We were Cvent Attendee Hub users for quite some time, and we learned that the bar would stay in the same place as far as expectations went. Overall, it was a functioning service, but not the best.
Pros: I felt as though attendees and app users were entertained and kept busy with the many features made available to them throughout our event.
Cons: I felt like some features were a bit buggy and/or would get stuck in BETA testing, even though they had previously been communicated as being made available in time.

We have been so impressed with Cvent Attendee Hub so far, and we're looking forward to enhancing our events into the new year.
Pros: Cvent Attendee Hub allowed our organization to take full control of our in-person, hybrid, and virtual events while offering our attendes an elevated and intuitive experience. From the mobile app to the desktop website for virtual events, we have transformed how we offer events to our advisors in a short amount of time.
Cons: There was a steep learning curve when using Attendee Hub, and because it is so customizable, the options for personal branding and editing were intimidating at first. That being said, the support resources available and even the AI bot Valerie have made navigating the platform much easier.

Overall, my experience with Cvent Attendee Hub has been excellent. I’ve used it for nearly a decade across two organizations and most recently for our R-CON: Digital Twins and R-CON 2026 conferences. It consistently provides a reliable, engaging platform for attendees and a robust management system for planners. It has allowed us to elevate the attendee experience, streamline communication, and gain insights we couldn’t capture otherwise. While there’s always room for flexibility improvements, Cvent remains one of the most comprehensive and trusted tools for managing complex, multi-day events.
Pros: The Attendee Hub creates a professional experience for both in-person and virtual attendees. I love how intuitive the interface is for navigating sessions, speakers, and exhibitors. The engagement tools—like live Q&A, polls, and discussion features—help drive audience participation and make hybrid experiences more interactive. From an organizer’s perspective, the analytics and post-event reporting are incredibly valuable for tracking engagement and improving future events. I like that the after sessions are recorded, they are available in the on-demand library.
Cons: While the Attendee Hub is a powerful platform, it isn’t always as intuitive as it could be—some features take time to learn or require extra steps to configure. I also wish there was more flexibility to customize the page layouts and visual design so we could fully match our branding and create the exact look and feel we envision for our events.

It's easy to use, looks professional, has so many available resources and almost instantly creates an app solution for our event.
Pros: Cvent Attendee Hub is a comprehensive mobile destination for our event attendees - providing all conference materials and information at the tip of their fingers.
Cons: We still have attendees who have other phone types outside of Apple and Android, but I know there is an Attendee Hub website they can use as well.

I haven't used it BUT the idea of it is a dream come true from a time-saving perspective and making the user experience totally seamless.
Pros: I love all of it. I think the idea of one place where attendees can seamlessly flick through everything, manage their agenda, network, and manage their experience to an extent is brilliant. I think it makes event management and event marketing a billion times easier and it's something I will be encouraging the team to think about when I return to the office (virtually). I think registration again requires no thought as an end user via the hub and will make our conference management super easy and streamlined, and bring our teams out of silos and into an integrated team working towards the end goal 'together'. The thought of customer support that doesn't require a million emails too is going to be hugely game changing for us
Cons: Nothing to report it blew my mind (in a great way). If I could feedback anything about the hub in relation to this specific event it would have been great to have some allergen information, as it wasn't super clear what to do when attending.

It is a great tool and helps make stand out event apps that are fully customisable to the requirements for your event. It is simple to use and build an event app and can be fully branded to your company / sponsor.
Pros: I like the ability to customise the app to exactly what you need for each event. It can contain all your speakers, sponsors and agenda info as well as key information the delegates will need for the event. Customer support is absolutely fantastic and I often reach out to them and get a same day response for how to build what I am trying to do if I am unsure.
Cons: There are some restrictions with certain image sizes needed which frustratingly you are unable to resize within the app

Have been using it for a number of years now and found it does everything we need. Product development is quite rapid.
Pros: Ease of set-up. Ease of use by attendee. Able to brand appropriately. Being able to update information live. Push notifications. Being able to segment audiences. Value add for sponsors. The way it connects seamlessly to Cvent itself and pulls in all the important information.
Cons: Takes time to learn everything it can do. Sometimes confusing as to which option to pick, especially on the home page.

Pros: It's easy to use and anyone with basic Cvent knowledge can use it or simply follow knowledge base articles to setup the event pretty quickly.
Cons: It has a lot of limitations on customization, there should be more options for people with advanced skills to code/ create their own sections in the app something similar to CrowdCompass.

Overall, it's been a great tool for us. While I'd love to see some improvements to some appearance issues, I think it's getting better every day. With the addition of the Cvent AI, this is going to be a must-have tool for any of our events.
Pros: Attendee Hub is a great resource for our registrants. We used the old mobile app, and this is a huge improvement. AttendeeHub simplifies session selection, and it also gives us tools to inform our guests of important information.
Cons: It's mostly session selection UI. I would like AttendeeHub on the computer to look the same as the mobile app. I would also like to be able to customize the look of the page more, mostly being able to make grouping of sessions more obvious like in the session widget in registration. Finally, our guests do get very confused by not having a completed button showing that they're done with session selection.

