email, and files. It has helped me be efficient and organized

Cons: The only challenge is when I can't connect because of a system software upgrade to my computer or to the GoToMyPC software. I now check to make sure I can connect before I go on a trip.

Pros: I have been using this product for about 10-years. I love the ease of use, speed of connection and sense of security it provides. Being able to use my office computer remotely allows for better connectivity within my organization and real time access to operations. This product is so easy to use and great value.

Cons: I have not had any issues with the product. I have had computer providers try to convince me to use other "free" applications that they are just more cumbersome and are always trying to sell you something. I am happy with the cost of this product.

Pros: The service is extremely reliable and easy to use, never had a connection issue. I have had a couple of questions over the years and the support people were quick to respond and help me. Billing is seamless and accurate, excellent value.

Cons: I really do not have any issues with this product. I have had a few questions that required assistance but once I understood the solution it worked perfectly.

Pros: I enjoy the easy remote access to my primary computer in another city; and I can access it from multiple locations and other electronic devices.

Cons: The remote access screen is smaller than the full screen on my laptop/cpu. Hard to read documents at times. Rather expensive.

Pros: It is very easy and quick to connect to my office computer from home or away from work. Connection is fast. I feel it is a good value for my yearly cost.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of. I've had an excellent experience with GoToMyPc. All of my experiences have been positive and I enjoy working from home or away.

Pros: Fast connection, I can access my computer anywhere in the world. Consistent connections. Now supports a duel monitor environment. Easy file transfer from you main computer to my laptop or other computer if needed.

Cons: Crazy pricing over the years, is pretty good now. There were a couple of years where I did not have great connections, but it was the best alternative to all the other competitors in the market.

Pros: GoToMyPC gives me complete access to my office computer working remotely on my laptop from home, hotels while traveling or visiting family. I especially appreciate being able to print remotely to my office printer!

Cons: The annual cost for two computers is quite costly! It would be helpful to have a monthly subscription.

Pros: GoToMyPC is simple to use and extremely reliable. I have never had an issue accessing my mother's computer remotely due to an issue with GoToMyPC - it just works!

Cons: I wish it were a bit less expensive. Other than that, there is nothing I haven't loved about GoToMyPC!

Pros: I have been using GoToMyPC for over 15 years. I could not recommend a better platform for accessing my data.

Cons: Updating remote computers is not always optimal. It is difficult if I am not at the remote location or if someone else is not there.

Pros: I can access my work computer anytime, I can look up what work we have done for this customer and see if their item in under warranty.

Cons: Nothing on their end, on my end if the office had a power outage even for a second my office computer is then powered off, so in that case I can't connect.

Pros: I have utilized GoToMyPc for many years. I work between my office, home and second home. My home office computer has the information I need and I can access it easily thru GoToMyPc. When I had printing issues, I contacted customer support who worked with me to resolve the issue. I have not had any connection issues and it seems to work better all the time. It is a life saver and i am using it right now since I had to go to Florida to deal with my parents and I had to do some work. It allows me to access my office and continue to work as though I was there. Great product and a life saver for me

Cons: Initially I had connection and printer issues which were resolved with talking to customer support. Printing is sometimes an issue

Pros: I like that I can work from my office at home when I need to meet a deadline, or something important comes up with a client and they need my help, but I need to be able to see the ledgers. I know that their customer support is great because in time's past I've needed help. But honestly, I haven't needed help in quite some time.

Cons: This isn't a fair question because what would be great is if GoToMyPC was instant sign in and instantly on your desktop. I guess if there was a discount on multiple suscriptions, since I have at least 3, that would be great.

Pros: Easy to access my office computer and operate from anywhere in the world. I can get fast and secure login.

Cons: Most of the time everything works for me well. Sometimes I lose ability to type right letters and I have to re-login.

Pros: I appreciate the dependability of my connection on my home PC. I have a desktop link on my work PC that provides a timely and direct access to my home computer once I input my password.

Cons: I think the cost is a premium level. Just because of the cost, I would consider another 'remote desktop' service that might not be as nimble but saves me $400+!

Pros: I love that I can always access my computer from anywhere! I do not have many problems or connectivity issues and when I do, I can get someone on the phone to help me quickly. Everyone is knowledgeable about troubleshooting and friendly. I've been using it for over 10 years and it's ease and dashboard is wonderful and easy.

Cons: There's not much I can say. There have been every few times that I have to call customer support - usually it's an update that I need to make- and everyone is helpful.

Pros: I have been using GoToMyPC for over 5 years now and have never had a problem connecting. I love the versatility of being able to work from anywhere, and it's amazing to me that I can even print remotely. I find the cost is very reasonable, and the value is priceless!

Cons: When I first started using GoToMyPC, it would automatically disconnect after being idle for only a few minutes...which was annoying. Customer service was happy to help me find an easy fix...it's just a setting to make it stay connected for a longer time while idle.

Pros: GoToMyPC has been a critical part of my business for 15+ years. It has allowed us to maintain business, whether there's been a snowstorm and we can't get into the office, or we're away spending time with family and friends.

Cons: Early on, the connectivity was slow, but, as with most things, it has greatly improved over time. I also don't like that I can't copy and paste from my remote device.

Cons: Go to is sometime a bit slow. At times the host screen and viewer screen adjustments are needed. Price ???

Pros: Ease of use. Dependable. Exceptional. It offers direct access to my desktop at any time of day or night.

Cons: My internet connection sometimes causes problems, no fault of GotomyPC software. I have never experienced a problem from their end.

Pros: I like the flexibility it provides me to work while traveling or from my home. It is easy to operate.

Cons: Sometimes I have connectivity issues which requires a restart at the host. There is not really a problem so much since I typically can call in to initiate a restart.
