Moon Dance Vacation Rentals has been using eviivo for several years now, and the best gifts it has given us are time and confidence.
Pros: Eviivo and their support staff are top notch. The reservation system offers confidence for both the guests and property owners as well as quick & easy access to information for both.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind at the moment, and surely there must be something. I will take this opportunity to say that in response to a question further on in this questionaire, I put mid range for for the cost of eviivo as compared to others, however the truth is I haven't looked since buying it so that is purely a guess.

Pros: A priori aucun avantage, je n'ai eu que des déceptions, des mauvais conseils et un commercial qui souhaitait me vendre une solution à 120€ par mois pour un logement
Cons: J’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec Eviivo. Je cherchais à louer le même bien, commercialisé de trois façons différentes. Leur support m’avait confirmé qu’une solution existait à moins de 55€, mais lorsque j’ai échangé avec le responsable France, il n’a jamais été à l’écoute. Au lieu de rechercher une option adaptée, il proposait systématiquement une solution dépassant 120€. Aucune volonté de trouver un compromis ou de répondre à un besoin simple : seulement une logique de maximisation des profits, sans considération pour le client. Très décevant et absolument pas professionnel.

We are very frustrated with Eviivo. We have communicated a very important problem with the booking calendar more than a year ago and we still haven't received one single follow-up from them. Not even once has someone from their team given us any kind of information about the status of this issue. The problem is a very important one: we are renting our apartments for a minimum of two nights. If a client tries to book accommodation for just one night, the system will give a feedback that there is no availability, it won't tell the client that they are require to select a minimum of two nights. For us, this is a big problem! As I said, after one year, we are still waiting for a reply from Eviivo. Conclusion: we don't recommend Eviivo as they are not focus on their clients.
Pros: The system is easy to operate in the back office. We can customise the interface which is also quite good.
Cons: The booking calendar has very basic limitations and won't show minimum of stays for bookings. Their customer service is catastrophic and incredibly slowly or unable to solve problems in their system.

Exemple concret : j'ai contacté le service client pour résoudre un problème de carte client avant l'arrivée d'un client. On m'a conseillé d'attendre son arrivée. Le jour venu, n'ayant pas de solution, j'ai rappelé, et le téléconseiller m'a promis de se renseigner et de me recontacter. Deux jours plus tard, sans nouvelles, j'ai dû relancer, et on m'a finalement indiqué qu'il aurait fallu agir différemment. Malheureusement, il était alors trop tard.
Pros: Disponibilité du service client par téléphone.
Cons: Manque de compétence et de réactivité des téléconseillers

Eviivo has been an extremely useful tool for us at the Scalloway Hotel. We can set up our hotel rooms descriptions, photos and prices and edit in one place instead of having to individually enter info on vendor sites. We can also 'block off' rooms that are down for maintenance and we can manage and view bookings in one place. The software is cloud based which means we can do whatever we need to do wherever we are!
Pros: Training videos were effective. Product is web based so can be accessed on the go. Product enables hosting of our hotels rooms on multiple websites without having to enter information individually for each vendor. Can view and manage bookings across multiple booking platforms in one place.
Cons: I haven't had any issues really so far and I hope this continues

Pros: channel integration within Google, Hotels.Com, Expedia, VRBO, etc.
Cons: software glitches in rate plan management and screens. Would also be great to activate and deactivate a plan (vs delete and recreate only)

Pros: Eviivo has made our lives much easier. We manage over 90 properties in Hocking Hills, Ohio. We have 40+ employees and several of them are managers working in Eviivo everyday. The platform works perfectly for monthly reporting & integrating with all the channels that we need. We couldn't be happier.
Cons: Integration with Airbnb can be challenging some times. Data isn't pulled through correctly after reservations are made and you are unable to modify these reservations.

I have had great customer service from the folks at Eviivo and from the local maintenance professionals.
Pros: I like the cost-effectiveness, the ease of use, the many various changes I can make to my system, including pricing, notes to myself in the calendar, and the financial reports which help me keep my accounting books and also greatly helps when I have to pay montly sales tax and lodging tax to authorities.
Cons: I had some trouble with my mobile app at first, but I think the kinks are worked out now.

