Pros: I really like the UI/UX, the overall performance, and the support. Surveys and polls are very easy to make and edit. I find it perfect to engage participants and make useful team-building activities.
Cons: I don’t really like the PowerPoint integration app. It hasn’t been a good fit for me, and I don't find it helpful.

My overall experience with Vevox has been excellent. The platform has helped me transform traditional classes and presentations into much more interactive and engaging experiences. It is reliable, easy to use, and highly effective for increasing participation and real-time feedback from audiences. I have especially enjoyed using Vevox during conferences and educational workshops because it encourages even quieter participants to contribute comfortably through their devices. The platform has become a valuable tool in my teaching and presentation workflow, and I would highly recommend it to educators, trainers, and professional speakers looking to improve audience interaction and engagement.
Pros: What I liked most about Vevox is how easy it is to increase audience participation and engagement in real time. As an educator and conference speaker, I have used it in classrooms, workshops, and presentations with both small and large audiences. The live polls, Q&A features, quizzes, and word clouds help create a much more dynamic and interactive environment. I also appreciate how simple the platform is for participants to join from their phones without complicated setup processes. The interface is clean, reliable, and professional, which makes presentations feel more modern and engaging.

Cons: Overall, my experience with Vevox has been very positive! If I could improve one thing, it would be having more flexible pricing options for independent educators and presenters, especially monthly subscription plans. While the annual plans are understandable from a business perspective, more flexibility would make the platform even more accessible for smaller educational projects and occasional conference use.

Overall, my experience with Vevox has been very positive. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, both from a participant and presenter perspective. I especially appreciate how quickly it allows for real-time interaction, whether through live polls, Q&A sessions, or quizzes. It really helps make meetings, lectures, or events more engaging and interactive. The interface is clean and straightforward, which makes it easy to get started without much training. Setting up sessions is simple, and participants can join effortlessly, which reduces technical barriers and saves time. I also found the live feedback feature particularly useful, as it allows presenters to quickly gauge understanding and adapt accordingly. One of the strongest aspects of Vevox is how it encourages participation, even from those who might be hesitant to speak up. The anonymity option creates a more inclusive environment and leads to more honest and diverse input.
Pros: What I liked most about Vevox is the live interaction it enables, especially the ability to modify content in real time. It makes sessions much more dynamic and responsive, as you can quickly adjust questions or polls based on participants’ feedback. This flexibility helps keep the audience engaged and makes the overall experience feel more interactive and adaptable.
Cons: What I liked least about Vevox is that some of the customization options feel a bit limited, especially when it comes to tailoring the visual design of polls or aligning the interface with specific branding. While the platform is very functional, it can sometimes feel a little basic in terms of appearance. Additionally, in larger sessions, managing a high volume of responses in the Q&A can become slightly overwhelming, and it would be helpful to have more advanced filtering or moderation tools. There can also be occasional minor delays or lag when many participants are interacting at the same time, although this doesn’t happen often. Overall, these issues are relatively minor compared to the platform’s strengths, but addressing them would make the experience even smoother and more flexible.

I use Vevox during sessions for quizzes to ensure students understand concepts, making the class dynamic and interactive. It helps me interact dynamically with students using their devices, check their understanding in real time, and give immediate feedback.
Pros: I like the flexibility in creating different types of questions with Vevox. It's great that I can easily embed questions into my PowerPoint slides, which helps during my sessions. I also appreciate the real-time aspects of Vevox, as it supports me in interacting dynamically with my students by allowing them to use their devices to focus on the session topics. The feature enables me to check in real time how long students take to answer questions, helping me measure their understanding. Plus, it gives me the ability to provide immediate feedback on wrong answers, which is very useful. The initial setup was very simple and straightforward because of the SSO feature.
Cons: I think Vevox could improve on the PowerPoint plug-in embedding because sometimes when adding a slide with a question or with the joining instruction, it doesn't blend well onto the template. It could also improve on the Q&A feature, particularly the size limit, so that the length of the answers can be up to 2,000 or 3,000 characters.

