Pros: Quando mi sono iscritta a Lodgify non avevo alcuna prenotazione diretta: tutte le prenotazioni le ricevevo tramite Airbnb o Booking.com. >Dopo quattordici mesi, le prenotazioni dirette rappresentano il 40% del mio fatturato totale. Non è successo per magia. Lodgify mi ha fornito un sito web professionale con un motore di prenotazione completamente integrato, visibilità su Google Vacation Rentals e un sistema di pagamento di cui gli ospiti si fidano. Gli ospiti abituali ora prenotano di default tramite il mio sito web. L'effetto cumulativo della creazione di un canale diretto è reale e migliora di stagione in stagione.
Cons: Mi piacerebbe avere a disposizione degli strumenti di base per effettuare i test A/B sul sito web. Per esempio, per poter provare diversi titoli o layout di pagina e valutare quale funziona meglio. Al momento sto ottimizzando il sito basandomi solo sul mio istinto.

Pros: Before Lodgify, my revenue reporting was a monthly nightmare — three platforms, three different dashboards, manual copy-paste into a spreadsheet. Now every booking, payout and fee flows into Lodgify's reports automatically. I can see occupancy, average daily rate and revenue per property over any period in seconds. The monthly summary has become the most reliable business document I have. My conversations with my accountant are now half the length they used to be — they get clean, consistent numbers without me having to prepare anything separately.

Cons: I'd love side-by-side property comparisons over custom date ranges. For instance, RevPAR plotted across all four properties in a single view. The current reporting is solid — it just leaves me wanting a bit more analytical depth.

Response time is one of the biggest levers on review scores. With Lodgify I respond faster with less effort, and it shows in my ratings.
Pros: The unified inbox was a game changer. Every message from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and my direct booking site lands in a single thread tied to the reservation. AI-suggested replies have cut my average response time roughly in half. Scheduled and automated messages handle the routine questions — check-in time, Wi-Fi password, parking instructions — before the guest even has to ask. I feel on top of things in a way I never did before.
Cons: I'd love better multi-language AI replies. I host a lot of European guests and the English suggestions are sharper than the French and Spanish ones right now.

This is one of those features that pays for the subscription several times over in a single high season. Essential if you're serious about maximising revenue.
Pros: Dynamic pricing was the single biggest revenue lever I found. Rates now adjust automatically based on local demand, seasonality, day-of-week and lead time. I used to spend every Sunday night tweaking rates across channels. Now I set my minimum, maximum and base strategy once and let the system run. My average daily rate is up roughly 22% year-over-year without adding a single property, and my occupancy actually improved too.
Cons: Initial setup takes real thought — you need to understand your minimum and maximum thresholds and know your market. The defaults are a starting point, not a plug-and-play solution. A more guided setup flow would help newer hosts get it right faster.

Lodgify gave me back the mental bandwidth I was spending on calendar checks. Setup took a couple of onboarding sessions, and the daily workflow is now genuinely calm instead of stressful.
Pros: The channel manager is the reason I stayed. My Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com calendars now update in real time through direct API connections, not iCal. Before Lodgify I had two double bookings in my first year of hosting. Since switching, zero. The unified calendar view means I can see every reservation across every channel in one place, and adjusting availability only takes one click instead of logging into three separate extranets.
Cons: I'd love more granular channel-specific rate rules — for example, different cancellation policies per platform within the same rate plan. It's workable as is, but more flexibility would help.

True location independence. I approved a booking from a ferry in Greece last summer, it shouldn't be remarkable, but it is.
Pros: The host app is how I run 90% of my business now. I can approve booking requests, message guests, check the calendar, and pull up reservation details from anywhere, no laptop required. Push notifications keep me on top of new inquiries. The guest app is equally underrated, my guests get their check-in instructions, property guides, and local recommendations in one place, which means I'm not answering 'what's the Wi-Fi password' for the 500th time.
Cons: Android push notifications occasionally arrive a minute or two after the iOS version. Minor, but I've missed one or two time-sensitive inquiries because of it.

Pros: I really enjoy the simplicity it gives my business. I’m able to have everything synchronised in one place and the automatic messages have really helped a lot as well.
Cons: To be totally honest, there isn’t any “con” that I’ve come across so far, I will say that their website templates are quite basic but it’s something that’s easily fixed

“A very good application with the ability to create a website for your property and have the booking management of your property.
Pros: What I appreciate about Lodgify is having complete control over my property, without any commission charges from third-party platforms.It feels secure when using it.
Cons: The fact that there isn't a lower charge when you are using some of the service provided through the platform.”

Great customer service every time I have needed them, they have been super helpful, patient and kind. That is important to me today more than ever!
Pros: Streamlining the amount of work, it takes as a property manager, is what I was looking for. Lodgify allows multiple properties with customized pricing, guest communications and more. It has been pretty easy to use and what is not clear, they are happy to explain. This has been a great tool for me.
Cons: Because messaging is in multiple places it takes me much longer than it should to know what I am working with. I think that process could be set up in a cleaner format.

We are very happy as it has made our lives so much easier and it is simple to use which I like. We plan to create our own website soon by using the software. We have taken some bookings direct and saved a lot on fees.
Pros: We use Lodgify to help simplify our bookings, sync calendars, messages and have them all in the one place. I like is it simple to use and it works great.
Cons: Was a little hard to navigate setting up channel syncing to start with but after a one on one meeting it was all sorted!