Pros: Works ok when yo can get on the software or get some support.
Cons: Force you to change password. Then won't accept a new password! This constant need to change passwords. The inability to get support at 10pm! Now I'm locked out of the poorly designed software, unable to get info on MY bookings! Tried resetting password a dozen times! NO ACCESS!

OK, They are professional; and, courtious. I will call, upset over a seemingly impossible, task or problem and They work it out, work me through it. Our guests are drawn to small inns and hotels and like the closeness we and our business ( systems ) project. We engage and deal with many experienced world travelers. Our guests will usually explore our Island on their own, instead of a big structured tour. We have hiking equip, snorkle equip, and know the beaches . So what we offer I feel fits with the personality of Eviivo.
Pros: People professional, helpful. Channel master does it's job. They are small and we are small, Gives a personal touch. Most of our guests from Europe, think a UK company works well.
Cons: Small, computer can sometimes lag real time, We are across many time zones so it's important to respond to guests , quickly. Small , not many people , no gaint resource think tank to draw upon. Small works both ways. Hours of operation can be hard since we are in middle of Pacific ocean, We are 5 or 6 hours off Austin. Things get pushed to tomorrow,

I used hotel.com to book a stay. I paid hotel.com and received my receipt. However, I received a 2nd receipt from Enviilvo.com and that receipt was over $20 higher than the hotel.com booking. I called hotel.com which told me the only booking they had was the 1st one & told me to call Enviilo. When I called Enviilo, I got a "customer service" rep. named [sensitive content hidden]. [sensitive content hidden] was very rude, and loud. When I tried to explain the situation, [sensitive content hidden] kept interrupting, talking over me, & refused to listen to anything I had to say. I told her that I thought she was being rude, and her only response was "Thank you." I still don't know why I was double billed, what I will be billed, or whether I will be billed twice for the same stay.
Pros: Nothing - I didn't request it, but received a receipt for a bill which was more than $20 more than the same billing I got directly from Hotels.com
Cons: Extremely RUDE "customer service." Actually no customer service at all only, just someone who yelled at me, refused to listen to my problem & basically talked to me as though she thought she was my superior.

We have used several channels managers and Eviivo has by far been the best we have ever used. The team is great, caring and willing to help. The system is easy to use and has many great features. I would recommend Eviivo to any one.
Pros: We have used many channels managers, we have been most satisfied with Eviivo. Friendly team always willing to help. We love how easy Eviivo is to use and the many upgrades over the years. If I had to pick one thing I like the most besides the team, it is the depndable and easy to use calendar.
Cons: I wish I could think of something to be critical of but there is nothing.

Pros: le service client actiivation est bien avec [contenu sensible caché]
Cons: logiciel onéreux avec un paiement d'une formation de 45€ alors que ceux sont deux webinaires qui parlent de boutons qui n'existent pas lorsque je veux mettre en place Eviivo. prestations en adéquation avec le prix? a voir sur un test d'un an. manque une certaine ergonomie comme des copier coller de l'action précédente, la sélection de plusieurs dates de fermeture dans le calendrier et surtout le blocage des chambres lorsqu'on privatise la maison. Je teste durant un an, après je verrai alors que je paie la création d'un site internet Eviivo que je n'utiliserai pas puisque je garde le mien pour ne pas perdre le référencement. Il manque la souplesse de prix lors de la proposition commerciale.

Mauvaise expérience avec le service commercial à 2 reprises 1/ impossibilité de récupérer l'argent de la réservation après no-show 2/ tarif doublé à l'ouverture d'un 2° établissement Aucune désynchronisation après résiliation engendrant des double réservation
Pros: la diffusion est satisfaisant mais pas meilleure que les concurrents
Cons: peu de réactivité en cas de problème suite à no show.

We were forced to use them when our previous service was acquired. Why, why did I wait so long to switch. Just go with ResNexus and forget you even heard the name of Eviivo.
Pros: Collects CC charges without much of a hitch.
Cons: Horrible user interface for guests European lodging paradigm is difficult for most to understand Editing/updating a reservation is a chore and sometimes impossible Clunky, old software - get used to calling customer support Will charge you through the nose if you decide to switch
