Comprehensive software suite for managing event registrations with responsive technical support. Overall a good company to work with.
Pros: Covers our events registration process with useful features for bulk uploads and good customization options including API plugins, good value for money.
Cons: Mobile app features can be a bit more flexible and easier to use. More customization options would be welcome.

My overall experience with EventsAir has been positive, especially for managing complex events. It’s a very capable, all-in-one platform, which is a big advantage.
Pros: I like that EventsAir have several customization options to help make our workflow more efficient. They provide reliable security for personal access, handling sensitive attendee data, and processing payments. They have a very solid Event Management system that provides all within one system, such as registration, abstract management, accommodation, and reporting. Automation is one of the areas where EventsAir really stands out. It allows you to automate a lot of processes like communications and workflow steps, which can save a significant amount of manual work.
Cons: New users may require time and training to fully understand its structure and capabilities. The web version still has a lot to improve in contrast with the reliable desktop version. The invoicing could also be more straightforward and easier to manage.

Overall, we have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with EventsAir. They deliver great value for the investment made, and they are always willing to work with us on solutions to our use cases.
Pros: The product is clearly designed with event planners front of mind, and the team at EventsAir is continually updating and elevating elements of the product. There is always quick assistance to hand, and the team is available to help to use different approaches within the elements of the product to achieve your event goals.
Cons: Some of the workflows could use improvement. We would love to see the session and presenter management piece improved next. We do not always work to the abstract workflow that eventsair is designed around.

Ive been able to figure it out since this is our first time using it. The training materials and our main contact [sensitive content hidden] is great and experienced.
Pros: The UI is very clean and its easy to find what your looking for once you figure out where to look for it. The chatbot and assistance team is very useful
Cons: Parts of it are a bit too simplistic. The filter settings need to add some logic layers(besides a flat out show this/dont show this) system so i can customize my filters. See the reporting system in salesforce. Also the Group system in the interactive sites needs improvement. I shouldnt have to include instructions with a registration form. Also the "add logic" system needs to be more fleshed out with more layers.

I am very positive about EventsAir. Not just the product itself as it can be used for all types of events, also the available support and help documents and that it is possible to send requests for enhancements.
Pros: The fact that it covers all areas of (scientific) events; modules and sites can be adapted to one's liking; if there are questions or issues, Support is available and response promptly. I also like the modular setup, which helps the learning experience of new users.
Cons: Due to the fact it covers all grounds, it also takes some time to get to know all details and get to a workflow that is best suitable for your customers and the workflows in your company.

Excellent - in the last 24 months the system improvements and professionalism have improved so much. The regular webinars keep you updated, and the improvements are incredible. From joining EA in 2022 to now, the updates have been excellent.
Pros: The flexibility of the system. Our events are international with various VAT scenarios, ticketing options and attendee types, each with different pathways. EventsAIR enables us to handle everything that is thrown at us. The new website editor is incredible, I love it, and we are now transitioning our websites back into EA after using a third party provider for the last 24 months.
Cons: The attendee app networking desperately needs a messaging inbox. We use third party apps for larger events and it creates me so much extra work. For smaller events we use the EventsAIR app, which is looking great, but management won't switch back to it for flagships until it has this feature.

Pros: I do love Events Air. I have worked in events for years but never used a platform which is tailored to events and it makes SUCH a difference. It makes event set up and comms so easy, especially being able to attach items to an automatic email which seems to be impossible with other programs! So simple but effective! I have not had to build websites before my current role and Events Air has made me feel like a tech wizard with what it can achieve. I am excited to use the latest edition of the website builder.
Cons: Having to update items in more than one place. e.g. you may have to update an email subject line in a few places before it updates on what is sent out. It would be great if updating it in one place updated it everywhere so that doesn't get missed.

