Pros: They built me a beautiful website. It works well, and its perfectly flexible and works well for my business.
Cons: The way rezdy is built. Some of it feels like it's in windows 95. It's very complex and I found it not user friendly at all.

Bait and switch pricing. We were completely misled be our Account Executive and never informed of the requirements of the plans before they forced us to switch plans to charge us about 10 fold as much.
Pros: The usability and interface is great. For a simple business operations it is clean and optimal. Not over complicated
Cons: $8e

Not good. Rezdy is not recommended as they have failed to fix basic bugs in their system which impacts their clients and the guests who book.

Pros: Ability to take payment by credit card and Paypal, however, whilst you can charge the relevant merchant fee for credit card, you cannot for Paypal.
Cons: Very slow with support. Rezdy has a WHOLE CURRENCY which displays incorrectly on its system (XPF), this eliminates several whole countries from being able to make a booking, simply because their I.T. guys have failed to put in the currency conversion correctly on their Rezdy system. Rezdy has had this reported to them multiple times over a period of months, but unfortunately they don't have time to deal with even such a fundamental programming error. If they get this wrong then they could be getting a lot wrong.

I signed up in April and left within three months. It was a stressful and disappointing experience. I’ve since switched to Bokun and am much happier.
Pros: The sales team was quick to respond and very polished in their pitch. You get to speak with someone directly, which gives a good first impression, though it turned out to be just that, an impression.
Cons: The support is terrible no phone line, no live chat, just slow, careless email responses with no sense of urgency or ownership. The platform is buggy and unreliable, often making changes or updates on its own. One serious glitch resulted in a major booking mishap, costing me a one-star review. The lack of accountability and support is beyond frustrating.

Pros: I believe it may have been great in the day, but sadly with all the advances in technology I can honestly say, not much.
Cons: With their merger they have failed tour operators that have been with them for years (we have been with them 7 years) they don't care if their "glitches" are causing a huge breakdown in the system where our third party booking systems, our affiliated travel agents, and people trying to book on our website ( which we have invested thousands of dollars and time) says no availability!!!

Pros: Initially, the platform worked and met the needs that most other software could not. Now, the platform doesn't work and does nothing near what other platforms will do.
Cons: The steady decline since signing up. No upgrades, no communication, a promised new platform that never comes. A merger that was a mess. Problems and glitches everywhere that don't get solved. The program now costs you thousands in lost bookings, and nobody cares. Only chat is available, the agents act as a wall to management who are probably hiding under their desks. It was a good program that has turned absolutely awful and I would not recommend to my worst enemy or competitor. Stay clear.

Decent platform. Terrible customer service. Moving all business to Fareharbour or Bookeo
Pros: The booking platform has some strengths and good functionality for the business and client. That’s about it
Cons: Horrible customer service. Contacted twice over the course of 2 weeks for assistance and got zero reply. We have one active company using Rezdy and one that is no longer active. My request for support was regarding the inactive account
Rene R. · Principle · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · January 17, 2025
In general, and after 2 months using Rexdy, I am not happy at all. It is a difficult platform to use and the customer service leaves much to be desired. When I unsubscribed and told the reason (I expressly said I was switching to BOKUN), I was told that BOKUN was more expensive and had hidden costs, which is a LIE.
Pros: API connection to many OTAs, many possibilities in terms of connection with different products and services
Cons: Abusively expensive. No intuitive interface, mediocre customer service.

Rezdy has been very helpful and had a great support service
Pros: Booking calender flexible for various tours with one resource. Prevents doubling up Brookings on one resource.
Cons: No human contact to help with issues. I don’t like using Chat robots

We have been using Rezdy for several years and were the first to do so in our region. We find the software and the staff to be super efficient and you should be very proud of this product
Pros: ease of functionality from both a guest and staff point of view. Reporting is excellent, let’s be honest everyone loves a good chart especially when growth is shown YOY
Cons: That it doesn’t sync with our POS system Commerce 7 and we have to manually enter customer details in when we have their information on file (in Rezdy)
Brian R. · Operations and Logistics Manager · Wine and Spirits · August 20, 2024
Our entire business is based on Rezdy. There is room for improvement but overall it's a solid program. The customer service was much better when it was available by phone, but I understand that may not be sustainable.
Pros: Once you get used to it, it's very functional
Cons: There is no Drop-off location, it should filter by all reservations by default on the dashboard, not able to customize texts, limited itinerary function
Aaron P. · Co-Founder · Entertainment · August 20, 2024
Have been with Rezdy a long time and love all the features.
Pros: easy to use and understand. simple to put in products and change as necessary.
Cons: I seem to have a lot of products and not utilise other features, which makes finding some products harder. A sub category would definitely help.
Rebecca D. · Owner · Sports · August 20, 2024
I have found it easy to use, features that are easy to understand and activate, very helpful and ast response time of their customer servie agents.
Pros: Easy to use for those not an expert on Rezdy and very helpful and fast response time their customer service agents.
Cons: Some features like creating invoices that are tailor made to a particular business not yet active in Rezdy.
Liviana T. · Reservation Consultant · Hospitality · August 19, 2024
Pros: You can share resources, so can limit the ability of customers to buy rides that share equipment
Cons: Google GA4 analytics cannot track convertions originating from the Rezdy iFrame calendar, which frankly is hugely bad news. This means a few things: 1. Google thinks you're not making any sales on your website, which probably impacts your SEO quite badly 2. You cannot effectively run conversion campaigns on AdWords 3. You cannot check the alleged sales made by other advertising platforms like Facebook 4. You cannot attribute revenue to the initial source. i.e you can't determine if people first found you through advertising, organic search, social, etc This really is extremely bad news for rezdy users. As of the 18th January 2024, I am informed by Rezdy support, they are unable to fix the issue. This is especially irritating because for the prior 3 months they kept inferring it was the fault of my Google Analytics specialists that were to blame.
Giles D. · CEO · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · January 23, 2024
It's an overall very good soft work, with very strong payment, remainder, and many more features. But it will be very nice to have an account manager in which I could inform in case of a problem.
Pros: Payments Reminders Online booking Reports
Cons: Some times I need to speak with a person online and share my screen to solve a problem. This is not possible, and on some occasions, it will save me a lot of time.

