Positive overall experience; we started the digitalization process of Quality Management System, getting quite immediately tangible advantages and gaining time to use the data for analysis and to define improvement actions.
Pros: Tekmon is really easy to use and to personalize, without extracosts. The investment is low. You can start using it with limited amount of data, with addition process. Good support from the softwarehouse. Task management already set and ready to use.
Cons: Still some limitations on features (eg: have a progressive counter for a register) - It's not possible to hierarchic organize the assets & consumables.

As the implementation lead for Tekmon at ES-KO, I have been responsible for digitalizing and expanding our workflow processes across multiple locations and departments. Over the past 5 years, we have used Tekmon for document digitization and centralized storage, workflow implementation for critical business processes, task monitoring, automated dashboard generation. The standout feature of our Tekmon experience has been their customer support. When there is a question or an issue, a doubt about how to build and implement a new workflow or digitise an existing one, my contact is always reachable and provides an adapted solution. Same for the technical team, who are quick in replying to questions and clarifying any doubts. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, this makes a significant difference when operating, and it gives us confidence in Tekmon.

Cons: The platform's strength in continuous improvement can sometimes present challenges. It requires on-going attention to stay current with available features, and this is necessary as an Admin to be up to speed with the Users. Despite this challenge, the benefits of continuous improvement outweigh the occasional need to catch up on new capabilities. And this aspect is mitigated by good communication with Tekmon technical team.

Tekmon has become a reliable part of our daily operations, helping us move away from paper-based processes and improving traceability and access to information. Given the benefits, we scaled its use from production to QA and Warehouse Teams in the following year.
Pros: What really stands out is the support: our contact at Tekmon has been extremely responsive and proactive, often going beyond expectations to help us finding solutions. Tekmon is a very easy-to-use and intuitive tool, both on the mobile interface and through the portal. We use it multiple times a day in our food production environment (some checklists are triggered every 10 minutes).
Cons: The checklist creation process can be quite structured and requires several steps, which may slow down initial setup. We also encountered some synchronization issues when using long-duration checklists, which seems to be a known limitation among similar platforms.

We use Tekmon to manage the quality control department, including all the contractors' audits regarding health and safety and the quality of the work they deliver in the fibre optics installation process. The transition to the software went smoothly, and now the whole team is satisfied with Tekmon’s solution. We would happily recommend it!
Pros: What I like the most is that if there is any question or concern, the account managers/customer service are there and willing to solve any problem. Also, I have seen essential benefits from using the platform: we save time compared to the old process, organize all the data on the platform, and are informed of everything that happens at a glance.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind with my experience of working with Tekmon.

I am very glad to work with them. It was a nice collaboration based on a win-win approach. Willingness to fulfill customer needs and flexibility in every difficulty had arose were the strong points of the supplier.
Pros: Customer Service and willingness/flexibility of Tekmon to tailor the software to our custom needs.
Cons: The software is still evolving and getting more functionality but this is not a problem as long as Tekmon uses this to develop its platform and provides the customer with the final product he is looking for.

Pros: The app itself is very helpful—it saves time and manual data entry! My favourite feature is reporting. We can now have daily reports instead of monthly reports, as we used to when we ran data on Excel sheets. Another benefit is the elimination of human error that comes with automating manual processes. The app speeds up the process and makes it more comprehensive. Since all the forms can now exist digitally, the findings are sent automatically to the head of the unit to sign off instead of having to bring him the actual document like we were doing previously. The bonus is that customer support is excellent—they always meet our needs.

I work for a leading company in the aluminium industry, and we rely on Tekmon for streamlining Health & Safety processes. We've digitised our procedures, asset management, and real-time KPI monitoring, continuously enhancing features. Beyond users and admins, department directors utilize Tekmon to track data, facilitating shift manager involvement in training and Personal Protective Equipment handling. Using the registration form, they can log into the system that X worker got the boots he needs or did the training required before starting his shift, for instance. Starting with a pilot program in September 2022, we swiftly transitioned from paper-based to digital processes across 15 departments. Tekmon's cross-device compatibility caters to our diverse workforce, with desktops favoured by older generations.
Pros: What I appreciate most is the team's constant support, which was crucial when we switched to Tekmon. Unlike our previous one, the app is reliable and dynamic, seamlessly adding new features. Our users quickly adapted to the app's ease of use, surprising us positively during training sessions. My favourite aspect is the app's agility—I can instantly measure new metrics, create forms, delegate tasks, and track progress effortlessly using the Business Intelligence tool. It couldn't be simpler!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind! We are content with the software and the team. I would recommend Tekmon to any company facing similar challenges to ours, both for the ever-developing software that offers multiple solutions for business operations and for excellent customer service on every level.

Pros: In my view, Tekmon’s primary advantage is the ability to digitize forms, integrate them into a process, and independently monitor the progress of specific tasks. There's no need to engage with developers for routine tasks or the digitization of various processes, anyone in charge of process optimisation and who is a bit tech-savvy can do it. I also have a good impression of the company's customer support; they are by my side to give me advice to move forward.
Cons: Not a drawback, but a note: a focused initial design and approach are necessary to fully leverage the solution. The capability to construct forms requires an additive design. It took some time to grasp how to utilize it to its fullest extent

Pros: What I like the most is that I can have easy reporting through Power BI embedded in the platform. We have also achieved a very helpful integration with Medallia and plan on more integrations for better interconnectivity. If you ask me a year from now, I am positive that the picture will be totally different, as we will roll out the solution in all the brands we manage.
Cons: Nothing in particular, we had an easy transition and we are now fully adapted to the software. Maybe the design and implementation phase took longer than it could – around six months. It was due to many reasons; on both sides, as we were figuring out the detailed scope of the project and the implementation steps needed to fully incorporate our business requirements into the platform.