I have been using EventsAir for some time and I like that they have grown and improved the system. Especially after 2020.
Pros: EventsAir is user friendly. Generally you can set something up without having to go back and forth on white pages.
Cons: The frustration of information in the system but we can't pull it out. Example, we have a room block different rates per night, but yet when you pull a report it won't give you that information. There are other examples where we can't get out details in the system.

Overall, it was easy to get started, and the more I used it, the more I understood the platform. And when I did get stuck somewhere, I just called on support.
Pros: EventsAir make it easy to see event information in the way I need. As a data-driven individual, I find that I can utilize and view the attendee information in a variety of ways. The platform is easy to use, customer support is just a click away, and it's customizable for our events.
Cons: Some functions are limited, but EventsAir is open to hearing about how to make improvements to their platform. Support can be a bit delayed with time zone differences, but overall, not terribly behind.

Great onboarding experience and training. We've been able to use it for everything you'd hope - registration, check in, attendee app, etc. Very smooth, no outages or serious down days.
Pros: All in one bundle, no a la carte. They do have the option to choose number of events but we did unlimited. Love that whether you do one or 100, you get all the services like agenda, website, apps, etc. Amazing way to tech stack for the money.
Cons: Wish there were more insights on messaging like opened email counts but overall still nice. Has option to see abandoned registrations still which is great.

Overall, I think Eventsair performs well and covers the core requirements for managing the conferences we hold. While generally user-friendly, there are some areas where usability and flexibility could be improved.
Pros: It is a relatively intuitive program. I was able to pick things up reasonably quickly having never used it before I started working in conferencing. I like the AI assistant as it helps me to quickly work out how to do something when I am not sure about it (especially when we are busy). The reporting functions and the ability to create portals and reports that I can share with committees is great too.
Cons: I would really like to see a little more flexibility and customisation available. I also think some of the delegate facing interface (registration forms etc...) could do with a refresh to look a little more modern. I also think filtering could use some work. It seems to be a big area that we run into issues. Things such as not showing full text lines makes it hard to select the correct options.

Very happy with EventsAir, it has made our life so much easier planning large scale events and allowed us to start delivering hybrid and online only events without having to learn any new platforms.
Pros: I have been using EventsAir for 5 years now and absolutely love it. The interface is so easy to use, the support team are fast and so knowledgeable, our account manager is excellent, everything about it makes it easy to use. We push the limits and use the product in different ways and love that it's so customisable to our brand and needs.
Cons: Would love an easier way to do group bookings where we can have one person (a teacher), sign up for a number of spots then easily send the link to all their students at once to register and choose their sessions.

Pros: The event management platform is very useful for team collaboration as we can all work on the same event together. As we can customise the support the attendee experience, it makes them extremely easy to use. I also feel that the platform is great value for money as we get around the clock, customer support.
Cons: Sometimes we cannot customise things the way we would like to, to suit specific events and their requirements. This can be very frustrating but Events Air support are always there for us to help us with an alternative way.

It is a user friendly, easy to use tool and has it strengths and shortcomings like any other software tool.
Pros: EventsAIR is very easy to use and functions as a one-stop shop. Most features are convenient and straightforward to explain to colleagues who would like to use them. Additionally, the support desk is usually available when questions or issues arise.
Cons: The only feature that is not very comprehensive is the exhibition and sponsorship tool. I understand that within EA it is not a priority given the availability of many other tools, but it does need some improvement.

Pros: we work with Participant Management, exhibition, speakers, abstracts, accommodation, participant apps, websites, online events. EventsAir is the only software that covers all moduls in one system. Their customer support is one of the best that we have worked with in many years. The guys in the support will go the extra mile to help and find solutions for our at times crazy ideas. EventsAir is very easy to use and the training program is one of the best I have seen. We are able to customize reports and setup so they suit us as users and as company. We also love the oppotunity to collaborate with other EventsAir users around the world and it is so great to meet up at the yearly Airtime event for EventsAir users. We are getting a great value for money. BIG thank you to all of the support guys, they are allways ready to support no matter what.
Cons: There are some things that are locked so we can't customize them and only way to customize is to pay get a report build or changes made. The process from asking for a quote till job done is taking too long