Overall, Rezdy continues to stand out as an exceptional reservation system for our needs. It seamlessly accommodates our company's requirements and consistently delivers the essential functions with remarkable efficiency.
Pros: Rezdy is incredibly user-friendly, offering reliable software that ensures accurate bookings. Tracking daily reservations is a breeze, and the management of reports is both excellent and efficient. Generating reports is also remarkably easy.
Cons: The mobile application lacks functionalities comparable to the web-based software. Additionally, the calendar management accurately records bookings and their details but doesn't make availabilities clear when viewing the calendar.
Alvin Jason A. · Customer Support Executive · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · November 24, 2023
It has been excellent, through once they moved from a static monthly fee to a dynamic one, their service got more expensive but for no noticeable change in product or quality.
Pros: This is a great product we have used for years and has most of the tour booking features you need, but we will be shifting to Checkfront after the 2023 season. We highly recommend using Checkfront instead of Rezdy because Checkfront doesnt skim $$ from your sales like Rezdy ( even after you paid your monthly subscription).
Cons: Rezdy charges a monthly fee AND takes a % of your sales, so making money off your sales, which we believe is unreasonable. Sure, you can pass on the many additional fees Rezdy has (on top of their standard monthly subscription fee) to the customer but it can add to a lot of money you are taxing the customer. We highly recommend using Checkfront - it is an excellent alternative but they wont tax your sales and make money off your back like Rezdy does.
Charlotte D. · Operations Manager · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · April 14, 2023
The system is an absolute drain on your will to live.
Pros: The calendar feature is a big advantage of this system
Cons: Everything - from the price to the US or Australian time zone customer support (no EU time support) through to the illogical rules, poor interface and poor terminology - it really is a system that looks as though it needs a radical rebuild based on rudimetary business process design not accountants ideas of how to count bookings for tour operators.
Alan S. · Director · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · April 3, 2023
Before rezdy, all bookings were done over the phone and tracked in a spreadsheet. Rezdy has streamlined our booking process and allowed us to connect with booking agents and take bookings no matter what time they are made.
Pros: ease of scheduling sessions, communicating with clients and online booking.
Cons: Email settings can be a bit limited and inflexible.
Mitch S. · Client Services · Retail · August 21, 2022
Pros: Possibility to connect directly using Api integrated with most major OTAs.
Cons: Some features can take long time to change or come to live.
Andrea P. · Business Director & Co-Founder · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · August 15, 2022
Limitation around confirmation and follow up emails. Not much opportunity for segmentation for CRM We were told during integration that Square and Rezdy had two way communication, it doesn't. This is an important part for future upgrades for us.
Pros: Great website integration, extra's are great.
Cons: Difficult to program emails and support is always through email. Would prefer to the option to book workshop as this would be more time effecient rather than waiting for someone in the US to get back to us.
Michael G. · Manager · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · August 12, 2022
Over the years we’ve been able to see Rezdy grow and offer more features. Pricing has got higher which I find disappointing as it’s got very expensive with not a lot of additional features.
Pros: It’s easy to use. Has a lot of features can connect easily with agents & other products
Cons: New feature of 7 day search default / can’t search by booking name only booking number
Jane N. · Owner / Manager · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · August 12, 2022
We have had a pretty smooth time with the product but never managed to make Rezdy pay work despite many conversations with support.
Pros: The software is user-friendly and allows us to monitor / change orders with great ease.
Cons: Some of the legacy reports are still better for us. It's the ability to sort Orders by Product Date vs Order Date
James L. · Director · Entertainment · August 12, 2022
I am happy overall
Pros: Really help to keep reservation updated, the calendar on my webpage is fantastic
Cons: The basic do not allow to arrange pick ups and I think that for small companies is too expensive the next level
Minnie B. · Administrator · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · August 12, 2022
its been 10 out of 10
Pros: i like that is user friendly and also all the option that it has it is very complete
Cons: no cons for now. this is a reliable software
