Zoho Workerly

Pros: A member of the applicant filter lets me quickly find professionals with specific language skills for urgent visa cases.

Cons: My administrative staff has the steepest learning curve. When communicating with remote agents, chat features sometimes lag.

Pros: What I liked most about Zoho Workerly was how seamlessly it streamlined the temporary staffing workflow from start to finish. The platform made it easy to manage worker profiles, job assignments, scheduling, and timesheets all in one place, which significantly reduced manual tracking and errors

Cons: What I liked least about Zoho Workerly was that some features had a learning curve, especially during initial setup. Configuring workflows, permissions, and custom fields required time and careful planning, which could be challenging for new users without prior Zoho experience

Pros: Full suite of tool for scheduling, time tracking, job assignment, invocing, and payroll, all of that really helps reduce the manual taks and paperwork. Another huge huge pro, mobile app. accept reject and submit time sheets from mobile devices

Cons: As much as I love the mobile app, it isnt the most reliable. Have had a negative experiece with data sync and loading delays. The UI is dated and also leands itself to a long learning curve

Pros: Zoho Workerly keeps our staff moving smoothly with quality employee management and solid security. Clocking in and out is easy, and staff collaboration features make scheduling less of a hassle.

Cons: It took some time before everyone was comfortable with the system, and the bug is pesky every now and then. I just wish there were additional resources in order to learn faster as a team.

Pros: If your operation involves lots of temporary / contract workers, mobile assignments, scheduling and timesheets, Workerly is very strong where you want better visibility, less admin and tighter workflows.

Pros: Zoho Workerly makes workforce management incredibly easy and efficient. The clock in/clock out feature is smooth and accurate, helping track employee hours without hassle. The employee scheduling system is very intuitive, and I really like how it reduces manual errors when assigning shifts. The integration with other Zoho apps is also a big plus, making it a complete solution for staffing needs. From a value-for-money perspective, it offers excellent features at a very competitive price.

Cons: The mobile app could be slightly more responsive when switching between different views, and sometimes reports take a moment to load. However, these are very minor issues compared to the overall benefits.

Pros: Great project scheduling platform. It's easy to manage and really and intuitive to use. Easy to clock in and out. Managing employees is intuitive. There's not a lot of learning curve as it's a really intuitive platform.

Cons: I honestly haven't found any cons when using this platform. It's easy to use and similar to other ones. Didn't find any bugs.

Pros: It is a very simple and easy program to use, my team loves it!

Cons: There are times that training on the software can take a bit to understand

Pros: My favorite feature of Zoho Workerly is how it consolidates the scheduling and timesheets of all temporary staff in one place. On the finance side, being able to bring up exact work hours and then plug them directly into payroll is saving me a lot of going back and forth with HR and ops.

Cons: Some of the permissions are inflexible — I’ve needed the ability to edit time logs during payroll prep, but that requires waiting on admin approvals. Also, if a temp forgets to clock in or out, fixing that manually takes longer than it needs to.

Pros: It gave us instant mobile app for our fleet of remote employees.

Cons: Programing the info and connecting the jobs to our job board was quite the task.

Pros: Dynamic and easy to use. And comprehensive video tutorials

Cons: The platform is not responsive, I mean, If a an agent want to work in a cellphone it is complicated.

Pros: It allows me to quickly onboard my team and provides the flexibility of an app to manage on the go.

Cons: I can't integrate Workerly into Zoho Recruit.

Pros: I’m still learning it’s wonderful features

Cons: I haven’t found a weak point, yet, and I hope I don’t.

Cons: the layout is a bit basic but the development team is helping to customize it

Cons: setup process has been a bit more involved then expected to make this streamlined

Cons: Have to work on it little more and test it withbour Team

Pros: i like that we don't need timesheets any more

Cons: As of now i do not see any cons , working fine for me .

Pros: I like the ease of scheduling and data migration with Zoho Recruit

Cons: Initially it was hard to figure out in terms of how to set up the system - but the team has been awesome and super helpful with the migration over to this system
