It's been a good working experience with DualMon and it has helped me improve my work productivity .
Pros: I just like the ease of use for out of the office work. It makes it very easy and accessible to access my work information from my home and there doesn't seem to be any lag or issue with working with dualmon.
Cons: I wouldn't say I disliked anything about the software just maybe having more information on optional computers to remote work with.

An excellent solution with a proven track record of stability. In our experience, the application has remained completely error-free and highly dependable.
Pros: I highly recommend Dualmon for its speed and security. It is a proven, scalable platform that has consistently outperformed its competitors in our evaluations, making it the top choice for reliable remote management.
Cons: I haven't encountered any significant issues or downsides with DualMon so far; it works very reliably . The only thing I would like to see added is official support for Android, as having a dedicated app for that platform would make remote management even more flexible .

Pros: The ease to be able to connect remotely without any pre installed software necessary. It is very good value for money compared to similar other products.
Cons: No features that I would require are missing from the product. I use it primarily to gain remote access to my clients PC/s to debug and resolve any issues.

It has been a benefit to our small company over many years. They do not change things either so I don't waste time learning their software and can just take care of our clients.
Pros: Ease of use and cost of the product compared to similar offerings. Secure access also. Not as many hoops to jump through for the same results.
Cons: There is nothing that I can think of. I do not have one hundred charactors to write about the program. It is all good with me.

My experience with DualMon has been very good. In an era when people are pumping out 'remote access solutions', DualMon has been very beneficial for us without too much 'techy' stuff. It is easy to install and use.
Pros: Dual Mon is easy to use. There is two level authentication but it is not too fussy. There are no ads. It just seems to work!!
Cons: Sometimes, when setting us new machines, I have a hard time making sure the new User doe snot fall under my profile. It has happened in the past and I am sure it is user error but that sometimes is a pain.

Pros: Dualmon has always been easy to use, it's also easy to install and it has helped out with efficiency
Cons: Very difficult to say what I like least. I use it occasionally to access a computer that must remain on site. I think the only issue is when I logged into the on-site computer and used full screen I couldn't navigate away from it easily.

Pros: I love Dualmon's pricing and affordability, and how easy it is to use their software.
Cons: It could offer more diagnostic information and bulk installation. I use it in conjunction with Atera.

Pros: This tool has been a great advantage to my company since the day we registered. It has helped in reducing our operational costs and has all the functionalities that the larger companies provide. I will continue to utilize this service for as long as possible.
Cons: Occasionally, the Android app might seem a little bit sluggish and difficult to utilize.

I also really appreciated how easy it was to add members of my team for remote access. The process is straightforward and saves a lot of time compared to other tools I’ve used, making team collaboration much simpler.
Pros: We’ve been using Dualmon for over a year now, and it has consistently impressed. The platform is noticeably easier to use than other remote‑access solutions we’ve worked with in the past, with a clean interface and straightforward setup that makes daily use effortless. On top of that, Dualmon is very competitive in pricing, offering strong value without sacrificing reliability or features. It’s been a solid, dependable tool for workflows, and we're glad we made the switch
Cons: One area that could be improved is the clarity of the toggles at the top of the viewer. They work well once you understand them, but clearer labeling or more intuitive icons would make the interface even easier for new users.

For one project I used dualmon for unassisted log in to some servers. Otherwise I use it for remote customer support.
Pros: dualmon offered a cost effective way to interact with a customers system to assist with troubleshooting their industrial processes.
Cons: The dualmon software seems to be as thorough as I need. I have not found any deficiencies using it.

Michael R. · President · Accounting · December 13, 2025
Pros: Simple to use and good value for money. We have been using this software for many years without any issues.
Cons: Sometimes the executable file takes a long time to download and then run even on faster connections.

We use this to remote to PC's for working on them and fixing issues, we have one person who works from home using it, she prefers it over the vpn setup.
Pros: Dual mon is easy to use, any of my users can all use it without needing any training or supervision
Cons: There aren’t any cons for any of my users or me, Dual mon does what we need to do. .

