Overall, my experience with Ūsked was a series of disappointments and frustrations. Their dishonest billing practices, lack of transparency, inefficient onboarding, poorly designed platform, and terrible customer service make them an unreliable and untrustworthy company to do business with. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere – there are plenty of other platforms that offer better service, greater transparency, and more respect for their customers' time and money.
Pros: They were friendly during the initial sales call.
Cons: $7b

uSked is a task management tool that I have been using for some time, and thanks to that all my activities and tasks have never been missed at all.
Pros: Thanks to uSked, all my activities and assignments are scheduled and well managed. I can access all my schedules anytime and anywhere because this tool is available on all platforms
Cons: The appearance and interface need to be improved and simplified so that it is easy to understand and use.

Pros: Ease of the app and invoicing features and the submission dates and pay dates.
Cons: No where is it clear what the colors mean.

Good
Pros: It helps both the user and the scheduler to manage the events
Cons: Since both parties can manage the timing it challenges

Pros: It’s hard to describe what good about uSked, because the good parts about it are so user friendly. I rarely think about it, because uSked helps me not have to think about it. Invoicing, payment, adding expenses, accepting assignments, bidding on assignments — all of this has been incredibly easy. As an interpreter, it significantly reduces the amount of administrative work I have to do. This lets me focus on the fun parts of interpreting - preparing for the content of the assignment. I would definitely prioritize working with agencies with uSked over other agencies.
Cons: Most of my issues have been with being able to access service requests/assignment descriptions. On the mobile app, when you click to see more about the assignment, you often don’t get the full information. It cuts off in the middle, and if there is a link in the description, you can’t open it. (If there is an attachment to the request, it will open, but a link within the description does not open). Again, this problem is only on the mobile app.

Pros: While it is a bit overwhelming to begin with, one quickly can see how efficient this system is upon practice. It is hard to narrow down one specific thing but the ease of scheduling and communicating with service providers and consumers as well is phenomenal.
Cons: My first impression was this system is way over my head and quickly gave up. It's a complicated system but once you play around and get into the groove, it's amazing.

Pros: Easy to see my daily schedule at a glance.
Cons: Submitting jobs for invoice is difficult. Using a web browser is much easier for this purpose.

Overall, it’s reliable and convenient. No other organization I work with has anything comparable.
Pros: It puts the most urgently-needed information at my fingertips (whether I’m booked on something or not, my co-interpreter, and address/location information.) It also makes invoicing way more convenient. As someone who doesn’t have a desk job, I often find myself falling behind on things that have to be done on a computer- especially during busy periods. Having the ability to invoice right in an app is much more convenient.
Cons: I’d like to be able to block off unavailable time and submit receipts for reimbursable expenses through the app.

I love the uSked, very easy to learn and work with.
Pros: *Easy view *Have access to everything (sp, consumers, jobs, and etc) * Blast system * Flags
Cons: * Set up the billing on a block * The billing in the jobs- I would like to go back to the old one with the stars

I use uSked application 4 times a week to make sure meeting location is correct and also to see who was assigned to my request. This makes my life easier than opening up the portal on the desktop.
Pros: I use this application often to see who was assigned to my request and also allows me to see my future request. easy to navigate and don't have to use Portal
Cons: Mobile application for requesting interpreting services doesn't save preference or set defaults. All fields on the uSked must be filled out.

We LOVE uSked and we know you will too. The uSked team is extremely supportive and responsive to our needs. They understand the scheduling and business needs of interpreting agencies and the design of the software reflects this. uSked makes our jobs easier to do and has improved overall efficiency so we have time to focus on other aspects of our business.
Pros: We love many features of this software including: - The simplicity of scheduling, invoicing, and paying for services all through one integrated software. - A mobile app in addition to a web portal that allows requesters, interpreters, and clients to all see their appointments, the providers assigned, make changes, and provide feedback quickly and easily. - Creating recurring assignments and updating recurring assignments is easily done with a few clicks. - Standard reports are available along with easy to customize reports to fit your company's needs. - The development team is open to input and quickly incorporates innovative suggestions.
Cons: Our previous software could offer assignments via text message and email simultaneously. Although this feature is not available, it soon will be available and we are excited that this improvement is being added.

uSked is convenient and reliable. It keeps relevant organized, easy to find, and where I’d expect to find it.
Pros: The placement of key features and the drill down hierarchy.
Cons: Sometimes the loading time is longer than. I’d like, although that could be a network issue.

