The experience has been very positive and I would recommend Retino to all medium and small e-shops. It has made our work much easier.
Pros: Ease of application. Automation of claims.
Cons: I would improve the emails sent to customers graphically and in terms of content.

Without Retino, we would have to develop the whole return tool for our own. Retino is very focused to be understandable for our customers. And as more and more e-shops use it, is it becoming a standard for customers for whom is easy to orientate in it. If you are searching for the tool that will help you to resolve your returns (and possibly also complaints), Retino is it.

Pros: Retino helped us to cut time spent on processing returns and complaints to one quarter. It is complex and understandable tool that is easy to handle, both, for our employees and our customers. I also appreciate quick and helpful product support.
Cons: The loading time of retino app could be faster. If you learn some routines to be as quick as possible, in your ticket processing, usually you have to wait a few seconds until the page is loaded.

We are in child clothes fashion, so we have lot of returns. With one click, we order transport for the customer and send him instructions at the same time. Our customers are happy with the tool and so are we! :)

Pros: Retino is a great tool that has saved us so much time and effort. It's great to receive notifications about new cases, and we love the fact that the system monitors deadlines for us. We are happy to work with them.
Cons: It's not really user-friendly when setting up automatic e-mails for customers.

We are extremely happy with it and it often shows up in our reviews as a reason for choosing our shop, which is great. Definitely would recommend.
Pros: It completely changed our returns and claims management, it is now automated, worry-free and very comfortable to use for both us and the customers.
Cons: We found it a little complicated at the initial set up, but once you do it, it basically doesnt need any management.

Pros: Retino is a perfect tool for every eshop that wants to have the best customer care experience. Especially when there is a problem with your delivery, you need to prove to your customers, that they matter and that the proces of helping them is important to you. With Retino they go throuh smooth process, and they are informed about what the next steps are and they can give you rating at the end, which gives you a great feedback about your customer care team. If you want to work efficiently and save massive amount of time Retino is definitely a great service for every eshop.
Cons: I can't come up with anything negative really.

Pros: Retino is a great helper. Notifications about the creation of new cases from customers arrive on e-mail, he monitors the deadlines, and above all, I have to greatly appreciate the customer support, which solves any shortage practically immediately. Our customers are very satisfied.
Cons: Nothing, everything works as it should. During the entire period of use (more than 5 years), we did not have a single problem.

We use Retino since 2017 and I don't regret any day using it. It saves us manpower and helps us focus on other sides of the business. It takes care of the legal deadlines, makes customers satisfied and gives us insights/stats. Definitely worth every euro.
Pros: Everything related to returns on one place. For us and even for the customers. Easy to setup, easy to use, just saves us money and energy.
Cons: Almost nothing, I am very satisfied. Even the support is perfect.
