Overall, my experiences have been exceptional with RemotePC. It is on par with other remote login programs that I have used and is much cheaper.
Pros: Amazing price. Allows me to work remotely with no issues. Using it is almost identical to sitting at my own desk at the office but allows me to work anywhere anytime.
Cons: I have had a couple of issues with pdfs while logged in. I can view the files ok but I lose sight of the cursor. I can still select items but the cursor is sometimes invisible.

Great piece of software for the price that I use everyday. Definitely a must have for people who need to remote access PCs. It is fast and cheap.
Pros: Great value for money. I switched from other remote pc softwares due to pricing. RemotePC is big on features and low on price.
Cons: Sometimes the software does not immediately connect and the file transfer is also not the most reliable.

It may be a inexpensive software for remote access, but there is better. You will get what you pay for. If you need a simple inexpensive software to jump on a computer from time to time, then it will work. If you want longevity and be able to act like you are right at your desk, then there is way better options that are not much more money. I also, being our business's IT guy, didn't feel comfortable with the security of RemotePC. It doesn't log any users, time, etc. It felt that if someone was able to get access themselves, you wouldn't know they were watching. We prefer to know who logged in, how long, and feel like it is better controlled.
Pros: It was easy to setup for remote connections. The price is cheap enough if you just need a basic quick connection to an unattended computer.
Cons: The stability of RemotePC is not good. It would drop connections frequently. It even got to the point that other team members would get frustrated that the connection would drop, freeze or just go into "connection interrupted". You would then have to wait it out for long periods of time, or shut it down and retry. Information between computers would be slow at times looking like it was glitchy.

I replaced another remote access software with RemotePC and am so glad I did. RemotePC is so much faster and easier to use.
Pros: It is very easy to use and is also very fast.
Cons: I have yet to find any cons, this product is great!

RemotePC has been a valuable tool for both IT management and for end users to be able to work on church systems remotely.
Pros: It allows us to easily access our PCs and Macs remotely and also make transferring files simple.
Cons: Adding additional user accounts worked, but was confusing to start with. Also, we've had some problems with the key password, but it is important for security.

Have had no issues, works just as advertised, saves me from having to make commutes in snow storms!
Pros: Works perfectly & great price! Gets me in quickly, didn't have to have a complicated pin to make it work, and quick and easy installation!
Cons: My monitors at home vs office are different, so if I change things at home to view better it changes my Quickbooks settings. Not a big problem, just monitors should be universal.

My overall experience was very positive, thanks to their customer support. They were very helpful, walking me through the steps needed to be successful. The price for a year of remote access to another PC was also quite unexpected. I will probably only use it a few times a year to help out a friend who needs computer support occasionally, so it was priced very reasonably. The software worked great!
Pros: The customer support was very responsive and helpful during the installation and afterwards.
Cons: I did not install the correct version the first time, so it took a phone call to RemotePC support to get a better understanding of which download to use for the offsite machine (Host) and which one for my machine. Once it was explained, I installed the correct version at each end and it worked beautifully.

This remote access tool has significantly simplified my workflow. The reliable, high-quality connection ensures smooth, uninterrupted remote sessions. The ability to access remote machines from any computer is a huge advantage, especially on days when I'm not carrying my laptop. The pricing is competitive, and the seamless upgrade process gives me confidence that the service can scale with my needs
Pros: I've tried a lot of remote access tools, and this one is the simplest. The unattended access is a lifesaver. Our users aren't always the most tech-savvy, so having a one-click connection without needing their help is huge.
Cons: On some remote computers with dual monitors, I've had occasional display issues. While I can still view both screens individually, the presentation isn't always seamless on dual screens. However, I suspect factors beyond the remote PC software might be contributing to these problems.

"RemotePC has been an invaluable tool for my work, allowing me to seamlessly attend to my clients across different continents. The remote access is reliable, secure, and user-friendly, making it easy to manage tasks efficiently from anywhere. Highly recommended for professionals who need a dependable remote access solution.
Pros: -Reliable and secure remote access -Easy-to-use interface -Seamless connection with minimal lag -Ability to assist clients across different continents -Cost-effective compared to other remote access solutions
Cons: Occasional connectivity issues depending on network strength

I only use Remote PC. It's very user friendly & easy to work in. Did I mention the price?
Pros: 1) I love that I can copy/move items from my log-in PC, to my remoted in PC. 2) I like that I can pick to pay for the the amount of computers I need. I don't have to pay for a dozen PC's when I only log in to x2. 3) The price is great whether it's for x1-x2 PC's, you need a 1,000 PC's
Cons: The biggest con for me is there is sometimes a non responsive time for a couple seconds. Could be the internet connection on one of the PC's though too.