Dualmon has allowed me to answer questions and make changes on business software from home or while on vacation. It gives me peace of mind that I can access my work computer as needed.
Pros: Dualmon is simple to set up and easy to use. Users don't need to download any software on their remote computer to access their work computer.
Cons: Aspects of Dualmon are challenging to use on a phone, mostly because of the screen size. I often have to reveal and hide the keyboard to move to where I need to type.
Amy E. · vice president · Retail · October 4, 2025
It met our security needs. We can now control remote access support and audit the technical environment.
Pros: It has a management panel for the amin with plenty of features, easy access, and control. For technicians, it's also easy to use, which gives the team more independence in their activities.
Cons: Create alert/notification options for the administrator with access performed by the technical user.
Euler C. · IT Manager · Hospitality · September 9, 2025
Pros: It is easy to use, and it is ideal for small businesses. I use dualmon every day. Easy learning curve.
Cons: there is nothing I have found with dual mon that I have come across when using it that is a problem.

Pros: Flexibility of licensing. You are paying for what you use and not in bulk hence won't waste of licensing fee.
Cons: it is not a con more an inconvenience. In order to get to admin need to raise our level with user but most of our users are not savay enough to understand the meaning of it hence we have to be on the phone with them and walk them to do it. We try to do it remotely with the least user involve

I have really loved it. It is the one peice of my tech stack that I am not constantly trying to change for improvements.
Pros: The Ease of access for me and my team, the cost, and also security. .
Cons: I would like to be able to turn on a computer remotely, but I know that isn't possible in any situation--nor should it be.
Shawna R. · Partner · Accounting · July 25, 2025
Pros: Product is easy to use and I have had very little issues. .
Cons: There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike about this software. .
Lucretia G. · Owner · Accounting · May 24, 2025
Overall, we are very pleased with the product and the support.
Pros: Deployment was easy, minimal impact on user experience; get's the job done.
Cons: It's unclear how to install the product as a service (I'd expect it to be installed as a service when the setup is initiated from an admin account, or at least get a warning that despite being installed from an admin account, being run by a regular user could cause permission elevation issues) and this has some caused some issues when the user is on a non-elevated account, but we could circumvent it so far in every case.

Honestly, Dualmon has been wonderful. Almost too good to be true compared to what we've had to deal with in the past. I like that the pricing is stable, transparent and flexible for when adding on additional computers beyond the current limit. We use it for training and assisting other staff members. Staff uses it to remote into their remote computer when working from home.
Pros: The cost, I like how easy it is to deploy on new computers, how easy it is to add/remove users, the reporting capabilities, the drama free updates, the reliable connectivity, and more.
Cons: Even though the connection bar at the top can be moved to the left or right, it can be a little bulky and in the way at times. If it can be made into something much much smaller when in full screen mode, that would be great! Also, it hasn't happened recently, but in the past, file transferring would fail at the point where it's supposed to allow me to select where to place the file on the remote computer.

I was using logmein.com prior to switching to Dualmon. Logmein went public and the cost skyrocketed enough where I could just not absorb the cost. Dualmon has been consistent in pricing and service. There is no reason to look elsewhere when it works and not at a heart stabbing cost.
Pros: I use this product to log into clients in my CPA practice. It is simple to use and not overly complicated with a ton of dashboard features that most people will never use like other software. It also allows a section to use by other staff so that we have dual access to the client. On occasion, clients I normally don't remote into on a routine basis ask me to fix something on their computer. Walking them through simple installation through the install process is very easy. Then I just delete their computer off my dashboard of clients. Easy peasy the way it should be. The cost is reasonable where I can easily absorb it onto my overhead as clients typically do not want to be charged for remote access.
Cons: I have not run into any problems with this. At one point I was having some difficulty setting up dual remote status for me and the bookkeeper to access the client computer, but tech walked me through it and we were able to do future setup easily once we understood it. I think we may have been overcomplicating it.
