LiveWebinar is a less costly alternative to platforms like Zoom, especially for small businesses (mine) or for example nonprofit organizations that simply require basic hosting features. LiveWebinar easily handles file sharing—uploading documents, distributing session materials, and even sharing edited versions during a live meeting goes very smoothly. However, the downside is a steeper learning curve to use platform features. The interface can be complex for moderators, particularly when managing collaborative tools like whiteboards, breakout interactions, or switching between media types. Anyone planning to host sessions—especially interactive ones—will need to spend some time getting used to all the controls beforehand to ensure a smooth experience for participants.
Pros: LiveWebinar is less expensive than having a business or personal account on Zoom, for example. Downloading of session materials is also easier (sharing documents and sharing edited documents, for example).
Cons: The end user experience is a little bit complex, especially for moderators, so you have to spend some time beforehand learning how to use it before hosting sessions (especially if you want to collaborate, and do so in more than one medium).

My overall experience with LiveWebinar has been positive. When I used it, it delivered exactly what I needed a stable, professional environment for running live sessions, training, and leadership engagements. The platform handled group dynamics well, and it allowed me to stay focused on delivering value rather than managing technical issues. The tools were straightforward, the audio and video quality were reliable, and the custom branding options helped me create a strong, professional atmosphere for my sessions. It supported meaningful interaction with participants without feeling complicated or overwhelming. Although I haven’t used it since 2024 and will need to refresh myself on the newer interface and features, the core experience I had with LiveWebinar was solid. It worked smoothly, looked good, and supported impactful sessions which is ultimately what matters in a webinar platform.

Cons: I haven’t used LiveWebinar since around 2024, so coming back to it now means I’ll need to re-familiarize myself with where everything is and what features may have changed. The platform has likely added new functions and possibly shifted some layout elements, so there will be a bit of a learning curve again. This isn’t necessarily a negative about the tool itself it’s more about re-adapting after some time away. But in comparison to some other platforms that have become more mainstream recently, LiveWebinar may initially feel a little less intuitive until you get back into the rhythm of using it. Once I’ve spent some time inside it again, I’m confident the familiarity will return.

Pros: The quality of the image, it is very good. It is like real hd live when you interact with other people on the platform.
Cons: I think they can give more option, i mean their other platform that gives very more options and using ia to be competitive.

A reliable, feature-rich, and easy-to-use platform — LiveWebinar makes online collaboration smooth and professional every time.
Pros: LiveWebinar has completely changed how I host my meetings and online sessions. It’s super easy to use, reliable, and works smoothly even with large groups. I love how simple it is to share my screen and record sessions. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional webinar platform!
Cons: The platform works great overall, but the mobile version could be improved — some features are easier to use on a desktop than on a phone.

I've enjoyed the software. I've been using it for 4 or 5 years now and have to say that it was a great purchase. I've really been taking advantage of their Evergreen and On-Demand webinars lately, and it has made an impact on my business.
Pros: I like the ease of use of the platform. Instead of having to download software, someone can simply utilize a url that has been given to them and attend the webinar or webmeeting online.
Cons: They could use some improvement in the UX department. It can get quite confusing on how to perform specific functions, such as sharing screen, etc.

Like the look and feel overall. Good alternative to other platforms. The call to action is nice touch and so it the translation when it works
Pros: The diversity and its a good alternative Language support is nice to work with. I like the customization of the platform
Cons: If the consistency of quality of video sometimes the quality drops. Intuitiveness could be improved I find the options not always easy to find when on a call

We have been using LiveWebinar for a long time for trainings and webinars, and we are very satisfied with it. In particular, the simple and straightforward handling makes the tool perfect for us.
Pros: In LiveWebinar, the functionality for webinars is simple yet comprehensive. What makes it stand out compared to many others is the ability to hide participants — something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere.
Cons: Actually, just the fact that few people know it yet, and therefore some don’t accept it. We use it many times so we explain it than its ok for the people.

Pros: Easy to use, clear interface. I used it to attend a webinair and everything went well. The organizer bisabled my webcam and my microphone so i could not interact with them but this feature is useful to avoid people making noises or distractiond during the live.
Cons: I do not have any cons about livewebinar. It worked during the entire time of the live. I used it three times.

When I start doing webinars again, I will definitely use LiveWebinar. I tried and tested a lot of webinar platforms and LiveWebinar's was the smoothest experience for me.
Pros: It was easy to set up the webinar which was a recurring series and upload my slides before the webinar. The email marketing was useful too as previously, I would do this manually.
Cons: The free plan was a little restrictive, but at least I was able to test it out to see how it would work when I get a paid plan.