Once again, easy to use. The attendees sometimes have difficulty logging out of one event and into another.
Pros: It is really easy to use. The design is very modern compared to others in the Conference mobile app game.
Cons: I wish there were more filters, like for State. I understand that each event may be different, some not using filters, but having a STATE field would be ideal.

I love using Attendee Hub and continue to enjoy the upgrades that they are consistently making to the app. The new upgrades include more changes to better align with our branding.
Pros: Ease of Use for Cvent Admin creation as well as for Onsite Attendees. Other than getting everyone in to the app, they have no issues with using the app. I love that everyone has the agenda in the palm of their hand. They can also connect with fellow attendees or send me a message if they have questions or concerns while onsite.
Cons: Unfortunately, the app is not compatible with all phone types. Some of our attendees are older, and therefore, have older phones. The app requires a certain age of IOS for iPhones. Also the app is not available for Amazon phones or any phone outside of IOS or Android.

Building apps for 10+ years, this platform has a lot to offer all different types of clients and all different types of events. There's a nice blend of personalization for the attendee while ensuring the branding and colors align with their brand guidelines. The interactive features help ensure the attendees can engage before, during and after the event, while we can capture this data for ROI.
Pros: I love that the mobile app is super intuitive for an attendee whether it's their first or tenth event. The information is clear where to find, but tied seamlessly into the registration site.
Cons: The ability to pivot a massive system such as Cvent can prevent some of the latest features to get implemented immediately as they ensure its solid throughout their entire ecosystem.

I have enjoyed using Cvent Attendee Hub for our external events because it has allowed our team to cut costs on shipping product brochures and materials to events. We have been able to go paperless for almost all aspects of our events. As event planners, we do not need to communicate as much information since it can all be found in the app. (Agenda, travel info, product info, etc.)
Pros: I like how customizable Cvent Attendee Hub is to use. The website and mobile application options are a great option depending on our event needs. I also find it beneficial that we can livestream our hybrid events through the platform, with the app being essentially a one-stop-shop for all event information and beyond.
Cons: My least favorite thing about Cvent Attendee Hub would have to be the push notification feature as there is no bulk edit available if we need to make a change, we must go through every notification to make an update. I also would find it easier if the page privacy settings were copied over for each event, giving the planners one less step in the set-up.

Pros: It is fairly user friendly, and laid out in a way that is easy to digest. I also love that your content automatically updates in real time.
Cons: As a new(er) user, I'm not privy to all of the limitations that exist, so finding out as I'm in it can be frustrating.

Cons: I wish it integrated custom fields. For example we use custom fields for company instead of company field in registration. The default company field is in the app, but not the custom one. this requires manual transfer of data to get it to show in the attendee list. very heavy lift for 70+ events a year!

I really enjoy working with ALL of the Cvent Products, with Attendee Hub being at the top! The mobile app is easy to design.
Pros: I love the ability to drag/drop and design based on how you'd like to set up the attendee experience
Cons: I wish you could specifically place / design on the Home Page. I also wish you could turn the verification code off completely!

It does have a bit of a learning curve but once you figure it out it's very easy and flexible. I love how much flexible that can you do outside links and internal links.
Pros: I love the flexibility of the product and what it can all do. Pretty much anything I'm asked to do can be done.
Cons: Polls - it's complicated to show during a session. I wish it could be just an embedded link with whatever they are presenting. I think it used to be with Crowd Compass, because it was so much simpler.

Easy way to build up an effective event app. Cvent does a great job of walking you through the steps to set up your app and it's loved by our attendees.
Pros: It's an amazing even app with the practically every capability you may wish for. From community engagement to exhibitor support and lead collection. Also, has the flexibility to turn off the features you may not want.
Cons: Sometimes it will update with no previous warning and throw our attendees and ourselves for a loop. Also, I miss the subsessions I had available in CrowdCompass.

Overall I love the app and I'm so glad to be able to provide this to attendees. I think that the developers are working hard to make things better and improve features and that's all I could hope for!
Pros: I love the option of choosing sessions in the app. Push notifications to boost attendee engagement and encourage them to go back to their seats is great! And the ability to connect with other attendees!
Cons: I wish there were more features with the interactive maps! And a way to change the name in the app to Property maps instead of floor plans. I also wish you could link floor maps to google maps so that attendees can use this feature to get around town to recommended areas or off property dine arounds.

Going from a system that is literally from the 80s, attendee hub has made my work life so much better. No more manual entry of multiple things.
Pros: Easy for users as well as attendees. Makes things more streamlined. Finally something from this century that actually makes my job easier.

I love Cvent attendee hub, I think it makes attendees lives easier and its also fairly easy for me to create on my own.
Pros: I love how easy it is to create an experience for attendees where they can sign up for sessions, check out floor plans, and even interact with eachother.
Cons: Wishing there was even more ability to do custom stuff. I love that they added sections under pages but giving it more of a diy option.
