Good
Pros: It is customizable, cheap, and have several options of questions. You can buy for a month, that is pretty valuable when you don't need the tool frequently
Cons: It has a higher learning curve that other tools of the same nature, you need to practice a couple of times and have a plan B regarding including it in the ppt because connection was lost and i had to use the explorer

We used it for our event that had a group of 150 people in each of the 5 sessions. It was everyone's first time and most people tried the new software and were able to enjoy using it especially the interactive survey. They liked how they can take the slides with them and not have to wait for me to email it. We also used it for a few smaller events with 10-30 attendees in which all of them were able to use many of the different features including the networking and chat room to ask questions. We were able to take questions throughout the presentation that we can ask at the end, without disturbing the flow of the speaker and the without the attendee forgetting what they wanted to ask.
Pros: I love how the slides go directly to the phones of the attendees. There's no more having a group of people taking pictures of slides or the question during (or after) the presentation that asks if the slides will be emailed to everyone. People can also take notes on the specific slide so everything in the presentation is all in one place and they know exactly what the speaker was talking about without having to cross check with their notes and powerpoint slides. The presentations are easily uploaded through a QR code so people can just jump straight into the presentation (after a quick log in). It's also fun doing interactive surveys on the fly.
Cons: There can be a steep learning curve for the attendees since it would probably be the first time they see it. There are lots of features like chats, surveys, and note taking that people can use but will need to figure it out quickly so they don't miss the start of the presentation. It would be much better to prepare attendees ahead of time with what the software can do so when they arrive to the event they will be ready to use it and fully utilize all of it's amazing features.

It was a first trial on an event and overall it had a great success, I think it can become something really innovative for conferences.
Pros: The customer service is great, always available at any time and very helpful. They are willing to improve Dialogloop to make it better and easier for you which is great.
Cons: There were minor bugs (that got fixed) which gave me extra work.

I enjoyed using this platform for the most part as I am fairly proficient at picking up new technologies. I can see how someone less apt at running software would struggle and get frustrated with the platform and hope that the company can do better to improve their ease-of-use for the average consumer as this will greatly increase their consumer base.
Pros: I enjoy the real time aspect of this platform the most. I believe it is very valuable to be able to make changes on the fly as it increases audience engagement and interaction.
Cons: It is not very intuitive to use at all. Someone who struggles with basic PowerPoint usage will really struggle to operate this. At the time I used it, there were still many odd features that could be worked around but one had to be creative about it.

I was presenting to an internal audience on the topic of innovation and needed a solution within Powerpoint to ask allot of questions and engage the audience in chat. This was perfect for that.
Pros: I really liked being able to use an audience engagement tool to gather real-time information from the crowd directly using Microsoft PowerPoint. I liked the wordcloud, polls, chat, and capability to add documents directly in the presentation for the audience to keep with them.
Cons: If you run a test before presenting you must remember to re-load the polls, wordcloud and survey features.
