Cons: So far, I haven't found anything. The workflow is intuitive and quite simple. If I find anything that could be improved, I'll let you know.

Both hosts and attendees can join meetings effortlessly without the need to install additional software, which adds to the platform’s convenience.

Cons: Some of the more advanced features require a bit of time to get familiar with, and higher-tier pricing plans may feel slightly costly for smaller organizations. That said, these limitations are minor compared to the overall value the platform delivers.

The platform is perfectly suited for professional training sessions and conferences — even with several hundred participants. The ability to record sessions, manage waiting rooms, and customize event pages is especially valuable for educational institutions and non-profits.

Cons: Everything works very well — I would just love to see even more interactive features in the future, because the current ones are already great.

Pros: Easy addition of new webinars. The webinar room works well. Recordings are OK. The CTA banners work nicely (finally, there's an option to save templates), as do the QA mode and screen sharing. Support is fast. Good integration via Make.com.

Cons: The permanent room doesn't work entirely intuitively—it's more like a renewable room because all registered participants can join only the most recent session, but not subsequent ones. I'd rather have a version where the room remains permanently available to anyone who has ever registered. I wish there would be statictics of people clicking CTA banner to be able to adress them separatly.

Pros: Uns gefällt besonders die benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche, die auch ohne technische Vorkenntnisse leicht zu bedienen ist. Besonders praktisch für uns sind die interaktiven Funktionen wie Umfragen, Breakout-Räume und das Whiteboard. Zudem läuft die Plattform recht stabil.

Cons: Ein Nachteil ist die begrenzte Individualisierung der Webinar-Oberfläche – es wäre schön, wenn die das Branding noch ein Stück besser anpassbar wäre - z.B. eigenes Design.

Pros: ClickMeeting stands out for customizable webinar experience. Additionally, the automated webinar option is excellent for creating evergreen content, and the integration capabilities with various tools.

Cons: The customization options for branding, while useful, could be expanded further to allow more personalized experiences.

Pros: I like the automation built into the platform the most. I can set up a webinar and the initiation is automatically sent as well as the reminder emails plus the follow up email after the webinar is complete. I save so much time with ClickMeeting.

Cons: I wish we could have more than 1 host without having to increase our plan. Most times, 1 host is fine but when we host collaborative webinars having a 2nd host would be helpful.