Scheduling and invoicing are super easy from this app.
Pros: I like how it is easy to filter and customize according to my preferences.
Cons: Sometimes depending on what model of phone you have, it may not display all functionality as well as on newer phones.
Sherly J. · ASL Interpreter · Translation and Localization · November 14, 2018
Pros: Easy of use is definitely a plus. I can sync usked to my google calendar and easily see in the mobile app how many jobs I have as well as do my billing and prep work all in the same place
Cons: Sometime if I'm in an area with poor signal the app won't load, and if the details for the job are long the mobile app will cut off the notes
Frances R. · Interpreter · Information Services · November 14, 2018
I only use it for invoicing. If i'm looking for jobs I rather go on line.
Pros: It's an app which is available on the phone.
Cons: not clear how to find jobs and invocing took a while to understand how to submit.

With uSked we will be able to focus more on the future by automating many processes that were previously done manually and offer new features to customers to grow our business. Customer support has been amazing and the uSked team has went above and beyond!
Pros: uSked is constantly improving and publishing new features based on customer feedback! The uSked team really cares about making the software fit your needs and the interaction with them has been wonderful.
Cons: Because uSked is meant for hourly service scheduling/management of any industry, some of the customization that would make it very specific to our industry was not an option. However, the uSked team really worked hard to find alternative solutions to solve any problem we were facing.
Mandi S. · Compliance Manager · Staffing and Recruiting · November 14, 2018
I usually use the portal because I’m used to it. However, I like having both options. Once when I suspected my schedule in the portal was incorrect, I was happy to have the app to compare it to. The app was correct!
Pros: The jobs are listed in time-order. The jobs on the portal are not always listed in time-order which can be confusing.
Cons: The fact that you need to refresh the screen to see the updated schedule.
Janice n. · Team Interpreter · Consumer Services · November 13, 2018
Pros: I can toggle between screens realatively easy and without any system crashes.
Cons: The format can appear small on some devices (iPhone)
Sarah G. · Interpreter · Translation and Localization · November 13, 2018
Pros: uSked was designed to make our most complicated processes efficient. The biggest impact was with our skills assessment and onboarding. It would take several members of our staff and dozens of hours to onboard one person. Now, we can assess and onboard an interpreter in a matter of hours saving us time and money to get us the resources we need quickly.
Cons: If there's anything that doesn't work for us, the uSked team listens to our needs and improves upon their system. You don't get customer service like that often nowadays!
Renee G. · Human Resources Manager · Individual & Family Services · November 13, 2018
Pros: I love how easy it is to pull up all information for scheduling on my phone- I like the options to view as a list or calendar and also that I can easily select assignments I’m interested in. I also appreciate how quickly I can pull up current assignment info to get an address of room number.
Cons: I sometimes accidentally click on the thumbs up/interested while scrolling through jobs. This requires an email to scheduling and I’d prefer an option to uncheck an item or become unavailable.
Ronit F. · Sign Language Interpreter · Consumer Services · November 13, 2018
Pros: I can pull up my schedule quickly and easily. The invoicing is easy.
Cons: I wish I could see previous invoices... even just 1-2 prior
Jane S. · Interpreter · Translation and Localization · November 13, 2018
Pros: Great way to check my schedule and invoice on the go!
Cons: Sometimes it’s buggy and freezes up when ai need it
Emily G. · Interpreter · Staffing and Recruiting · November 13, 2018
Overall, I love it. It is a really neat scheduling software program. It is very well organized and provides alerts if there are any errors. It is easy for me to pick up and have knowledge in uSked.
Pros: - "DNS" list - The ability to use abbreviation of the service provider's name
Cons: - Having no stars on the billing section (*) - Combining all of the AP/AR client's plan/agreement for blocking.
JR I. · Scheduler · Individual & Family Services · November 12, 2018
Wonderful experience overall. Will send suggestions for improvement and specific feedback in separate e-mail due to limited space in this survey field.
Pros: - interpreter invoicing process is easy - use of "cart" - pre-set email templates - ability to run reports and extract data/information
Cons: - redundancy of having to initial set-up (i.e., user, group, group member, then requestor, then location, point of contact, etc...) - but once set up is done, use of drop down lists for future requests is so convenient! - 35 day scheduling view - not helpful - having to scroll left-right if not using one-day compact view - wish we had the option to "shrink" screen
Sara G. · Program Manager · Consumer Services · November 12, 2018
Pros: Many good features for scheduling purposes. One-day and Seven-day view allow for a good overview of service providers on the schedule and show what options there are to assign people. Rolling the mouse over names and numbers for a quick profile of the service provider or job information without having to leave the page is time-saving and convenient! The ability to run various reports related to billing, hours of service, pay rates, service zones and more serves many purposes for whatever a specific company may need. The system also processes payroll, leave and identifies staff vs contractors, a wonderful asset for businesses!
Cons: It can be tough to learn at first because there are so many features. It is not obvious how to use these features at first and you may not be sure how to find them.
