I use the app on a daily basis and belive its an amazingly helpfull tool. The video conference calls are clear, costumer service is excellent, and everything is secure.
Pros: The product is exceptional, works well anywhere and always great reception. Clear messaging, audio and image. Value for the money is amazing
Cons: The program could use some configuration updating, for example on imaging and additional modern features.

Overall, it is very easy for interoffice communications. You don't have to send a link or anything which is convenient. Can use your phone if your mic PC doesn't have a camera.
Pros: It makes remote training a breeze. It is very easy to hop on the camera and share your screen to show someone how to do something.
Cons: The headset/ mic setup isn't great. Other apps default to my headset but I always have to separately change my headset/mic settings for Ring Central.

My overall experience is great! I really do enjoy this app. It is one of those apps where it simply integrates all forms of communication into one app in a seamless and modern fashion.
Pros: The largest overarching feature is its communication features. The application allows for the user to call, receive calls, track calls, transfer calls, save contacts and even block contacts. In itself it is great, but it excels in multiple user environments (like firms or offices). This allows for multiple calls to be received, communicated with and monitored. I also am pleased with the meeting like options; it integrates other popular features (such as scheduling or texting) in one app.
Cons: My least favorite feature by far is the bugs. I am currently struggling with my ring app not obeying my ring tone preferences. I also have experienced at times the ring not notifying me of calls on my screen (which is a great feature as well).

My overall experience with RingCentral is positive and well received. I would recommend to other companies needing communication services.
Pros: What I like most about ring central is it rarely ever runs into technology issues. C Video conferencing as well as meetings are very easy. Customer service is also quick with response.
Cons: I cannot think of anything at this time that I dislike about RingCentral. It helped our company connect and communicate.

Pros: RingCentral Video is easy to use and integrates smoothly with other tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The setup process is quick, and meetings are simple to join and manage. The video and audio quality are generally reliable on a good network, and it includes helpful features such as screen sharing, recording, and analytics for administrators. It’s convenient having video, phone, and messaging in one unified platform.
Cons: Performance can be inconsistent—video sometimes freezes or drops when network conditions aren’t ideal. The interface isn’t as polished as competitors like Zoom or Teams, and a few advanced features feel underdeveloped. Customer support can also be slow to respond, and pricing may feel high compared to similar tools.

Overall experience has been great. It is comprehensive in terms of features and has high video and audio quality. It is easy to use for meetings in general and helps us to drive more sales within our organization.
Pros: RingCentral is easy to use and provides great quality video and audio. It also has integrations with Salesforce that allow us to streamline our sales efforts. We can also use its integration with Outlook to easily schedule meetings and follow-ups.
Cons: The interface in the RingCentral app can be clunky at times, but when you are used to using it, it is simple and easy to navigate. No issues, just could "look" better.

Using RingCentral has been quite good overall. They delivers high quality video and audio, which makes our meetings smooth and effective. Setting up/joining meetings is straightforward as well as it has good integration with other tool.
Pros: They do have a quite good of robust features we need to set up meetings with the video quality. Also, the platform integrates smoothly with other tools we use.
Cons: I do not have any dislike of RingCentral Video. Just sometime little bit of glitch or connectivity issues on meetings but it happened very rarely. It could be issue from my side though.

RC Video was incredibly frustrating to use. We quit immediately and moved video and chat to Teams as a result of RC's move to Video. We felt lied to through the Sales process, no one disclosing that the partnership with Zoom was coming to an end.
Pros: Honestly. If I'm 100% honest. Absolutely nothing.
Cons: We moved to RingCentral during the pandemic. When we joined, we were promised the ability to use RingCentral Meetings, a white label zoom. This is one of the main reasons we moved to RingCentral, was the stability and reliability of Zoom, while also having the contact center. RC Video is the most unstable platform I've ever used. It never got better. Low quality audio, low quality video. Constantly dropping.

I had a good experience using ring and all my calls and texts were smooth and transferred across all my devices which I liked

It's very easy to use and navigate, all employees can reach out to each other using this via chat or video.
Pros: Very helpful for larger companies. Everyone can connect with video or chat!
Cons: Occasionally have issues with hearing each other but I believe that has more to do with the internet connection.

Overall, I think that RingCentral video and its suit tremendously reduce distance barriers and provide opportunities to work and collaborate with international businesses irrespective of your geographical location.
Pros: RingCentral Video has been a great means of connecting directly with our prospects and team members. At supersales guys and gals, we used it to make cold calls and weekly team video meetings. It's a great app because it provides a user-friendly interface with just the essential features, unlike other similar apps I've tried. It offers international virtual numbers with extensions (for teams) that are fully functional. I, mean it makes it easy for me to connect with any business or person across territories in the US and Canada without the need to live in these countries.
Cons: One major problem I found with this tool is that it's only limited to certain countries I mean, they do not provide direct access to clients from Cameroon - Our team was able to because the subscription was purchased by our [sensitive content hidden] in Canada. Direct purchase from Cameroon is not possible.

Pros: When Covid hit RingCentral was detrimental in keeping our business up and running. We were able to have video and audio chats with employees without them being in the office.
Cons: Nothing, super easy to use. We never had a issue using it during Covid!!!