Pros: In this project, the process and the result were seamless without compromising flexibility. I never felt that our transition to Tekmon’s software was limiting me in any way. All this is thanks to the team’s understanding of our needs and their precious guidance on how to solve various issues. And the team’s support is continuous. It is great to have someone with a personal relationship who can assist you. With [sensitive content hidden] we have a professional relationship, and I get the feeling that I can turn to him for every little issue I face, whether it's significant or not. This is the most crucial aspect for the customer.
Cons: I want to point out that the usual issues that I disliked in other applications relating to the fact that they were solving issues while creating new ones are absent with Tekmon. Nothing negative to mention up to date.

Overall I couldn't recommend Tekmon and their solutions enough. Very positive experience, they always worked together with us as a team. The customer service team responds quickly with answers to our queries etc. The solution also has many more capabilities than you initially expect, with Tekmon solution they help you create your own personalised solution to solve your own custom projects. The most beneficial aspect of the solution that we couldn't live without now, is the reliability of the communication messages dashboard, which keeps a track of when messages have been delivered, unable delivered, who have received, opened and responded!
Pros: It didn't require a lot of time to implement the solution, a longer introduction period at the beginning to integrate everything and confirm our exact challenges and what Tekmon needed to do with the solution to integrate the two systems. Once integrated it was smooth sailing, and helped considerably to minimise workload. Nobody needs to do any tedious manual work, the system takes data from another system and automatically loads notifications, and the final recipient receives the notification automatically. There is no real input for employees to adapt to the system, or to require masses of training.
Cons: I cannot think of a con - the overall experience has been very productive and Tekmon have remained professional and extremely helpful throughout.

I cannot imagine working without the Tekmon's Mass Notification Tool. It helps with the ease of communication at crucial times and with crucial information. The feature of the tool, which shows who read the sms, responded and acknowledged it is extremely helpful in order for us to act accordingly asap. The reporting of how we use the tool is a key feature that is very simple to understand and helps us be more efficient and productive with our actions.
Pros: We were in need of a solution to help us communicate with clients that already have the card for parking, to inform them about a new service. Before the implementation of Tekmon mass notification tool, we would have had to call each 250 individuals and inform them of the new service update. Alongside this, as we are a mall, we would also communicate with merchants in regards to emergency incidents, evacuations etc and this tool has helped us communicate efficiently and keep track of responses and messages in serious circumstances.
Cons: There aren't really any cons to using the tool or with my experience of working with Tekmon. If any difficulties arise, the technicians are readily available to help as soon as possible. Quick to respond, quick to solve the issue and polite throughout the whole process from first day implementation to any other queries after that.

For us, our pain points before Tekmon were that the emergency process was all via paper forms, a checklist, therefore, to alert people about emergencies etc it would have to be a phone call to each individual and to be ticked off a checklist one by one. This is extremely time consuming and not cost effective. The challenges with Fraport, is that we have 14 airports and that is a lot of people to contact in case of an emergency, especially as each airport has their own management and teams separate from each other, therefore communicating with all these airports was a challenge as well as time consuming before implementing Tekmon. Tekmons solutions have simplified our processes, we always felt that our requests and queries were always heard by Tekmon, and their team has always remained extremely helpful, polite, and dedicated to finding the best solution that fits our processes and company
Pros: The strongest feature for us is the voice feature, whereby the messages can be read out in different languages, we use Greek and English. This feature has been very helpful and the strongest feature of the product which we have heavily utilized.
Cons: Maybe the fact that as we have 14 airports, and it was time consuming when implementing the solution and getting everybody trained up. However, Tekmon, were always there to help throughout even providing training material and guides etc

Overall, our key pain points was confirming that staff had received and been notified about changes, incidents or emergencies, which has been resolved with the implementation of Tekmons mass notification solution. Tekmons solution also plays a key factor in enabling us to carry on working during COVID19 with social distancing, ensuring that our sites were as covid secure and regulated whilst still carrying out works. The solution gives management the confidence that all staff are aware of the safety regulations of that site and project, as well as form a register of all staff on site for fire evacuation etc
Pros: What we were really happy about with Tekmons solution, is that it is customisation and flexible, tailored so that we didn't need to have to change our processes for the system. It helped make our processes more efficient and easier to use, it was easy to implement into our procedures. Overall, Tekmons solution gave us the confidence we needed that our staff are aware of hazards and risks and brief of relevant actions at any emergency situation, which we have a real time track of. This level of confidence in staff is maintained between each and every site.
Cons: The only real challenge was getting the staff (3000+) users or more, updated and used to the electronic format (before it was paper). It was more of a training challenge - but Tekmon came through with test sites and trail sites and guides/training material to understand the application.

Cons: Nulla da segnalare. Purtroppo abbiamo potuto usare il software per breve tempo poicheé il servizio è stato sospeso a causa dell'emergenza COVID 19, ma ci auguriamo a breve di riprenderne l'utilizzo data la sua utilità .