Si I started testing a few apps and was honestly getting frustrated as am on a Mac and it does make a difference (Interface and such). As most people I first tried the free options (Which if you're concerned about security trust me DON'T) then I tried RemotePC (Thought at first it was only for PC so they might want to consider a name change) I LOVED the ease of use and interface right away as I could tell they put some thought into it. Also one of my favorite things was that there is plenty of info available through AI such as Gemini or Perplexity (My favorite BTW) With this help I quickly navigated through the interface to setup everything with great security. Keep in mind that the more security you add the slower the connection so be aware of this tradeoff... Also this is the only app that offers a $2 charge for UNLIMITED ONLINE BACKUP and that really sealed the deal for me !!!
Pros: Very fast connection speed with plenty of options !! Easy to setup and use right away For $2 more got UNLIMITED ONLINE BACKUP !!!
Cons: To be honest I've yet to find a negative thing about it. As with all remote control apps maybe a bit faster to connect but this can be fixed in settings so not really an issue

The customer service has been great and the price point is amazing!
Pros: Our accountant is able to access our account and help us at anytime.
Cons: Haven't had a problem yet and I'm sure the customer service will be able to help me out!
Heather S. · Bookkeeping · Medical Practice · January 21, 2025
I give it a 7-8 rating. I've only used it for 8 days.
Pros: This is very easy to use. I have used Google chrome, but this allows another computer to access my data without me being around.
Cons: I haven't used it intensely yet so not sure of any cons right now,

If I would have to summarize the overall experience of using RemotePC in one word, it would be 'FANTASTIC'.
Pros: I had been struggling to manage my remote sever using the free remote access services for a couple of years now. I read about RemotePC in reddit and i decided to give it a try. I fell in love within the first couple of minutes.
Cons: Sometimes the text in the websites gets blurry while scrolling. But that happens very rarely.

Pros: easy access really please with product and good value

I have set this up for a few customers who needed a cheap but good option to remote into their work computer. It is user friendly and works fine.
Pros: It does have a very good price and so far seems to work very well.
Cons: I have not found any as of yet. It does as expected.

During set up, what was not clear at the moment with the instructional videos, was properly clarified and guide by your tec-support
Pros: Our company started with your free version and upgrade as first step to SOHO 10 computers, have to recognize fast connections even from our apple tablets. Had some initial confusion that was professionally addressed by the tec support, so far so good (moving this company from team viewer)
Cons: Too early to rate, need more time...so far so good!
ANDRES E. · Director · Chemicals · December 16, 2024
Pros: Accessing and controlling other devices is easy and secure. It makes remote configuration of computers and software easy thus saving resources. It is an easy to use tool yet well equipped.
Cons: No bad experiences to report about RemotePC
Cristian M. · IT Manager · Information Technology and Services · December 16, 2024
No issues so far, we are able to perform all the same functions we could with TeamViewer for a much better price.
Pros: Cost of product and ease of use. Does everything we need it to do
Cons: Nothing so far. The product is able to computer will with what you used TeamViewer for previously.
Patrick G. · Owner · Information Technology and Services · December 15, 2024
Its gud but still need improvement so everyone can use
Pros: Instant connectivity and easy to use when connect
Cons: Single host can't connect to another computer unattended
Moin S. · Grocery shop · Supermarkets · December 6, 2024
On target for my business and personal computer needs.
Pros: Easy to work with my IT guy. Pretty good for installation
Cons: IT didn't have the latest update and it took a while to resolve why we couldn't see the same features.
Donna M. · Administrator · Construction · December 2, 2024
So far, RemotePC has proven to be the only software that gives me the confidence that I can connect to my PCs at home when I am away. I'm usually afraid to reboot my remote machines for fear I won't get connected again. But this has not been a problem with RemotePC. It's the best software in its class for a fraction of the cost.
Pros: Many other products worked ok when connecting to computers on the same LAN, but only RemotePC provides a reliable connection when I am out of state and connecting to my computers at home. I have used GoToMyPc in the past and had success also, but the price of GoToMyPc is soooo high. RemotePC is both reliable from anywhere the internet is available and very cost effective.
Cons: I have not run into any cons yet. The software is running great.
Joe G. · Director of Engineering · Computer Software · November 30, 2024
Product has been great... no issues at all.
Pros: Quick install..... user friendly interface! Able to remote into a Windows 11 Home Edition machine without problems.
Cons: Nothing yet! I've only been using it for a week now but so far so good.... just what I needed.
Ryan O. · Systems Analyst · Computer Games · November 22, 2024
After understanding the setup required for "anytime" access, it works as if I were sitting at the remote site without the travel time and expense of onsite work.
Pros: I have used this software for many years as an end point user. I have recently installed Remote PC for a non-profit to enable me to work from home with all aspects. Accessing other online sites is extremely helpful in using all site that the non-profit uses exclusively. Remote printing is the best!
Cons: A checklist of setup steps would be very nice... I have missed the "sleep" function of the remote computer and had to troubleshoot to get that setting correct.
