Pros: Measure Square is a tool for all professionals who want to accurately estimate the costs related to their work, it facilitates project management by working in a team. It also offers a good user interface and is easy to use

Cons: It's someting takes a lot of team to achieve a specific task. I will continue to test it.

Pros: lots of features and can do many advanced functions from custom tile patterns to quantifying

Cons: it should be more intuitive. i upgraded from an old version took me ages to lean how to do things

Pros: I needed a program to easy let me import in pdf's and scale drawings. to figure up flooring products including sheet goods for carpet.

Cons: maybe adding in more products that have become popular in the product list and taking away older non used ones from the data base. Like adding in LVP plank as a section outside of Wood, adding 12x24 tiles. Removing things like 6x6 tile.

Pros: I work with M2 daily and like almost all of the features within the program. I love the fact that I can show the installers the areas and elevations in 3D. Building patterns is done with ease in most cases, I like the fact that I can take off projects in phases and estimate by tab. using the hot keys allows me to be more efficient and get my work done quicker. i would recommend this program to any one working in the flooring industry.

Cons: there are a couple things that I would like to see improved on such as room numbering. Dividers are an issue is some cases but I have managed to find work arounds.

Pros: The 3D is top notch and is priceless when it comes to elevations.

Cons: I have nothing I honestly say I dislike.

Pros: Has a lot of features that give you varying ways to achieve the same result allowing flexibility from one project to the next

Cons: Is not always intuitive. Took some time to learn to use easily.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to teach. Very cool 3d imaging that make you look professional. Sets you apart from the competetion

Cons: Wish the beta auto takeoff worked better

Pros: Yes. This product is something we use every day!

Cons: It was a little difficult to get started with. But once you begin it gets better.

Pros: I love the simplicity of use and how clean the software is. I have tried many over the years and Measure Square is at the top of my list for ease of use and functionality.

Cons: The process of getting the quantities is great, but once the quantities are completed managing overhead and profit percentages/margins need to have some work done as well as the process of creating the quote and the visual on the final quote.

Pros: 1. The companies responsiveness to customers' needs is the top benefit. 2. The software is easy and quick to learn. 3. The job summary and elevations for wall tile are easy to follow 4. Integration with Spec-Intel

Cons: When creating the totals, the tabs should calculate independently and then sum together.

Pros: We liked the forward thinking of MeasureSquare and their team, they are always thinking of better ways to utilize their software. The software we used prior to MeasureSquare was the same estimating software it was 15 years ago, MeasureSquare has improved in the two years we have been using it. They also consistently ask us for feedback and ideas on how to improve their product.

Cons: The only complaint that I have had was that the system is very robust with so many functions available, we often do not know it's capabilities.

Pros: this company has set the bar for all others

Cons: worksheet merge needs to be adaptable, without a reload

Pros: It has eliminated a lot of mistakes and is intuitive

Cons: Would be nice for it to sync with Qfloors product catalog and labor list

Pros: The work sheet and product data base helps me create professional looking accurate estimates and to stay organized. this software is a must-have

Cons: I use QuickBooks for my accounting and I wish MSQ integrated

Pros: I would not go back to the the graph paper method! This is a critical tool for our field staff.

Cons: Learning all the little things the program does and implementation of them.

Pros: It is fairly easy to figure out how things work in it. I like being able to alter material sizes and colors and waste factors and customizing drawing lines and colors.

Cons: 1) I do NOT like how the program automatically snaps you to certain points while tracing a floor plan. I have to constantly zoom in to get to the point on the line that I want to click on - the program is constantly wanting to go to a point that I do not want to go to. This wastes a lot of time. 2) #2 Time Waster: During importing prints, you have to scale each page separately. You cannot scale the entire print (multiple pages) at once. 3) I would like if we could draw floating corner benches/seats in showers in 3D. That is the only reason we cannot use this program for 3D drawings. We would LOVE to be able to use one program for all of our drawing needs instead of using two!

Pros: The data base that is shared, so we dont have to keep making the same materials

Cons: the grout width messes with the calculation

Pros: Ease of use and layout simplicity makes this product one of the best.

Cons: you can't multi page load to different tabs while in the import and scaling feature.

Pros: Works great with blueprint take offs and just as smooth on site measuring .

Cons: Entering all the products in , Very time consuming. Not the programs fault, I am slow at typing.

Pros: Accurate Measurements. Take with you anywhere.

Cons: I am not trained enough to tell you what I don't like

Pros: This product has a very easy learning curve, it does a good job of getting out of the way when all you want to do is focus on getting your takeoffs done. There are tips that flash on the bottom of the screen to help you with commands depending on the task you are trying to achieve.

Cons: It would be nice if it could integrate with our bookkeeping software making estimates easy.

Pros: It is easy to learn, use and much more versatile then many other programs.

Cons: There are some glitches. Calculations are not always reliable, such as; flash cove. Also, the software makes some assumptions that are not clear or can cause value to be under estimated.