Initial setup was fairly smooth. There is some duplication of work required with Airbnb, but I don't believe that is Lodgify's fault.
Pros: Customer service with Lodgify was good during my review of the service. Initial setup went fairly well.
Cons: Once I purchased, customer service has been very poor; often unresponsive to multiple requests. A discount promised during the sales process was not honored and attempts to resolve have gone unanswered.

its a good software that helps the management of our property rent and compare the marque trend as well as the access to other platforms. We like the handling of the communication between our customers and us
Pros: Booking management system allowing to access many platforms from lodgify, calendar function is simple and the competitor section is interesting allowing to see the market trend
Cons: we will need some more training to learn options we dont know and we have to pay extra to functions not activated we have to use pricelab for our dynamic pricing since in lodgify the cost is prohibitive

Pros: What I love most about Lodgify for NamStay is how it centralises everything into one professional system — syncing my Airbnb and Booking.com bookings, preventing double bookings, automating guest communication, and generating clean owner reports, while also giving me a branded direct-booking website that increases my margins and allows NamStay to scale without adding operational chaos.
Cons: Subscription cost becomes more noticeable as I add properties, especially when I’m still scaling NamStay and watching margins closely.

The positive aspect is that it has helped increase bookings and gain more exposure. I have successfully managed to diversify risk to other platforms and increase the number of direct bookings.
Pros: Simple to use and set up. It integrates well once some of the bugs are sorted, and also the website management is simple.
Cons: The product is not fully integrated with all platforms, with a focus on the platform side of things. E.g., not all platforms have full integration from one source.

Still very positive. Access to the lodgify APIs will get me to build what is missing. They offer an app in addition to the website. I will keep them for the long-term.
Pros: Very easy to use, great customer support, many features, great website feature with your own domain name
Cons: Missing the Expedia/hotel.com integration. The sync. through VRBO is not really userful for boutique hotels

I couldn’t fault it really! I’ve had a really great experience with the software and support team. The onboarding process was simple and easy and I don’t think I would ever change my software from Lodgify!
Pros: It’s so easy to use! And the support is just better than any other management software I have used in the past! I would recommend this software to anyone and everyone!
Cons: It would be good for Lodgify to show the price of the payout we get on air bnb if that was ever possible - it currently shows the figure before air bnb commission and for accountancy reasons potential refunds it would make it easier to work out what’s is needed

I appreciated the care and concern of our onboarding specialist. I find most of my answers using their AI chatbot.
Pros: We received a lot of great support to help us get set-up when we first joined the platform last year.
Cons: There's definitely a learning curve. For example, creating the website took me some time and patience.

I'm brand new to being a STR property owner and even before we closed on the duplex I knew I wanted to list my property on multiple OTA's and make my own direct booking site. I did my research and Lodgify was the solution I chose. Still getting to know the system!
Pros: I find it easy to navigate around the platform and customer support has been extremely responsive. I need to dive into the website builder more in order to create a more interactive platform, but I'm glad Lodgify gives me that opportunity.
Cons: Lag time exists on email correspondence I receive directly from airbnb to appear in the Lodgify system.

Great Experience in using the tool. Also when you have a question the support is great and follows up as agreed.
Pros: It is a simple to use product that does what it promises to do. Even when you only have one property, it is still very usefull.
Cons: The propertymanagement environment is still a bit Messi, but still is improved constantly. I believe this will get better in coming releases.

Hugely successful. We get regular direct bookings. People often find us on Google maps after first finding us on Airbnb or Booking.com. We are now taking bookings for our second summer and even though it’s still only February we already have more bookings than last year. Around 50% of bookings come direct, saving a tonne of commission fees that would otherwise go to Airbnb and Booking.com
Pros: With Lodgify I was able to make a professional direct booking website for our gite in France. It synchs calendar availability with Airbnb and Booking.com. Very easy to use and I had my website ready to use within the trial period, making this a zero risk purchase decision. Lodgify made it easy to integrate with a secure payment processing service (Stripe). We use the automated price optimisation facility which gives me a lot of confidence that we are maximising both our daily price and occupancy. The AI help system is REMARKABLE! Virtually all questions I have had were quickly solved. And when I needed human tech support that has been quick and super helpful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had from a software company. Help articles on subjects like SEO have helped me further improve performance. Our property now ranks top for our main search criteria and we have direct bookings via Google maps.
Cons: Integration with Vrbo was too difficult. But that has since been solved and in truth the technical problems were the fault of Vrbo whose technology stack is a hodgepodge of old systems held together with sticky tape, the result of years of acquisitions and cobbled together integration.

The experience has been solid from the start. Modify has lived up to all meetings and sent through copies of all meetings
Pros: Great support in setting up the account and explaining the system. All deadlines were met and no waiting for logons.
Cons: So far, I haven’t found anything that is a negative. The overall system has been easy to navigate so there is not necessarily a least light.

It’s been very smooth, with only very minor bumps along the way that got fixed without much of any fuss.
Pros: I appreciate how user friendly it is and how quick it is to get my questions answered. The on-boarding they do was very thorough and put me at ease.
Cons: Honestly there really isn’t much. I guess one thing that has come up is the time difference between support and some free webinars they offer but that’s hardly been an issue for me.

Very nice to handle short term let especially if you have multiple properties. Pleased to be with lodgify for 5 months.
Pros: Secured booking and timely messages to the guest. The calendar doesn’t make any conflicts. Efficient in handling bookings.
Cons: Calendar is messy to track at a glance. The website booking and google doesn’t work in UK and also Vrbo.