Overall, my experience with Vevox is positive, particularly in our higher education setting, where engagement and automation are both hugely valuable. It successfully bridges the gap between presenters and participants by giving everyone a voice, even those who might not usually speak up. The instant feedback and visual results also help presenters adjust their approach in real time.
Pros: Vevox is intuitive and engaging: it enables and elevates participation, especially in group settings. The platform’s real-time polling and Q&A features allowed everyone to contribute instantly, which helped create a more interactive and inclusive environment. For example, during a lecture/seminar, students can submit questions - either anonymously or identifiably - which reduced hesitation and encouraged more honest input. A particular benefit of Vevox has been the ability to set up integrated Vevox LTIs within our VLE. These LTI polls and surveys automatically sync to our VLE's gradebook, which provides a time-efficient experience for our academic team - and allows them to utilise all of the excellent features of the polling and survey tools. Within the surveys themselves, highlights for our institution are: - being able to populate the surveys through an Excel sheet - scheduling an automatic open and close date/time - time limiting the surveys (e.g., 30 minutes to answer all questions)
Cons: Vevox has carefully thought through its development in recent years. Indeed, the many improvements to the platform (e.g., AI generated questions, spin the wheel and survey scheduling) have all demonstrated that the company listens and is proactive in dealing with suggestions. Hence, there is very little constructive feedback to provide.

Vevox offered a smooth, user‑friendly, and engaging experience that facilitated active participation and real‑time feedback, supporting both external use (e.g. satellite webinars and advisory boards) and internal surveys or meetings.
Pros: The gaming elements along with interactive questions spot on the topic of discussion made the experience interactive, fun, and engaging.
Cons: Limited variety of interaction formats, such as fewer options for pictures, music, or multimedia engagement.

I've been using it for around 5 years now, and find it easy to set up, and easy to share polls with colleagues, which is important for our team as we share a lot of our teaching. Student engagement is improved through the use of relevant polls and quizzes.
Pros: It provides a quick and easy way to improve student engagement and participation, and check knowledge in class. Students are more likely to respond in this way than they are to being asked questions. The Leaderboard feature can also increase engagement.
Cons: I primarily use Vevox from within Microsoft Powerpoint rather than via the Vevox dashboard. Not all the functionality is replicated in the Powerpoint add-in, however not having to switch between two platforms in a teaching session is a bigger bonus for me than losing out on some question types.

Overall I have enjoyed working with Vevox and it was a great tool for our CKO event, especially when switching to a virtual environment. Additional webinars or trainings would always be helpful as I am a hands on learner over reading help center articles.
Pros: I love the ability to reach a large audience at scale, and make learning fun! As an admin, the interface is extremely easy to use and the creation of quizzes is simple. It doesn't take a ton of training to understand and things can be set up extremely quickly, which helped us pivot when we had to move our event from in person to virtual.
Cons: At the time we had to use it, there was not a Google Slide integration. I would say this was the biggest challenge we had but now that this is live, we will need to test it and see how it works for us. One other thing is it would be nice to create one long session but still break up leader boards for specific topics in that section. This is easiest for admin and users so they don't need to continue to log in and out of sessions for Vevox and everything can be in one session but still accurate data.

I love Vevox- it helped make my presentations easy to follow, engaging and memorable- Vevox is what made them stand out in a sea of other presentations.
Pros: $7d
Cons: For the results to be displayed properly you need to have a Vevox Plugin installed on the PowerPoint that your presentation is being played from. If you are presenting at a conference, this means that you need to check with the organizer of the conference that they install Vevox upfront or ask that you display the presentation from your own laptop where you have Vevox Plugin installed. You also need to be connected to the internet (obviously). These are not "cons" in a true sense, because there is really no way in which an audience response tool can function without being connected to the internet, but mere warnings to novice users.
Natalija O. · doctor · Medical Practice · March 23, 2026
Pros: 1. Participant's could easily join 2. You knew how many people were on the platform in addition to how many people have answered
Cons: When you go to presenter/ full screen mode, you can't see how people have responded. Not a big problem, but would be worthwhile
JOHN N. · Manager · Education Management · March 5, 2026
We only use on certain events and this is very much decided for us by our design team but as a facilitator team we are very happy with the experience and gives our events a mix of activities. I know ,y colleagues all consider using Vevox further when we get to think about implementing the events when they're introduced.
Pros: The anonymous surveys and polls - we no longer have access to Teams polls features and I think it makes a real difference when people can contribute online in this way.
Cons: It's sometimes a little difficult to get people to use it and participate but not a result of the Vevox platform of course.

