Pros: Flexiebel system, cost effective at the same time as it met our needs as a local office in the north of sweden.

Cons: I have not experienced any particular problem with the system, but we have now a system that is common for the whole company and we will therefore shift to that system.

Pros: - Eenvoudig op te zetten - Meertaligheid van de interface en het gebruiksgemak om meerdere talen op te zetten in onze check-in flow is een grote plus - Ongelimiteerd aantal administratoren (handig voor ons, zo kan zowel IT, marketing als HR elk een eigen account hebben in Vizito) - Goed notificatiesysteem - Makkelijke follow-up van gebruik en bezoekersregistratie in dashboard

Cons: Om eerlijk te zijn ondervonden wij geen minpunten binnen Vizito. De tool is sterk veelzijdig, zonder complex te worden. Alle features zijn makkelijk in beheer, en je gebruikt enkel wat je nodig hebt.

Pros: The reliability, the UX clarity, the customer service and the attention we have got since years of using this app

Cons: Honestly, there wasn’t anything I disliked about Vizito. The platform does what it promises, is intuitive to use, and fits well with our needs. At this stage, I don’t see any specific shortcomings or areas that clearly require improvement — which is rather a good sign

Pros: Het was een snelle en eenvoudige installatie met begeleiding van Vizito. We hebben de mogelijkheid om 2 bedrijven in 1 systeem te integreren.

Cons: We hebben tot nu toe nog geen minpunten gevonden..

Pros: Vizito is a simple tool that meets our needs perfectly. SSO for easier user management, Teams integration for notifications and GDPR as an out-of-the-box feature convinced us and made a lasting impression. We haven't found any other tool with the same range of functions at such favourable conditions (price, support, openness to changes).

Cons: There are a few minor things that could be improved: - Batch numbers could be better integrated. - Individual functions for locations could be improved (cross-location users, employees as hosts at other locations).

Pros: La simplicité d'utilisation, l'interface user friendly. la possibilité d'utiliser une tazblette virtuelle via web browser pour les teste avant mise en production. Le support Vizito hyper réactif.

Cons: Aucun pour le moment, tout fonctionne comme il se doit. Je n'ai rencontré aucun blocage. Le software est très bien pensé pour nos besoin.

Pros: Het proces loopt volledig automatisch en voor de bezoeker ziet het er ook heel professioneel uit. GDPR wise een veel betere oplossing dan een papieren bezoekers log.

Cons: Het feit dat emails naar ontvangers van bezoekers soms gemist worden waardoor de bezoeker alsnog dient te wachten

Pros: - Easy to implement - Easy to use - login options (with local iPad and with own mobile device) - customization options - administration - great product support

Cons: - user interface could be better - some visitors reported some challenges with QR code causing sign-in failures

Pros: Algemeen bezoekersbeheer om meer organisatie en zicht te krijgen op wie wanneer op de site. Zeker in kader van noodplanning.

Cons: De printer heeft redelijk veel problemen vertoont. Het is nog zoeken naar een pragmatische methodiek voor in geval van evacuatie.

Pros: Die Verwaltung des Systems in Eigenregie ist sehr komfortbel. Das Vizito-Team bietet eine gute Betreuung.

Cons: Bezüglich der Bearbeitungs- und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten könnte das System noch etwas ausgebaut werden.

Pros: Laagdrempelig en gebruiksvriendelijk. De SSO koppeling met Entra maakt de implementatie erg simpel in het gebruik.

Cons: Soms gaat de tablet ineens onverwacht uit terwijl deze volledig is opgeladen. Dit probleem krijgen we niet getackeld.

Pros: Ottima esperienza d’uso: intuitivo, pratico e utile per gestire le visite senza problemi!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons: non c'è la possibilità di tenere in memoria le persone che si vengono a registrare, sarebbe ottimo averlo.

Pros: reliable and easy use system, and more importantly the support we had from [sensitive content hidden], she always response fast and make things easier for managing the system , we appreciate her quick support and high knowledge. and her flexibility especially with the time deference than here in US.

Cons: so far so good, cant complain and we will update if something showing up , we just started using the system and so far works great

Pros: The Value for the price is excellent! Easy to set up and use, would definitely recommend. Finding training videos and FAQ's online was a breeze for references to learn and expand the system for our needs.

Cons: The learning curve for the visitors when many guests are elderly and not handy with their phones to coordinate the app and QR code technology.

Pros: Het gemak waarmee de installatie en de opstart verlopen zijn. Ook zeer tevreden van de communicatie bij eventuele vragen.

Cons: Kan niet zeggen dat er tot nog toe een nadeel is, enkel bij het aanmaken van het etiket voor de bezoeker heb ik hulp nodig gehad.

Pros: Zeer gemakkelijk geconfigureerd. Je kan je eigen contect qua foto's etcetera toevoegen wat het de look and feel geeft van je eigen organisatie.

Cons: Dat de aantal regristraties de licentie vors omhoog gooien. Dit hadden wij niet helemaal voorzien waardoor onze maandelijke kosten flink omhoog zijn gegaan.

Pros: Easy to use tool for end users to sign in at the reception. Once setup everything is running and reliable.

Cons: Back end is a little complicated and not the most intuitive but documentation helps you through it. Some settings do have very limited documentation.

Pros: Makkelijk en naar wens in te stellen en te gebruiken, en snelle hulp via de chatfunctie. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden voor het instellen qua huisstijl.

Cons: De e-mails vanuit Vizito met updates en nieuws zijn in het Engels. Zou fijn zijn als dit ook in het Nederlands kan. Verder moet je bij de installatie veel 'zelf' uitzoeken, maar via de supportoptie kan je wel veel uitleg vinden.

Pros: Dat alles ingeregeld kan worden zoals we willen, daardoor is iedereen blij met het systeem en werkt het voor ons bedrijf fijn.

Cons: The admin dashboard could offer more advanced analytics and better multi-location management features.

Pros: Gemakkelijke installatie, integratie met MS365, uitgebreide mogelijkheden zoals badges, foto's, agreements.

Cons: Af en toe wordt de verbinding tussen de iPad en de printer verbroken maar dit gebeurt gelukkig zelden.
