Pros: Grâce a cet outil j'ai pu gagner un temps considérable au quotidien ! Son ergonomie reste simple et c'est parfait !!

Cons: Il serait appréciable de pouvoir facilement intégrer des images, gif à nos modèles par exemple

Pros: I like that it makes it easy to create emails and it’s very good

Cons: I don’t think there was anything I disliked about textepander

Pros: TextExpander works practically anywhere you enter text. It saves a lot of time when you have to type out the same/similar things in your job. There are many creative uses for it. For example, I use the snippet .d to type today's date. So I don't have to write out the date manually. This is just one example, but think of the time you save if you get a whole team of employees to use TextExpander to automate repetitive text. It will save you time if you integrate it into your workflow It's easy to set up, understand, and add new snippets.

Cons: Nothing, really. It does exactly what I want it to - it's so simple that I haven't found any bugs or anything.

Pros: LOVE textexpander. It is easily one of my favorite tools amongst all of the software we used. For Operations, we often retype a lot of the same phrases when responded to customers. This tool has saved our entire team so much time. My favorite feature is that you can create personal expanders or expanders for the entire team to access.

Cons: Not sure if it was an Admin permissions issue, but for a while I could not create the text expanders directly in the app. Luckily, you can see sign into their online website and I was still able to make new personal text expanders that way.

Pros: I love the fact that I no longer have to type out long sentences that I use to describe tasks daily. It's a lifesaver when making frequent time entries or drafting similar documents. I also love that I can create personal snippets that are just for my use outside of the snippets shared by the team.

Cons: I think the interface could be a bit more modern but that doesn't affect usage at all. its very easy to use and you hardly ever have to open the window once you have it set up.

Pros: I love how I can use it for email, texting, and our website's chatbot. They're also super easy to share with teammates and customize. Super easy to get set up, and the support is always very responsive.

Cons: Had a couple hickups with the UI not being the most user friendly, but was able to find docs / reach their support team easily and quickly.

Pros: It enables me to type fast enough to type while talking to people.

Cons: I didn't know about it 10 years ago....

Pros: What's not to love?! We have saved over 1000 shortcuts for so many of our customer related inquiries, product knowledge, work flow processes, etc. It really does cut down on so much time. I mainly used this in my previous role, but even in my new one I'm still saving hours each week (I get the report, so I know!).

Cons: It does get buggy every now and then. Right now, for example, I'm unable to edit/create shortcuts within the app and have to actually go to the website to do so. I also wish there was a better sorting feature. If I want to move 20 shortcuts to a new folder, it's a very manual process.

Pros: Es una herramienta muy buena que descubrí hace tiempo, que te permite ahorrar mucho tiempo en la escritura. Indicándola una serie de shortcodes, automáticamente la herramienta te escribe el párrafo predefinido que le hayas indicado, es fantástica para situaciones en las que tienes que contestar lo mismo de manera reiterada. Llevo tiempo usándola y es muy recomendable ahorras mucho tiempo.

Cons: Es fantástica no hay nada negativo para mi de esta herramienta

Pros: It saves me so much time and is uncomplicated to use.

Cons: The feature that positions the cursor in the snippet doesn't always work, or I'm using it wrong, but I cannot find a solution.

Pros: This is a great timesaver and you don't have to reinvent the wheel. Common phrases, text that you use all the time now have timesaving steps for getting in your communications.

Cons: Took a little while to figure out but once you get started super easy

Pros: This software saves me hundreds of hours of time.

Cons: Nothing, its great! This software makes my life so much easier.

Pros: It makes my job easier and faster. In short, I am more productive

Cons: When I typed some information using the short cut, it automatically gives the long sentence, which I am not supposed to write or use because I am writing an e-mail, comments or doing another job.

Pros: I done faster doing my task | or my qouta in a daily basis

Cons: nothing on my end. Because my experience is all good

Pros: I really like the way this software works, it is too easy to use and very smooth.

Cons: Sometimes it got hang and we need to re login.

Cons: As such there is no negative point I have seen since I was using it but Sometime while using, it shuts down automatically.

Pros: Typing is our core business. Textexpander helps us to insert many recurring words, sentences and text blocks quickly and saves us a lot of time every day.

Cons: No automatic recognition of often entered same text

Cons: No much really, it did a very good job at what I needed to do.

Pros: If your daily comms are automatization-related, this tool will help you improving them.

Pros: TextExpander is the best kind of productivity tool -- simple, powerful, and highly customizable. It does everything you would hope it does, without being too clunky or complicated.

Cons: I haven't found a single thing not to like. It's highly customizable and can be as useful as you make it. It does require a bit of time investment but that investment pays dividends later on.