Pros: Vevox is an amazing interactive platform that's super easy to use! 🎉 It makes engaging with audiences a breeze, whether it's for Q&A, polls, or brainstorming sessions. The features are intuitive, and it's perfect for events, classrooms, or team meetings. Highly recommend!
Cons: Hmm, one thing I'd say is that some features can feel a bit limited if you're looking for super advanced customization. But honestly, the basics are solid and it does what it promises – makes engagement easy! 😊 What's your take on Vevox?

Overall experience is positive with Vevox and it is adding engagement to our All Colleague Call, [sensitive content hidden] is very helpful and ensures we make the most of the subscription.
Pros: The anonymous Q&A feature created a safe and inclusive space where colleagues felt more comfortable asking honest questions and raising topics that might otherwise go unspoken. The ability to surface and prioritise the most‑liked questions ensured discussions focused on what truly mattered to colleagues, rather than being dominated by a small number of voices. Overall, Vevox made large sessions more inclusive, interactive, and genuinely aligned to what colleagues wanted to discuss, significantly improving the quality and value of engagement.
Cons: So far we aren't experiencing any problems with Vevox and exciting to continue to try more functions.

Very positive, it was very easy to get set up on vevox. The training [sensitive content hidden] has provided was very helpful and clear!
Pros: How straightforward it is to use and how beneficial my team is finding it. I really like all the different features it has to offer.
Cons: I haven't found anything I dislike about vevox, the training has been so clear and [sensitive content hidden] has been really helpful.
Saskia C. · Operational embedment and business performance manager · Banking · February 20, 2026
Pros: Ease of use. Lots of different question styles. Anonymization options. You can personalize the look & feel to brand colors + logo. The team loved the live polling at our corporate event.
Cons: The only think that was confusing was having to re-open every poll question in order to be able to show live results. I might have missed a step in setting it up though and did not negatively affect the experience. Just an extra button click.

Vevox is our recommended solution whenever a client requires a solution for polling, Q&As or general event session engagement for a reason. On the surface, and most importantly for attendees, it looks simple and easy to use. But behind the door it offers a deep array of features and flexibility. The output of data is also crucial for us and thankfully that area is also well covered.
Pros: I appreciate Vevox for its excellent UI and UX perspective, making it easy for attendees to get started even if it's their first time using it. I like how it combines simplicity on the surface with deeper customization options for organizers who want a more tailored solution. Vevox really stands out with its flexibility and focus, which allows us to meet the specific needs of our clients. Its simplicity and ease of access, like providing both a QR code and manual entry code, help remove any friction for attendees with varying technology proficiency, which is crucial during event days. Vevox has always been our first go-to solution for polling and session interactivity. The support has also been incredible when needed, along with fantastic regular webinars to help you understand the full depth of the platform.
Cons: Nothing really! It's a solid platform overall that offers all the features we could need for our deployments.
George R. · Event Technology Specialist · Events Services · January 27, 2026
Pros: The best thing I liked about Vevox was the ease of use and available features. It's availability in bp's environment adds more trust while using the application
Cons: The Quiz tool can have more features like bonus points for some questions etc. The idea is to not only have engagement and fun through the topics but also scoring.
Aditya K. · Project Management · Oil & Energy · January 20, 2026
I use Vevox for corporate events on a custom platform. It negates the need for in-house system development, offering user-friendly templates for Q&A and voting, excellent customer support, and easy setup. I suggest more customization options via CSS for improvement. Overall, I rate it 10/10, preferring it over Slido, mainly for its superior customer service.
Pros: I really appreciate that with Vevox, we don't need to develop our own system, which is a huge relief. The built-in templates for Q&A and voting are fantastic and make it super easy to set up and brand quickly. I've found the customer support to be fantastic as well. When I'm demoing to clients and need to build out interactivity, there are plenty of examples to share, which definitely makes us look good. Setting up Vevox on our custom platform was very easy and self-explanatory.
Cons: It would be nice to be able to customize the widget a little more, perhaps with some CSS. Some simple CSS would be really useful.

