Pros: It's very easy to use when I want to record a quick video within my sales engagement tool and doesn't take much navigation or clicks to record a video.

Cons: It can be glitchy sometimes and doesn't populate my video right away in the email I attach it to. Occasionally, my recording is cut shorter than when it actually was.

Pros: The ability to easily manage libraries of videos, and then go on to share them, is what stands out for me. It is very easy to find videos from your library, and you can then download, edit, or share in a way that suits you. There are tracking and reporting options available too, however I have not used this feature.

Cons: One downside is that while Vidyard is simple and easy to use, its basic interface may feel a bit too minimalistic for users who are looking for more advanced customization features. If you are hoping to use video editing with this tool, you might end up finding yourself using a different tool which can lead to extra costs.

Pros: The thing i most like about vidyard is it helps to track the progress of all the people on the team in an easy way.It has great organisation options

Cons: Sometimes the support is difficult to contact

Pros: Vidyard's has been around for quite a long time and is experienced, so it is enough to guarantee a sense of security to users. Navigating Vidyard's interface has been straightforward and intuitive, also the video analytics provided by Vidyard are detailed, giving me an easy insights.

Cons: Price. Not everyone needs as many features as the pro package, I hope there is a package below pro at a more affordable price

Pros: Vidyard allows me to create a unique method of outreach that is a great contrast to the usual canned emails our prospects receive by the hundreds every day.

Cons: I love Vidyard. There is no downside to it.

Pros: Vidyard provides a more unique take on the sales and marketing process, it allows you to standout more among your competitors by incorporating video messages and personalized videos to your sales process.

Cons: Some may feel it's a bit slightly confusing to get started and going in the beginning, also internally to adjust your processes to incorporate it but once you have it going and part of the routine it's good.

Cons: C'est à grâce à ce logiciel que le marketing vidéo passe dans de bonne gestion. Ce qui n'est jamais une aspect négative pour son utilisation. J'apprécie beaucoup ce logiciel.

Pros: I really found vidyard easy to use. It's really well integrated into google chrome. Exporting and sharing videos is easy.

Cons: I don't like how you are restricted by the quality of your export. Which is a shame because some of our videos needed higher resolution.

Cons: Mit fallen kein Nachteile ein, die Aufzeichnungsdauer ist für uns ausreichend und die Nutzung wirklich sehr einfach

Pros: Vidyard enables me to promptly and effortlessly address customer inquiries in a personalized manner. When customers send me questions regarding our website, I can swiftly respond by sending them a customized Vidyard video showcasing the solution, without the need to schedule a meeting.The analytics feature provides valuable insights, allowing me to track whether the customer has watched the video. Based on the percentage of the video they watched, I can assess whether a follow-up call is necessary.

Cons: Thus far, I haven't identified any drawbacks with Vidyard. It is user-friendly, efficient, and facilitates the delivery of high-quality videos to clients. I have made a conscious effort to think of areas for improvement, but I am currently unable to pinpoint any.

Pros: I like that it has enough features like Chrome extensions and a mobile app that you don't necessarily have to go into the website all the time to create a video.

Cons: I think it would be nice if they added more features for editing videos.

Pros: It is easy to setup and add as an extension within Google Chrome. The recording is simple and it allows moving between tabs and screens.

Cons: Sadly, they removed a lot of the functionality from the free version and we lost a lot of videos

Pros: Vidyard is extremely easy to use, has a great chrome extension, and allows you the basic functions you need to get videos out to any audience.

Cons: It is VERY difficult to make a clean recording sharing a powerpoint given that Vidyard is web based. I frequently found myself recording a Zoom session and uploading to Vidyard for this reason. This is a niche complaint that won't affect most users.

Pros: It is easy, intuitive and works as a Chrome patch!

Cons: Nothing to say here. It is great for free usage, but it is limited for 25 videos only

Pros: Its a great tool that has really been useful in my role and Ive enjoyed using it. I would like further explore the platform

Pros: What I like about the platform is that you are able to customize the platform and videos you record and are able to trim and edit the videos to our thumbnails and send them directly from the platform or through an email.

Cons: The only thing I think might need a little improvement is integration with other platforms.

Pros: There are a lot of things I like about Vidyard. Firstly the ease of use of recording your screen or yourself is quite simple. The second is the analytics. In today's competitive market, it is important to hear from our consumers and how they are interacting with us. Looking at how long they watch videos for, or how they respond to certain videos is important for our growth. Social sharing is also important for our team. Our team can easily send out email blasts for videos they have recorded straight from the website, or they can share through multiple social media platforms. Also, the chrome extension is very useful to create and send quick videos.

Cons: The only thing is that some of the more complex technical marketing ideas take too much technical knowledge and is hard to coordinate with the IT team to fulfill some of the more challenging requests. Otherwise it is a great product.

Pros: I liked that it did the job its intended to do.

Cons: I didn't like how clunky it was to use. It just didn't feel very intuitive to me.

Pros: No time limit on Videos along with high definition video quality. User Interface is easy to use and beginner friendly.

Cons: There is no option to download video in the free version of Vidyard.

Pros: Vidyard works with a minimum of muss and fuss for screen sharing. There are lots of players in this space but I still like Vidyard best for basic screen capture. Its easy for customers to use and easy for me to create and send videos

Cons: the paid plans were a little out of whack with some of their competitors. Free, of course, is fine for basic use but they seem to be looking for enterprise users not mall business.