Overall the Eventsair is an amazing app that links with other apps. If we need to add a PDF to Eventsair, we then add it to hubspot and get a link that we insert to Eventsair and the PDF then reflects as ease.
Pros: It's very easy to use when setting up the app for exhibitors and sponsors. Very simple and easy to communicate to customers as a customer support manager. It's helps us with the attendee experience and team collaboration as we use this mainly at our events. It's very affordable and you can customize the app to your wanting.
Cons: I have experienced some lagging and issues when clients want to log in to the app as they always need to refresh after adding their information and trying to log in.

The agenda functionality is limited, as it cannot be customised. Additionally, the event app does not always update reliably and often takes time to reflect changes onsite, which impacts the overall user experience.

I have used EventsAIR for 10 plus years now and I have seen the evolution of it. I do prefer to use the desktop version that the online version but overall pretty happy with it.
Pros: Ease of use and the fact its purpose built for event managers. I also like you can customise the reports and change columns in the Comprehensive Reports page.
Cons: Can be temperamental at times and sometimes Customer Service can be slow at responding which is frustrating.

The continuous improvements, like the updated Web Builder and app enhancements, show that the platform is evolving in ways that actually matter to users. And whenever I needed help, the customer support team is exceptional: quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure things run smoothly.
Pros: Their customer support team is genuinely outstanding as they are responsive, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The platform itself keeps getting better, especially with the recent Web Builder and app updates. Having every tool you need in one place is a huge positive. From hotel portals and ticket booking sites to abstract submissions and onsite management, it’s all integrated into a single, intuitive system. Payments are simple and efficient, as is website creation and interactive site building, which maximises the attendee experience too.
Cons: Some of the more advanced features can feel a bit complex at first. Because the platform is so comprehensive, there’s a learning curve when you’re getting everything set up when you are not an experienced user. That said, the strong customer support and ongoing updates do help smooth out those bumps, and once you’re familiar with the system (and utilise their learning modules), it becomes much easier to navigate.

Overall, our experience with EventsAir has been very positive. The training provided when we first started using the platform was extremely helpful and made onboarding straightforward. The system is easy to use thanks to its user-friendly interface, and the recent website upgrade is set to make the platform even more intuitive and beneficial for our clients.
Pros: EventsAir has everything you need in one platform. The application is intuitive and user-friendly, with a clear, well-designed interface that works quickly and efficiently. It can be easily tailored to suit any type of event, and the ongoing updates ensure the system continues to improve and stay current.
Cons: The conference app still has room for improvement. While a recent user-interface update has made it more user-friendly for delegates, the staff-facing experience would benefit from further refinement. Reporting is another area that could be enhanced. Although there are many export options available, creating a generic, reusable custom report is quite difficult. Reporting is something every client and user relies on, so improving flexibility and ease of use in this area would make a significant difference.

Pros: EventsAir offers great customer support either through the AirBot or personalised help. EventsAir covers most areas of Event Management for ease of planning.
Cons: EventsAir financials have some limitations and the program can lack some flexibility to create custom elements.

Pros: It's an all in one platform which makes managing stakeholders easier and have lots of customisation.
Cons: There are seemingly simple things that does not work. It is also very costly to subscribe each year.

I like Eventsair. I am at times frustrated with the wait for support. we had a few situations last year where the support was critical to be quick and we didn't get it. For example, during issues with the table allocations for our dinner event. The escalation process or estimated wait times need to improve.
Pros: All-inclusive program to make the use of data and information easier. The new event website design is great to use and much better than the last version.
Cons: the build of the registration page is not very indicative and can be complicated depending on where it pulls the information from. I am not a fan of the lack of options for our delegates to add their profile details in the app rather than having to login to a profile. It would be amazing to have unique URL options for sessions to promote individual sessions rather than just the entire program.