The team in Vevox have and continue to be so supportive, encouraging and invested in the success of the platform at our university, where we have had a steady rate of adoption over the past six years. Students love the ease with which they can engage with polls and surveys, and for the opportunity to apply their learning through these. Staff love the ability to quickly engage with students and shift from a transmission pedagogy to an interactive pedagogy. The platform stability and simple UI are key factors for staff and student adoption.
Pros: $7e
Cons: An add-on/extension for Google Slides, similar to the Office 365 add-on, would be welcome, as our university uses the Google suite of apps.
Rob L. · Senior Learning Technologist · Higher Education · January 5, 2026
Excellent. I needed a bit of help getting started. I am now a pro thanks to [sensitive content hidden] from Vevox who showed me where I was going wrong
Pros: I love the interactivity this app gives me in large group classrooms and the seamless integration with my PowerPoint slide decks.
Cons: It took me a while to learn how to deploy the app successfully BUT expert help was on hand from Vevox
Gwen R. · college librarian · Higher Education · December 31, 2025
Very happy with the platform, and hope to learn more about it in the future, so that I can get more out of it, both internally and externally.
Pros: The fact that you can use it live, with no limit to the number of attendees/voters. Also, that you can save the answers and re-use the pole as much as you'd like.
Cons: That you have to "jump" between slides/vevox when you are presenting, considering that you loose "momentum" or might loose attendees attention.
Anonymous User · Medical Manager · Pharmaceuticals · December 22, 2025
Very satisfied with the overall product. The ability to keep small or large engaged during presentations has been a game changer.
Pros: The opportunities to engage with my customer real time while presenting has been great. This new of engagement allows me to collect data much easier
Cons: Malfunctions with power point presentations can be a challenge. The polls are very useful but do have moments when the results are not available.
Maurice K. · Sales Executive · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · December 12, 2025
Overall it's been very positive. The Customer Support team are easy to contact and very responsive. I see features in the product that I submitted as feature requests. Our engagement from staff has exceeded all expectations, which I think says it all.
Pros: Vevox's intuitiveness and flexibility has made onboarding staff a breeze. We don't get a lot of support requests about Vevox, and students like the interactive sessions they are taking part in.
Cons: The only real negative is that the PowerPoint integration lags behind the dashboard for new features, which can occasionally cause confusion, and we have had a few issues with the integration that are at the Microsoft 365 end but end users perceive as Vevox not working as they expect.
Steve B. · Strategic Learning Technology Advisor · Higher Education · December 12, 2025
absolutley loved it and enjoyed using this app and told others to use it!! great plug in, and even better account manager
Pros: Love the interactivity and different options to make questions and quizzes fun. I think the best part is that one question is not always a 'poll' and we have different ways to present, add music, timer etc so people are always entertained
Cons: that the colour scheme is super blue..makes it feel a bit odd so would be fun to personalise the background colour the colours we want

I’ve been working with Vevox for three years now, and particularly with [sensitive content hidden]. We had a long video call at the beginning to go through the app and the interface, and since then I’ve been using it every year for one of my events. My clients love it — polls, quizzes, and more. I highly recommend this app: it’s complete, easy to use, and fully customizable.
Cons: Nothing, I love everythnig during Vevox Experience! Proof I had worked with Vevox for 3 years. My client use Vevox every year during their annual event
