Over the years BCN have consistently provided first class service to our business. We have been especially impressed with the service from the technical team.
Pros: I have been with BCN for about 8 years and always been very happy with the service. Just recently [sensitive content hidden] went above and beyond to sort out an email issue for us that our other IT people were struggling with. BCN are exceptional in the hours they cover and understood the severity of the situation.
Cons: My biggest complaint is that as we have evolved we have outgrown what they can provide for us. To be fair BCN have stayed true to themselves and ensured they always give a fantastic service.

Amazing experience hands down. way better than all of the other companies i have tried with from the past. they have elevated my rental business big time.

Cons: There’s not one thing that i don’t like about BCN. They’ve been nothing but helpful to me and it is also very easy to navigate especially for someone that isn’t the most tech savvy like me.

I've been with the other providers at some point (IO, ERS) and their customer service is no where close to BCN. [sensitive content hidden] are always so helpful and happy to help

Cons: I'd like to be able to change templates without the $99 charge. The options to tweak my website (without the help of the reps) is limited

Very good. It gives good value for money and makes my life easier and that of my customers. We can access the information we need, when we need it.
Pros: I like that the design can be customised to make each site look different. I like the automations e.g. emails, that the Google reviews appear on the site. Once you have your head around the system it is easy to use. Being able to keep clear track of all our bookings has been vital for our growth, along with customers being able to check availability and book online 24/7.
Cons: Sometimes there can be a slow response to support requests, and sometime the reply is jargon and needs more messages to solve the issue.

Overall fantastic experience. As perviously mentioned its well worth the fee to have a highly ranked website. Bookings in my first year with BCN absolutely shattered my expectations and in my second year I am way up on bookings again.
Pros: My bookings have went through the roof since signing up. The staff are brilliant and responsive to messages and problems. Special mention to Bright as nothing is ever too much for him, always gets any problems sorted.
Cons: Only negative point is personally I do not like the AI generator. Seems to be very repetitive and isn't cohesive at times.

10/10 highly recommended. They're an experienced team and are very helpful. I have a custom site which requires a bit more work when editing but they always make changes without complaint.
Pros: Easy platform to use Helpful staff (thanks Bright and all!) 24 hour access to make amendments to site and add pictures which is convenient for me
Cons: That I have to pay for it - all things in life should be free. No one asked to be born :) if we have to be here it should at least be free! How much nicer would the world be if we didn't have to do things for money :))))

Brilliant. They’re constantly improving their system with new features, expanding on the old features, their team are so very supportive of my business.
Pros: The support is phenomenal, since joining back in 2017, they’ve helped not just my website grow but my entire business. The features keep growing, the in-depth functionality of the both the website tools and features. This is not just a website provider, this is so much more! From delivery route and schedules to accessories organisation, event tickets to in-depth product descriptions, it’s amazing!
Cons: They’re not open on weekends (I guess everyone needs a break!), but they’re ticketing system makes up for that. They soon respond back to tickets when back in the office.

Cons: I wish you could integrate sites together and share equipment. Its difficult to manage manually. Please make an upgrade.

Great service and i would genuinly reccomend it its so scary when you first get access to the back end but once you get stuck in it is actually so easy to use and very simple
Pros: Very helpful patient staff when you call up with a issue or ammendment they are really quick to change but they dont just change it they talk you through doing it , so you start to under stabd the system your self
Cons: Nothing jumps out at me any issues they have always resolved i call them most weeks and terrorise them over a simple issue that 9/10 the issue is me and not the system.

Perfect. From implementation to launch, completely satisfied. Launch date was over a year and a half ago. Zero down time. Questions answered and business has grown.

I signed up in 2018 and knowing very little of how to update and use the system myself. The overall back end is so easy to use even for a computerly thick person like myself. I now add products, pages, areas, SEO, all without the need for help. If I ever do need to ask a question this can be done by support ticket, phone or message on Facebook which is so helpful. Seven years on my only wish was that I had done it sooner. It's one fixed price per month, they don't charge for extra prices or products being added which is great as my business has grown so much over the last seven years. It's great that my customers can choose how much to pay when booking either just a deposit or the full amount and the email address which comes with it make it so look so much more professional.
Pros: The ease of the system meant even I could understand and use it. There are so many templates to choose from we really were spoilt for choice and they had us moved over and up and running in a couple of days. When your customers say how good your website looks and how easy the booking system is to use you know you've done the right thing.
Cons: Nothing at all. It ticked all the boxes for what I wanted and needed and the help I got from the start was second to none and they told me how it works in a none technical way so I understood what I was doing.

Allows me to earn money even while we are asleep, with customers making online bookings 24/7 at their convenience. With the access to setting up automated or scheduled emails is a bonus too.
Pros: BCN have a wonderful work platform with support that is quick helpful. I have been with BCN for many years across three platforms and can not recommended them highly enough to any starter or professional that wants to have their business website, booking system, payments all taken care of with ease, bugs and any issues are either done for you or they will advise on what you are asking. The backend tools are exceptional and covers all aspects need to let the website work for you once all up and running. The SEO is easy to manage allow you help to keep improving your front end website remarkably. Very high security and constant update all down by BCN improving things and adding more useful features, just when you think it cannot get any better! If you are thinking of getting a website thats is easy to use and understand and with the constant free support and help you will not regret it. Bouncy Castle Network are you go to provider.
Cons: Feature requests - never have any updates from Dev team once submitted. I know they are working hard in the background.

Cons: There was only one occasion when the system went down for a significant amount of time but they were on it constantly and kept me informed along the way. I've been with BCN approx 8 years and thats it.

Fantastic 8 years now with BCN, we’ve grown to over 200 inflatables. [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing, in between busy schedules he’s helped create a fantastic logo and mat design for me, along with the design team it’s really the only place to go!
Pros: Always willing to go above and beyond for everyone. Our business are personal to us so the team take extra time to make sure everything is perfect. Our websites rank consistently top of search engines allowing us to grow bigger and better each year.
Cons: I’ve always been happy at BCN, the ticketing system does work and could be more user friendly to set up, but you can always call BCN and they can do this for you.

Pros: Amazing agents . Particularly, [sensitive content hidden]. if we have missed anyone apologies ! They were so helpful, to the point I was wittering on but NEVER ever made us feel silly or a nuisance ! As a 4 out of 10 with techy experience they made it easy! Easy chat to get an instant answer.
Cons: Found talking on the phone easier initially than the text chat! Initially the monthly cost, however once we saw how good the product and service was it has been a game changer so not a con at all.