I like the app, its here to stay and has a great team behind it. I do hope they stay on point in the development of the app and make it easier.
Pros: The fact it is still around when many other apps are failing.
Cons: It can be difficult at times to use and perhaps needs to be more intuitive.
John B. · CEO · Media Production · December 20, 2024
When I used it for a seminar, for about 5 hours, I enjoyed it because the user's images and voice were obvious and easy to hear.
Pros: Easy to operate, stable work process during live
Cons: Almost none, just because the usage is new to me, so it is less familiar.
Hendrik H. · Lecture · Education Management · December 20, 2024
Been using it for a while now, I'm happy with it because it does what I need it to do without the usual complications other apps have.
Pros: It's a bargain for the features you get and it's a very stable able.
Cons: The landing page and form builder aren't pretty nor flexible enough on the first tier. So, you have to pay extra for that.

I did have a really good overall experience with LiveWebinar! Creating the webinar was easy, and I think the hosting service provides helpful tools to support my audience throughout. The ability to record the session and have analytics afterward huge plus as well. Above all, it is an extremely reliable platform, which provided me with great peace of mind regarding the live event. Anyone requiring a professional yet versatile webinar platform should use LiveWebinarHighly recommend it for businesses and educators.
Pros: Its intuitive user interface and extensive feature set made LiveWebinar the all-in-one solution for brand customization, polls, breakout rooms, and dozens of other tools. The HD video quality was particularly nice, and the platform worked with several devices, which was good for everyone involved.
Cons: New users may have a slight learning curve when exploring advanced features. However since the documentation and support team are helpful, this problem is reasonable.

My overall experience with LiveWebinar has been positive. It’s a reliable platform with robust features for hosting webinars and meetings. While there is a slight learning curve for some tools, it delivers excellent performance and seamless connectivity.
Pros: LiveWebinar is user-friendly, reliable, and offers excellent features for seamless online meetings.
Cons: Some features can be a bit complex to set up initially, and the pricing could be more competitive.
Moiz H. · Backend Developer · Information Technology and Services · December 17, 2024
Pros: It has a lot of features and basically covers everything you need to create a webinar and then some.
Cons: The backend is a bit sluggish at times. Also, the learning curve can be quite steep for beginners.
Deyan G. · Manager · Internet · December 17, 2024
Pros: What I like about the LiveWebinar is the interface and the controls.
Cons: Accessing the controls requires too much effort due to their placement.
John Floyd D. · Guidance Facilitator · Education Management · December 17, 2024
Overall, I would recommend to use this webinar platform for it's very quick and straight forward learning curve.
Pros: Quite a straight forward platform. Really easy to set up. Pros: ease of use; you can run polls/surveys; intuitive way of putting the webinar together.
Cons: I would like it to integrate with CRMs/marketing automation platforms. I use HubSpot and could use the integration. Some advanced features are not so intuitive and can take time to understand well.
Victoria C. · Marketing Coordinator · Computer Software · December 17, 2024
It was overall good, it was clear, no interruptions of unnmuted participants.
Pros: Everyone can learn, no interruptions of someone speaking apart from the host.
Cons: Actually there's no much comment on Cons, as I just don't like long trainings during virtual, which is not relevant to the tool, but only on the host's side.
Ma Christine C. · Owner, Principal Recruiter · Human Resources · December 16, 2024
I use it regularly for 1:1 meetings and it is generally reliable. I look forward to branching out and using it for live webinars and events with groups.
Pros: LiveWebinar is a great alternative to Zoom and offers tons of features.
Cons: It can be confusing to those unfamiliar with it, including me who hasn't figured out how to use all the features. I wish it had an auto record feature like zoom because I sometimes forget to hit record.
Diane F. · Personal Branding and PR Coach · Public Relations and Communications · December 16, 2024
Pros: It works and it works well. Recently I had a client comment on the professional lay out and how easy it was to use LiveWebinar.
Cons: I'd like to have more ever-webinar slots than what comes with my license.
Dori O. · CEO · Marketing and Advertising · December 16, 2024
We use it regularly for our organization board meetings
Pros: Easy to use and very competitive pricing
Cons: That a call in phone number is not included in the plan and must be added on
Michael B. · Creative Director · Information Technology and Services · December 16, 2024
I find it excellent for running training webinars, as well as easy for 1 to 1 conversations
Pros: I like being able to upload multiple documents and have them in the storage ready to present. This makes it very easy to move between shared documents during presentation. In other systems, you have to 'stop share' and then 'start share' with a different file, which wastes a lot of time.
Cons: The animation in ppt is lost when the file is uploaded.
